I wouldn’t recommend Radium PCs to anyone. Shipping took over three weeks—longer than promised, but not a huge issue. However, when the PC arrived, I heard rattling inside. The GPU clip was rolling around, and the system wouldn’t power on. Turns out, they sent me a dead GPU. I returned it, following their strict policy to avoid voiding the warranty, which meant spending $60 on proper packaging. It took them two weeks to test it and send it back. When it arrived, the lack of care was shocking—more rattling, and inside was a different GPU model, poorly secured with three scraps of foam. i couldn’t find the GPU clip, It was bent, half-torn from the motherboard, and completely ruined. They also forgot screws for the glass cover, and the case was dented and warped. A total joke for something so expensive—built like a toddler threw it together. I requested a refund but had to chase them for updates. Even after their refund email, they forgot to include the cost of the extra water cooler. I had to call and point it out, and they still charged me for shipping. Throughout the process, their interest faded, and they showed zero remorse. Buy from them if you enjoy anger and disappointment.

Had a large order around 8grand give or take and was pretty much an annoying prick halfway through it, calling almost everyday but got it, and it worked perfectly as soon as I started it only hiccup was me not plugging the wifi booster in so the audio was choppy for around an hour. Dumb mistake 😂 but great service all around cheers Fellas

Bought a high end PC with 1-5 days dispatch based on their website. Did not get any updates on whats happening with my order and when is the ETA. I have to call few times and they moved the delivery twice stating different reasons. It is now 10 days and my PC isnt being built yet because they say they do not have the case (Isnt it supposed to be on stock base on your website?). Frustrated as I expected the quick dispatch as I need the CPU for work. Guys answering the phone also seems to be not so interested, said will email me for updates but never really received emails. I should have just ordered from another seller as they can stick to their promised delivery date. Reply for the owner: Apologies accepted and I will change the rating to 3. It is still not ok to advertise ready to ship PC when you do not have the parts for it. She is not my boss, she is my client. The PC ordered is mine paid directly with they payment she owed me. I am the end client and I have called your support few times but with little interest to help and you should be honest the first time about whether you have the product.

Absolutely awesome I highly rate the guys at radium pcs I was super skeptical at the start with how they could offer a good build $300 cheaper then everyone else but I seriously can’t fault it arrived super quickly even after I rang up and had water cooling and extra ddr5 ram added The pc is super clean the wiring is well hidden and everything operates as it should and runs perfectly the PC was packed extremely well and arrived in perfect condition Highly recommend anyone looking at buying a pc to check out there stock it’s much more affordable then some of the other big places and built just as good if not better!!

I wouldn’t be a return customer or recommending anyone to purchase from you I’m afraid. I spent $10,000 on a pc which now blue screens 3-6 times a day my old $2500 pc blue screened once in 4 years. I’m too far away to be bothered to send it to you as I need the pc to do my day to day things and I’m “not allowed” to have it looked at by anyone else you sold me a lemon then if I wanted it fixed I need to send it away for another month it’s not happening nothing but issues greatly disappointed.

Don't trust the estimated build/delivery times provided when you're placing an order. Spotted a lot of Instagram comments on their videos where people had been waiting months for their build with no updates. I messaged them directly on Facebook and they read my message but didn't reply. Eventually I called, cancelled, was refunded, and luckily found competitors with better pricing and faster delivery times. Seems like this company spends more time building PCs purely for their Instagram content than to actually send to customers.

Ordered a pre-built from Radium PC that took a month to be delivered, Radium forgot to ship the monitor with it kind of essential but then they forgot to ship the accessories (headset, mouse, keyboard) with the monitor. So this had dragged on even longer where I still cant use the computer. This cost me time and that cost me money as Ive scheduled work i need to do but cant, because I cannot use the computer. Is someome taking the piss?! Three times i have had to follow up on items missing from my order and i still cant test the actual pc funtion because Radium still havent sent the rest of thw itema but it gives me SERIOUS DOUBTS ON ITS BUILT QUALITY. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication regarding my order. I have reached out multiple times via message and email, yet all I received was a vague apology for the delay after waiting a month without any updates. When I finally managed to get through on the phone, I was informed that my order has been ready, but they didn’t have my shipping address, only my billing address. This situation is completely unacceptable. Waiting a month for my order without any information has left me feeling like I’ve been scammed. Still no update on my order/email.

First time purchase from this place. Very happy with the purchase. Customer service was very fast in their responses and the PC itself was exactly what they advertised on their site. Cable management was also impeccable. If I had one complaint it would be the lack of padding and foam in the pc itself during transfer/delivery.

Update: had to ask what the go was again and I was answered with an email saying that’s there was a couple parts there were out of stock. But when I ordered it the parts I ordered all said available so idk what happened there maybe a stock take issue but to fix this they provided a switch with the ram and aio and im completely fine with in return I get a upgraded gpu so no stress there I also updated my rating to 4 star they definitely are very quick with responses but still abit confusing as the email i got says it’ll be ready tomorrow but i had messaged the messager team earlier about my build before the email and they replied not sure no idea what the go is there maybe a miss communication cuz I definitely received an email saying it will be ready tomorrow but the messager team had no clue. ORIGINAL POST: Communication is great just so confusing in some areas doing this before I get my order #8370 as I’ve been waiting 6 business days as of this post. Not to many complaints the reason for the 3 star review is due to the constant confusion it is to understand there delivery times on the website it says very clearly handling time is 7 days but when you actually order a pc they immediately send a confirmation email saying it can take upto 14 business days to send the product I have been In contact with the messenger team but they provided very sort answers not that they aren’t useful it’s just for example today I texted them asking if they were gonna be able to send my pc off today and in there words. Hi, Thanks for your message, currently on the build shelf for today, should have sent out today or worst case tomorrow! And yes it does seem useful saying that it’s going to be sent today or tomorrow but that’s the only confirmation you’ll get still haven’t received any other emails then the order confirmation and the your parts are currently being collected and I I got the that email on the 8th of January it is currently 13th of January. just doesn’t seem like it’s actually going to done by tomorrow and ready to be shipped off. NOT happy with the experience of purchasing a PC from this company. Would have been nice for you to tell us you were having a week off on holidays - That would have been nice to know when my son purchased his PC and sent it back as it was not working.... 2 weeks later, NOTHING.. no pc, may be sent back by the end of this week.. I cannot get hold of anyone on the phone. It is NOT acceptable. Just refund my son, so he can buy a local PC... Poor kid worked hard for this money and hasnt even got a PC to use over the holidays... He sent it straight back on the Friday, it was received by you on the Monday.. ?

Update: Received my PC, presentation is great and very high performance. Was initially shipped with wrong CPU but was rectified quickly. Communication definitely improved after the black friday - Christmas period and support have been responsive and helpful since then. Original Post: Posting review prior to receiving my PC as it has not been delivered despite waiting a full month (ordered during Black Friday sales end of November). Pre-sale customer service was great but post sale communication has been poor and I have had to initiate/chase up info aside from initial order confirmation/build has started emails. I fully understand with the time of year and inrush of sales from black friday it could be difficult to provide a custom build in a timely manner. My main complaint is that rather than telling me it would be 4+ weeks and managing expectations, I was told on the 10th of December when I called it was on the testing bench. Then when I called again on the 19th, was told it should be ready 23rd/24th. It was supposed to be an early Christmas present for myself and I unfortunately already missed my limited time off to spend with it. I look forward to receiving my PC and I'm sure it will look and perform great; I'll update my review accordingly whenever it arrives.

Was served by David and I settled on buying a Kudan level 6. He was fantastic in helping me choose a PC for my brother. I ordered on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. Keep in mind that living in the Melbourne area will mean quicker shipping times. It came very well packaged and my brother is beyond happy with how great it works. The price is definitely worth the quality of the product. Overall awesome service and would definitely recommend if looking for reliable PC's.

Disappointing experience but sorted out overtime and now a happy customer. I ordered a custom pc from Radium. Computer took 17 days from day of purchase to being delivered. I was lied to about the dispatch day. I was told it was leaving on a Friday but didn't leave until the Monday. Any enquiries I made they said it was in testing. Recieved the computer and it was a fantastic build, nice and sleek. I can't fault them on that side. Turned on the computer and discovered that one of the fans RGB lights were not working. You'd think after more then a week of testing this would be picked. Anyway, I contacted them about the problem, and after a few days back and forth I was asked to check the connections of the fan. They guided me to check certain cables but after reporting back I have not heard back from them. I choose to go with Radium PC as I had read heaps about how good their customer service was but I've been highly disappointed so far. Edit. Radium got in contact with me after my review was posted. I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. The CEO contacted me and asked for me to send my PC back to fix the issue I had. Turn around time was fantastic this time and had my PC back in a week. As I've stated earlier in my review the build of the PC is fantastic and they do a fantastic job. My only greivence now is that when I sent the PC back after my issues I was promised a free upgrade. The upgrade wasn't performed (not really a big issue). After asking what was upgraded, I was told the PC didn't need an upgrade as it was at max. This isn't true. They instead sent me a set of headphones and a mouse pad. Still not a bad outcome. I would suggest next time they stick to their guns when promising things. I'm now in the process of installing a new hard drive and I have requested the windows key via the facbook chat as I've found the 1TB I purchased with the PC was not large enough. I'm still waiting a response. Overall. PC build is fantastic and everything runs smoothly for my needs and I do recommend purchasing a PC from Radium. Customer service just needs to be a little better.

Ordered a “pre-built” gaming PC on 10 December as a gift thinking it would be a quicker option than a custom build. Order seemed to go into a black hole with no communication until today when I messaged them and then eventually called them. This is when they told me “pre built” was actually not “pre built” but built on order and that it would be shipped “maybe tomorrow or Friday” — I understand it is a busy time and I would have been fine to wait until after Christmas had the communication and customer service been better but honestly it felt super scammy and like my order didn’t actually matter. I requested a refund for this order and I am grateful it was processed immediately. I will choose a different supplier.

Very good customer service, delivery and packaging. PC looks amazing, however I was quite nervous taking the glass panel off, because there was no instruction manual. However once it was off I realised that it just slides on and off so it’s all good now. Already played some games and they run exponentially better than my old gaming laptop. Definitely recommend.

i ordered pc from here, firstly the wifi card was dead and it also didn't come with the secondary storage that i paid for. not to mention it doesn't have a Bluetooth even though i paid for it. The only good thing was that it was shipped pretty fast.

Bought the Terror level 6 pc from radium for 1400, Really good pc, great price for the components it has, had no problems so far and runs amazingly on any game I throw at it. Only took 2 weeks since I ordered it to arrive, as they have to build it and do tests, plus they get busy during EOFY sale, delivery was only 3 days as I bought express. When it arrived, it came neat in the box with no faults, came with instructions and tips for setting up and was easy to set up, recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a great prebuilt pc and don’t wanna worry about building it themselves or don’t know how to do it.
