Subject: Concern Regarding Customer Service Experience Dear Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am a regular player at your venue, attending most Saturdays and some weekdays. I have always enjoyed my time there, and the overall service has been excellent. However, I would like to bring to your attention an issue I’ve encountered with a particular staff member named Erold On two separate occasions, I have had negative interactions with him, which I feel should be addressed. While the rest of the staff have been pleasant and professional, Erold behavior has been consistently rude and unhelpful. I feel that he lacks proper customer service skills and has not handled situations well when a customer is dissatisfied. His attitude comes across as grumpy and unfair, and I have felt singled out and even bullied during our interactions. As a paying customer, I believe it is important that all patrons are treated with respect and courtesy, and I don’t feel this is being upheld in my dealings with Erold.I strongly believe that he would benefit from customer service training to better understand the needs of your clientele and improve his approach to customer interactions. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that you can take appropriate action to address the situation. I value the venue and would like to continue enjoying my visits, but I believe this issue needs to be resolved. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

The staff members don't have any respect to anyone on the streets when people who need to do some important work the manager has no respect whatsoever needs to use the tables to do anything for the NDIS

it use to be a great place, but since management is now under new hostile people, I am going to give it a miss forever...... some of the patrons have a habit of hitting hard with their fists the machine, and just two nights ago, I happen to be on a machine with dysfunctional spinning button..... just under 1 minute I got a free spin and realised something was wrong....called a staff member, he attempted to troubleshoot it, then he called his night shift manager.... and right there, the night shift manager accused me of breaking it. I told him politely to check his cameras , but he already decided to inflate his ego and called security to escort me out. what bothered me was the mix of unprofessional-ism and lack of integrity. imagine you go there to enjoy yourself and you encounter someone blaming you from out of the blue.

Abusive manager. I'll never go there again. He was rude to me and to an old lady. Will go to Welcome Stranger in Bourke Street - between Russell and Exhibition Streets.

Sam and Ming (Sr/Duty managers) provide excellent customer service and are serious about feedback including continuously improving the venue's service. My friends and I enjoy coming to this venue. In general the other staff are really friendly and accommodating. Keep up the amazing service.

Just got kicked out because I questioned a reserve sign - yet some get their sign on for 30 minutes - Meng is the rudest server he has favorites customer and he let them play two at a time but tell off other customers he don't like also there was a sign not to play two - I did nothing wrong Meng shake his finger at me get angry yell at me . Situated in the very centre of Melbourne, We visit this place every time we are in Melbourne, friendly staff, lots of gaming machines, good food and coffee just around the corner from bourke st mall, short walk to Museum and other attractions, not far to Victoria Markets !!!

Terrible place avoid at all costs. The poker machines never pay out ever a absolute disgrace. The beer is always flat on tap and the wine has been opened sitting there for days as the bar doesn’t have much of a turnover. Many of my friends use to go there and now it’s true what they say the machines don’t pay out and the alcohol tastes terrible. You have been warned. Avoid this establishment.

I left a bag behind and came back for it. I arrived at this place around 5 minutes after business hours so the glass door was closed. There were staff finishing up inside and the security guy was sitting on a chair facing the door playing with his phone. I knocked and knocked and used the flash on my phone to show my presence. Even though he was facing my side, it was not easy to raise his alert with my tapping on the door or the SOS kind of flashing as there was a around 10meter halfway in between. The security guy was feeling absolutely secure. A few minutes later and after a few peeks, the security guy stumbled towards the door to see what I was after. I told him I left a bag behind and would like him to see if they had it. Knowing that I wasn't some mafia guy, he just asked me to come back the next morning because they had already closed. Then he waddled back to the chair carrying on his phone business. I was standing outside the door expecting some miracle with some v 'maybes'in my head just like what many other customers do here during the business hours. Around 15 minutes later, they then all disappeared, leaving me wonder why the outcome wasn't even close to any of my 'maybes'. I felt like I was a kid in the zoo trying to reach out to get to the other side of the glass but the glass turned out to be the widest gap in the world. They didn't do anything wrong. It was just me, a customer, that had such a bad experience at this place.

DEPRESSING POKIE VENUE This venue on Swanston Street has a front section where you can order food and drinks and sit at outdoor tables. It's not trendy or glamorous and the food is simple. The staff are quite friendly. The rear section has the pokie machines and is dark and gloomy. You can also get drinks from a bar in this section.

Quite a good place to grab some drink, sit outside there and then enjoy the street view. Have been there for many times as I pretty love its premium creamy Cappuccino. Staffs are, sometimes kind and warmhearted (while for couple of times they just came out, took away my mug and cleaned the table right in front of me, when I just finished the coffee). Basically it closes a bit later than other cafes, so it would be a 'place to be' if u just hang around CBD.
