Ive never had a bad experience coming to fortress, the staff are amazing and the food is also great. Plus you may get a sneaky look at Maxmoefoe and Anything for Views 👀 Also just wanted to add that William Mark's is a legend who performed a very cool magic trick for myself and my girlfriend

We were absolutely blown away by the magnificent magician Eby. Having experienced some cheap tomfoolery by the bald man of the Moleyest Holey a couple nights prior, I’ll admit I was very doubtful at first - but Eby’s demeanour and attitude were very friendly and non-invasive, so we were more than happy to entertain and be entertained! I’m sorry my wristwatch was so magnetically secure - I look forward to soon seeing my wrist bare and $1400 less valuable. We’ll be back for Eby.

Suggestion for the future: if you're overbooked and you know ahead of time, put up a sign so walk ins know. We were let in, and sat down at a table we had been told wasn't booked. Not even 5 minutes later we were told to leave as all tables had been booked out. It's shameful and downright Lazy behavior.

The atmosphere of Fortress is incredible for those so-inclined to the tavern and arcade. The magician on the night of 17/01/2025 was exceptional. I highly recommend heading down for an evening with friends!

Played my first game of D&D with dungeon Master Zoe. Me and my friends Had a great time. Zoe was very good and patient with use. Would definitely like to do it again. 5 stars for Zoe to.

Geek heaven. Sit down and have a friendly pint, play a game! Oh wait, you are not a member. Pay $20 for a monthly subscription. Get a game card to the value of $15 to play Minecraft Dungeons (yes!) Food is amazing. Music is a little too loud for the location but it's pop punk so that's fine. Lights are a bit dim, but Kobolds see well in the dark. Kids out by 8pm

I have been here a few times and the atmosphere is always excellent. Today, even though we didn't have a booking one of the staff showed us to a VIP booth and let us use the games until the next booking 2 hours later. 11/10 service!

Tried the D&F beginners campaign having never played D&D before. The dungeon master was very friendly and helpful throughout. The atmosphere was great and was suitably rowdy! I would recommend the house lager for those over age. Overall had a great time!

Didn't have food or drinks. First time visit. Next time will add more details. There are great games unfortunately it took some time to get use .

Attended a twitch function at Fortress. Enjoyed the environment, security was friendly however I had to tip my water out on the way in (free refills inside) Food was quite expensive but over all good vibes

My friends and I were playing board games when suddenly a wizard that looked like Henry Cavill’s long lost brother (Mr Marmalade) came up to us and gave us a magic show. Super fun and interactive, let us hold and touch with all of his props, 5 stars
