Ask for Harry Senior very helpful and they have good customer service.

I'll give zero stars 0* to the guy working at the Game Desk..with glasses n tattoos. Other staff was nice.. Don't go to that guy, totally useless..I was disappointed..

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a back to school laptop for my daughter last week as she enters year 7. The salesman was extremely insightful and helped provide multiple options for us to choose from. Wanted to post this a week later as my daughter is extremely happy with her laptop choice and I believe the sales person’s name was Jefferson.

I was delighted to have Jonathan at JB Hi-Fi to assist me with a couple of questions I had with a Samsung tablet. He also assisted me to speak with his manager for a price match which I was very happy with. He was patience and informative and I would not be hesitated to walk in store next time and ask him to assist with a purchase! I rate his service 10/10!

Not a great staff for buying iPhone, was interacting with Staff name - Ojeff. They need more experienced staff who are customer focused!

Again another JB HiFi has done it again! Needed a special phone for my elderly parents, one of my brothers bought something online and it lasted the one charge and could not be turned back on again - a waste of money. The 1st place my sons and I thought of was JB HiFi, made 1 phone call, they had the product and put it aside to pick up - it costs less than the original POS bought online and better quality. Exceptional Customer Service at JB Hi-Fi, Castle Hill Shopping Mall, NSW Recently, I visited JB Hi-Fi at Castle Hill Shopping Mall to purchase a Micro USB to USB A cable. What I thought would be a quick errand turned into an extraordinary experience, thanks to a customer service representative named Trent. After checking the inventory, Trent assured me the cable was available and he started searching in a nearby showcase. However, he couldn’t find it there. What happened next was truly remarkable. Trent went above and beyond to assist me. He moved to another location, sat on the floor with crossed legs, and meticulously searched through all the cables for about 10 minutes. Despite his effort, the cable was still elusive. Determined not to give up, Trent checked another stock area, examining items one by one with admirable patience and persistence. When he still couldn’t locate it, Trent returned to the first area, once again seated himself on the floor, and rechecked every single item. At this point, his colleague, Thomas, noticed his dedication and joined in to help. Together, they searched through different locations until, finally, they found the $12 cable I needed. I was deeply moved by their effort, teamwork, and commitment. In my entire life, I’ve never witnessed sales representatives demonstrating such extraordinary dedication to delight a customer. For a $12 item, their effort was both shocking and inspiring. I made sure to call the store manager to share my experience and express my appreciation for Trent and Thomas. I also encouraged the manager to share this story with the rest of the team to inspire others. As customers, I believe it’s essential to recognize such exceptional service to motivate young professionals. Managers, too, should take the time to appreciate and celebrate employees who go the extra mile. Unfortunately, our culture often focuses more on complaints than on acknowledgment. Changing this mindset could make the world a much better place.

I have to thank Thomas (not tommy) who was working at the register today. He was amazing, the level of customer service he provided will take him to great heights in the industry! He was able to find the items I was looking for assisted with ordering items that he didn’t have in the store from other stores and gave me the best ticketed price for a collectors item! Thomas, you are an asset to yourself, the store and the industry! May you also stay one of the best in customer service that I have ever experienced and I’ve worked in customer service for over 25 years. Thank you Thomas On my return, I had already ordered in a very limited edition item, I assisted by Trent. Oh my God, Trent just like Thomas is absolutely amazing! Customer Service level Beyond my wildest dreams! He definitely took it the extra mile! 25 years in customer service and these two guys take the cake on giving the customer the best experience ever! I thought that the service generation was done, these guys renewed my faith in their generation, s they both understand the true meaning of servicing the customer to the highest level! Castle hill is the only JB hi Fi store I will be making purchases from, from now on! Shout out to Thomas and Trent, you guys are absolutely effing amazing! On my next visit Mitch and Trent assisted me. Will wonders never cease … I have no more words to describe this team from JBHiFi Castle Hill! They are passionate about what they do and it shows in the service that they provide to their customers! I am certain that the entire crew in this store is amazing as I have only been able to receive magnificent service from a few individuals but I believe it resonates throughout the entire store and that every staff member is just as fantastic as the next! I will never shop at another JBHiFi store as I’ve found the one store that meets my every need whether it is products or service from staff! Thomas is completely amazing as usual but Niamh was so patient with me while I sorted out my banking to pay for my purchase, Niamh and a Thomas both provided an experience that was something to behold, based on an order that Trent had previously processed for me. This is the second time I’ve left this review. Last time was because of bad customer service. Today is no different.

I dealt with HARRY when I went in to upgrade my phone (after going to Blacktown JB with no one to help after being there for 15 minutes and not that busy). Let me tell you he knows his stuff, very friendly and gave me a great honest opinion of different phones I was looking at. He spent a decent amount of time with me for a cheaper, mid range phone, so not a big ticket item. Negotiated a great price (despite being on special already). Only issue no stock, but he overcame that by giving me his personal contact to follow up when stock would arrive. It arrived yesterday, and I pickup today. Sale price had also finished, yet I still was given a price slightly lower than the expired sale price from the week before. Honestly can't remember last time I've seen service this good (and I work at a dealership surrounded by sales people daily!). The long and short of it is that this kid is a dead set asset to any place he works at, 10/10 customer service that gets the deal done. Thanks Harry, your a legend mate!

Can get too busy, but staff are attentive and friendly. I've been there multiple times and never had a negative experience. I can't say the same for other jb stores.

Good store but doesn't have any home appliances/devices. Have to go to JB HI FI Home down the road for that.

Too busy chit chatting to each other to help even though I was hovering around a section with 4 staff members present for a solid 5 minutes. Only person that acknowledged my existence was the security guard. Went to another store and received exemplary customer service.

I had a terrible experience with JB Hi-Fi. I bought a TV from Castle hills towers, and they supposed to deliver it 22nd of Oct but it didn't happen. when I called them to ask where is my TV, they said I need to follow it from Macquarie Store as they couldn't track it. So I called Macquarie and they said delivery is not coordinated. and they can deliver it tomorrow, I accepted. today driver asked ME to know where he need to pick up the TV and I said you need to get it from Macquarie to my home. now after couple of hours I called driver and he said he cannot deliver it today as it is not coordinated!! then I had to call JB Hi Fi again and follow to know where is my TV. for this delivery I had to call them more than 10 times and know they said you can cancel your order if you dont want it.

My husband and I visited JB Hi-Fi Castle Hill today with our baby daughter, and Lily provided exceptional service! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the new iPhone 16, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know. Her friendly and professional demeanor made our experience so much better. Highly recommend asking for Lily if you're looking for expert advice. Thanks again, Lily!

Here is the deal for most of the people complaining about not getting service from staffs, First of all its not because there is less staffs its just that they approach you or ignore you depending on what you looking at, if its an expensive item they will approach you with in seconds for eg. Apple products or else if it’s just something like a screen protector or a cover they couldn’t care less, you could stand there whole day stranded. Its basically the approach of Gold Diggers in simple words, Bigger the sale better the commission, Only thing is that in this store its more obvious.

I incorrectly bought a headphones instead of a headset. They were gracious enough to refund me when I returned it to them the next day. They have a lot of staff and they are a helpful and corteous bunch. You can have your receipt digitally sent through mobile phone. Their prices are consumer-friendly and their selection are many and wide. I recommend this shop.

Today, I visited JB Hi-Fi at Castle Towers to look at drones. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the nicest staff. Their customer service was excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. They made my shopping experience enjoyable and hassle-free. If you’re in the market for electronics or just want great service, I highly recommend stopping by JB Hi-Fi at Castle Towers.

Usually not a fan of going to Jb Hi Fi but the service and friendliness of Jinny was absolutely incredible. So personable and amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Bad customer service

Amazing service from Germaine at the end of the evening today! She was so accommodating and helpful with my husband’s return. They were having troubles finding the return, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taking care of. An absolute pleasure to have her assist us. Kaladin was also great!! 20/10 service today !!

I visited this store to buy a few things and I loved how the staff were so helpful and cooperative. There is a variety of items and if you sign up, you get an initial discount coupon. Having said that, I liked how it was easy to navigate through and find the things I needed.

Bot everything and well priced - consistency in quality, service and value

You could be standing in this store for literally an hour and no one will give a toss about you. Try officeworks

I was served by Ranveer from JB HiFi Castle Tower and I would like to say that I am so happy with the customer service I received. He was so polite and friendly. He gave us an awesome deal. I highly appreciate the service I received and really want to thank Ranveer for all his help. He is truely an asset for the company.

I recently made another laptop purchase from this store, and I must say Brendan and Terence were incredibly helpful. They assisted me with proper information and reasonable comparison and eventually offered me a great deal!

I went there to buy some bits and bobs, ended up getting a pair of earphones, the worker there Trent, was a top-notch bloke and actually made my shopping experience genuine and pleasant, if I need to return to jbhifi, it will be castle hill, cheers mate! definitely a solid worker. Another thing, usually, jb workers don't pay you a second thought when they're on a task already, this bloke multitasks to answer your question while already dealing with other customers and such, uncommon but legit.

A shout out to Harry who helped me purchase two lap tops and accessories. I had no idea what I needed to purchase for myself and my dad. Harry was so helpful and patient at providing information and explaining everything to me. And he gave me good discounts as well. Highly recommend Harry's customer service!

Had a return and exchange I needed to do today and the service was exceptional. All the staff were polite, courteous and helpful, was a fantastic customer service experience.

It took us 1 hour and 15 minutes to try to change our phones from JB HiFi back to Telstra. To no avail…… we left the store supposedly equiped to changeover easily back at Telstra. Not to be. We had been given prepaid SIM cards when they knew we were on a high level plan. Went to Telstra and still couldnt get the phones to work. Telstra subject to separate (damning) review. Ultimate outcome we gave up and transferred to Vodaphone. I cant believe it is this hard……. But it is, so prepare yourself.

Another JB Hi-Fi. As expected, nice and helpful people. Like the variety of products. If your after big bulky items you better go to JB Hi-Fi in Castle Hill Home Hub.

Staff are always extremely helpful, ask for a deal and they'll sort you out normally

Came here from Apple (no service at all) service was great, staff were friendly and helpful walk out with phone and watch. Great price but that's what we expect.

This is the biggest JB Hi-Fi I have seen, all brands are available, very wide range of all products, easy to access and fine what you are looking for.

Good service

Best jb hi fi in town

Purchased a $700 chromebook (LENOVO - CHROME DUET 5) for my son to use in his primary school and added a 1 year care plus to my purchase which did cost 120 plus bag and some other acessories... After ecxactly 2 months my son accedently dropped his bag with the device inside on the floor and the device stopped working... Took it back to the store in order to get repaired and was happily willing to pay for the repair but then I get a qoute from the manager to pay 1700+ for the repair and upon requesting an explaination from them they told me the qoute came from Lenovo and they're (JB HIFI) not responsible for it... It's been about a year now and the issue hasn't been resolved yet and they still have the device as I refused to pay double the price of brand new device to fix it.

Love using their click and collect option - if you know exactly what you're wanting no mucking about with up selling sales people. I do feel like I need to get a tattoo to shop here though... Must be getting old.
