A huge 'shout out' to Monica in Reception. We arrived for a 6 year old's birthday celebration and although the table was booked, I had forgotten to mention the birthday. By the time we were shown to our table, there was a birthday balloon(anchored by a lolly bag) and a birthday card with the child's name one it. Thank you, Monica - you made our grandson's birthday really special and we are deeply grateful.

1 star for being seated in the adults only area. Asked the chef for a gluten free option to the salmon poke bowl, was told he wouldn't do it. Even though it states you can ask for it in the menu. Ended up getting a pumpkin salad but there was only one wedge of pumpkin? Was rushed out of our table when there were many other ones free. Definitely not in a rush to come back.

Great place for a good meal. Like most places, oversized meals and overpriced as the meals are too big. 9 adults and only one finished the whole meal. Staff were reasonably friendly, though they don't appear to be happy.

Kids love the playground but the menu hasn't changed in years so it's gotten boring. We have now started going to Amstel as our regular, much better menu

Korean Chicken is da bomb! 👌 Baileys cheesecake also delicious!! I've moved away but everytime im in the area i make sure i go have some Korean chicken 😋 it comes on a bed of like a coleslaw salad which is very tasty too.

Rude staff , super busy doing their thing which dosnt include any custome service. Oysters were plump and fresh looking but so salty sitting in salty water... are you washing them is super salty water for some reason? One of the Toughest steaks I've ever had (special scotch with chimmichurri sauce med rare) I took a bite and thought I'd rest it for a bit... no; still as tough as an old boot!! do they even know what chimmichurri is? No meal checking, no hi howre you going? No acknowledgement of customers at all. Not in a hurry to come back or recommend even though it's not that expensive....they must be saving $$on their cheap staff and budget meat

Went here on a Sunday night and was surprised how busy it was which is great- a lot of families which is also great to see - the noise was quite high but it is a family Hotel - being of middle aged it was nice there was a adults area for dining -food was nice and service was great

The meals were great however we were given the table right next to the playground. It was very noisey and as the sun started to go down it was shining right in our eyes. We requested the blinds to be lowered so we could see what we were eating as well as try and hold a conversation with the people across the table. Staff advised us there were no blinds to lower Blinds to block the sun would be a great addition

Food and staff at Beretta's are friendly and helpful but it can get very noisy at times but a great place to eat and they have a great play ground for the kids

Genuinely the most unappealing experience I’ve had in a restaurant, the shift manager who I assume is the guy in the black shirt was extremely irritated the moment he had to put through our food order and was full of attitude and no patience, horrible role model for the younger staff and reflects the kitchens culinary ability. Save your money and goto the Maccas 50 metres away

My family had lunch here on the weekend for my son's birthday. The Bistro Manager (I assume) guy with grey spiked hair was so rude when I asked him if I could store the birthday cake somewhere. He was quite rude to my parents too, informing them quite abruptly they only had till 4.00. He seemed more worried about when to boot people out before he even showed them to their table. He clearly needs training on customer service and how to speak politely to people. The girls in the Bistro were lovely and very helpful. Food was nice. I won't be rushing back again though, for my next family dinner.

I liked my scotch fillet dish. It was cooked to my preference: medium rare. But the outside was a bit burnt which I could taste... Not unpleasant but still. The service was excellent with all of the dishes our table ordered coming at the same time, making things easier for the group. Would recommend.

Overall the food was good. I had the parmigiana while it wasn’t the best Parmesan I’ve ever had. It was nowhere near the worst. Great value for money. Staff were amazing and everything was very clean. Sorry I didn’t take a picture.

We were disappointed with the lack of entree options (they were mostly bread options beside oysters). Menu was unclear with oyster pricing options. We were seated in the adult lounge which is nice, but was very noisy and echoey. However, the staff were friendly and the service was good. Food came out very quickly and was satisfactory.

We held our Christmas party with Berettas out on their deck. We couldn't have asked for a better place to host our function. The staff made the booking and organisation so easy and the staff on the night were super helpful and friendly. Food is always great and the deck is a lovely spot if you are lucky with the weather.

The children's play area was absolutely outstanding and provided the perfect space for our large group. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were well-entertained throughout our visit. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The food was of excellent quality, prepared to a high standard, and served quickly. I would highly recommend this establishment for families or groups looking for a great dining experience paired with a fantastic play area for children.

Went here for the first time to celebrate my sister's birthday and found it to have a comfortable atmosphere and pleasant staff. I ordered the Aussie Parma and absolutely loved it. The price is reasonable too. I will be back!

Awesome place if you have a family with kids as the place was absolutely runover by young families with 200 kids each or so it seemed. There was a smallish area away from kids but you had to get through them to get to the Bar. Food was excellent as were the drinks so a big thumbs up . If you have a young family this is the place for you.

Always a good feed to be had by all. Play room for young children.

What a joke of a venue. It's says on website that they are open till 5am. We spent $30 on an Uber to be told they close at 4am. As it was 3:55am we were not allowed in.

Delicious steak cooked to perfection, can't wait to return and try more fabulous food on the great menu 😋.

family of 7 enjoyed time together wait time for main meal not acceptable kitchen staff very confused as to whether they had commenced preparation of the meal after a 3/4 hour wait.This was bought to the Managers attention.

Very expensive for the standard of food. Nice enough atmosphere, but a bit noisy when it gets busy. Staff were very attentive, but could smile more. No real customer interaction. It's a job! The parmies were dry and tasteless. More like an overcooked Safeway schnitzel with basic topping. $28 bucks and you then have to buy a salad? Really? The Calamari was like a frozen packet. No taste and the salad was not worth it. The chips were ok, but had that dirty oil taste. Here's a tip! Go to the Chelsea RSL on a Wednesday night and learn how to make a parmi! Congrats to the bar staff, lovely lass made a nice LL & B. Sorry for the tough review, but being such a central isolated hotel, you think you would try harder.

I can see the attraction for families, due to the playroom, our children loved it. We were there on a Sunday lunch, it was very busy a noisy, the staff looked miserable, and the when you pay $40+ for a steak, chips, and veggies, i don't think it is unreasonable to expect it to be palatable, i can tell you it wasnt. Apparently, the Head chef doesn't work Sunday's, which is a poor excuse. When the place is I am sure packed every Sunday.

Enjoyed the $19 Light Lunch which includes a drink from the bar. We both took the scotch fillet option for an extra $3. The JR pale ale from Dromana was also on tap & drank very well. Ample parking, attentive staff & fast food delivery to our table in a quiet area.

Relatively tasty food and priced fairly. Huge multi level playground was perfect for the kids we were with to play on - a huge plus to keep them entertained for hours. Heaps of parking and large dining area - heaps of birthday parties there on a Saturday afternoon but still had walk in availability

* Update - October 2024 - Met a friend for dinner… staff were amazing, we were seated in the quiet couples area, although there were tables of four too. It was much nicer than being out in the bigger area noisy area. Food again was average, the standard Vegetarian: Risotto,Veggie burger, Pumpkin Gnocchi( like a tin of pumpkin soup & Gnocchi) or Pizza. Risotto was rather bland tasted like a jar of pasta sauce had been just tipped into it. My friend ordered the Ceaser Salad with chicken and it was dry, with no dressing and very little chicken. Their chips however were amazing, best thing they serve! 1st Review…. It was ok, very over crowded, so squashed and to many tables. Food quality is not as good as it used to be probably because they are so busy and short staffed for the amount of people they jam in. Staff that were working were friendly considering the strain they were under. Not sure why I keep going back, maybe not for a while.

A staff member called Ken saved my life my heart stopped the manager was great ..KEN SAVED ME DID FIRST AID ON ME ..AT TIME I WAS WITH A MAN CALLED MY HUSBAND HE STOOD THERE AND DID NOTHING .IT WAS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WITH HIM FOR 4 YEARS ..LANGWARRIN HOTEL DESERVE A GOLD MEDAL IF IT WASNT FOR KEN STAFF I WOULDNT BE HERE .. I POP IN TO SEE KEN AND THANK HIM ..MY EX HAS ORDERS ON HIM ..WHEN I GO TO THE HOTEL THEY LOOK OUT FOR ME ... THEY CARE THERE FOOD IS EXCELLENT ....MY EX IS JOHN HUET DE FROBERVILLE A MAN WHO DIDNT CARE ..KEN COME IN WHILE HE STOOD THERE ...THAT HOTEL IS A BIG PART OF MY LIFE ..PARKING IS GREAT KIDS AREA EXCELLENT POIKE AREA GREAT ..EVERY THING ABOUT THAT HOTEL IS OF A HIGH STANDARD IN ALL ASPECTS .

Food was fine although side salad was very small for an extra $5. Service good but 'quiet' room was pretty noisy when full because it is an enclosed space.

my husband ordered a seafood dish and I ordered the Alisha Parma, Average food nothing special, wouldn't go here again. Long wait times. I felt the menu was much too long Service was okay the man at the front looked miserable as soon as I told him my reservation he immediately told me I had to be gone by 2 The pros were there was a big play room for kids and the establishment including the bathroom were very clean
