Had a great party for my 6YO yesterday! Kids loved it, parents too. It’s not a huge venue so great to keep an eye on the kids. Our party hosts Eva and Matilda were great - very accommodating and engaging with the kids!

We had my son's party at Timezone. Our party host was Eva. She was excellent and organised everything. She was caring and made our experience awesome. The kids really liked her and felt comfortable to ask her a question.

I went to buy a card to play but the worker advised me to buy a cheaper card which is blue but this was not true and I exchanged my card which is red . The worker did not tell the truth, do not trust their advice

I went today on a Wednesday around 5-6 pm onwards. The place was relatively busy. Even for kids running around. The staff kept the place nice and tidy. No sticky residue on the WANGAN wheels (racing sim) which I really appreciate, there wasn’t arcade machines that were broken. Even when there was a problem, like I was on the claw machine, it bugged out I asked one of the staff to help me out. I think her name was Daniella (sorry if I spelt your name wrong). She was very accommodating even when others were asking for her help before I asked for hers. She was still smiling, and once we ended up winning a prize she was cheering us on. Which I really respect because it’s something that shows someone cares about what they do. Thank you again Daniella🔥 For being a true homie May this review treat you well

Had my son's 7th birthday party here and it was fantastic as soon as we arrived we had a very friendly young staff member take us straight to the party rooms asked if we needed help carrying anything and was very helpful with the rundown of what was going to happen for the party the host Therese was outstanding making sure the kids where having an amazing time helped cut the cake and my sons birthday was a great experience I highly recommend having your next party here thank you guys so much 😁

My daughter had her party at Timezone today. She and her friends had a great time. Jada looked after us. She made sure everyone was comfortable and had a fun experience. My daughter said Jada deserves a promotion. We would give her 6 out of 5 stars! Overall the staff were helpful and communicated with us well throughout the booking and whole party. Everything in Timezone is really fun getting tickets and using them but the entry is kind of expensive but will definitely go there again

There were not many games available, despite the expectation that there would be a large number of games.

Good enough arcade for the northern subs. I used to main this location up until May 2023 when the CHUNITHM cab got moved to TZ Knox. The Taiko No Tatsujin here can be a bit iffy, but expected since the rhythm game community here isn't as strong compared to places like Forest Hill or Highpoint. I still come here often for the Pump It Up cab since it's surprisingly good quality. Despite this, I do think that staff should put up signs for Pump and Taiko saying to not stomp on the pad/hit the drum really hard, as I catch myself saying so to many guests who do these things. But for non-rhythm gamers reading this: Epping offers a good selection of ticket earning games and other fun games like air hockey. I personally really like Quik Drop (although it can malfunction at times). There's mini-bowling as well near the entrance.

Time zone is a good one and the best it's fun and lots a games to chose from you can naver get bored

Great atmosphere and excellent customer service

Terrible customer service. Staff did not honour the prizes the way the tickets were listed. Insisted on following what the system said instead of what THEY incorrectly displayed out in the prize section. Really disappointed given it was my little brothers 8th birthday and he had enough tickets for the 3 prizes he wanted as displayed in the prize section but fell a bit short once the prizes were scanned. Given it was the fault of Timezone, feel all 3 prizes should’ve be given, especially disappointing when others tend to steal and you just try to do the right thing to no avail. Really disappointing as I’m quite certain with a push of a couple of buttons they could’ve done the right thing. Will be putting in a formal complaint as the treatment and lack of respect and acknowledgement of customer service was dreadful.

We had our daughter's 7th Birthday at Timezone Epping Plaza and we couldn't ask for more. We were met at the door by 2 amazing party assistants, Angelina and Matilda, who were extremely helpful throughout the day. Good value for money and the 14 kids had an amazing time. I would recommend this venue to anyone having to organize a child's birthday.

Caroline was an attentive and helpful party host, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Its not easy to wrangle 25+ kids, and everyone was amazing. Will def book another birthday here in the future.

My favourite game there was a racing one where it came with a steering wheel and a fake gear shifter with a 6 speed manual but you can chose storylines in the game and be able to drive an atoumated version of the car you picked or manual. Timezone in epping is close with alot of parking available that ranges for many hours that you can stay there for an are also alot of restaurants very close it plus a quest hotel which is even crazier.

We hosted the party today and the staff was just exceptional.Samara,Hadi,Rose and Isabella were so helpful and kind to all the kids.We are glad we celebrated our birthday with Timezone Epping.Well done team !!!

All the claw games to win tickets and the plushie claw machines are rigged so hard. They make it extremely difficult for you to even pick up anything.

Almost unbearable inside...38degree day and they have no air con in there. The poor staff look so uncomfortable

Our birthday party at Timezone was amazing. We had a host named Caroline and she was astonishing by being very attentive to the kids. I recommend her for all kids parties.

Nicole is a nice staff worker and polite to kids and people when serving and generous.

My kid loves this place. Not huge but one can still find enough to keep the kids busy for an hour or so.

Excellent Timezone for two main reasons. The candy claw game has a good variety of candy, and the mini bowling is excellent for toddlers. I have been to watergardens, highpoint, and braybrook timezones, and this candy claw machine is by far the best.

Ideal venue to have kid’s birthday parties. Friendly staff. Great experience over all. Rose was are party host and we are very pleased with the service we got .

Please install an adjustable fan near Pump It Up. This game is a real workout for high level players and where the cabinet is currently, no airflow is coming through.

A big shout out to CAROLINE. Caroline was very lovely from the start of the party.. She handled everything from the kids games, setting up the tables and winding up the party. Caroline also helped carry all the party stuff back to the car!

We had a birthday party on Saturday 18th November. Party was going fine. I was not the parent but attending the party as a guest. We were waiting at the toilets by the party room. Some of the little girls - around 7 years old were playing and dancing next to the toilets. A staff member Caroline opened the door with such intense force to tell the girls off for being loud (ummm we’re at a loud play space) and hitting my daughter on the side of the face along the jawline then closed the door without coming back out or checking up on her or caring. My daughter started screaming and crying and I went to knock on the door and told her that she’s hit my daughter on the face. She said that she was having a meeting and asked the kids to be quiet. I said are you going to check on her or apologise or offer a cold pack? She didn’t say anything and I then asked for her name. I walked to the front and asked to speak to a manager. The managers got a seat. No cold packs were available. Thank goodness our party mum had one. I have filled in an incident report but have heard NOTHING FROM THE VENUE!!! We got offered 500 tickets as a sorry. We all laughed- $3. The staff are a joke. The place is run by incompetent and inconsiderate staff. No management to call me? My daughter’s face was bruised and still is. She couldn’t open her jaw. Don’t go here. Don’t have a party here.

I will be coming back to this timezone! i had a worker helping me with a game that wasn’t working. Her name was samara she had the best customer service EVER!!!! she’s the nicest girl i’ve ever seen, every job needs a samara.

Epping Timezone needs air conditioning
