Great pinball place with Pinballs jukebox and arcade tables and good place if you need a pinball that needs fixing

The service is absolutely appalling. I arrived at the shop in need of a part, to be greeted with an extremely rude/aggressive man who told me that his time is too expensive and important to be dealing with spare parts. I was told to go to my car and order the part, he would then be able to help me. I went to my car, unable to order the part I needed. Very disappointing seeing I originally bought my machine from them.

The worst, arrogant service I have ever seen. Not interested in selling to the public. According to the owner, you MUST be an expert on your machine before they deal with you. Zero customer service especially if you are just getting into the hobby. Don't expect any friendly advice from them. I'm taking my 15k elsewhere. Passive aggressive, even to the point of checking my previous review history and posting it online like a stalker would. This kind of response from the owner is a big indication of the person you are dealing with. They should have got out of this business years ago and allow people with a passion to take over. Helping new comers should be one of their highest priority's. Instead they get upset when their horrible customer service skills are brought to the attention of the public. If you want to regret hours of your life, then attempt to deal with Mr Pinball. LOL

Drove 90mins across town based on the good reviews. Office was closed (to be fair they were moving a machine from the warehouse and I was happy to wait). Was told by the old chap in the workshop not to bother waiting as the owner doesn't take well to folks turning up unannounced to buy parts and only deals with online orders. Since I needed a solution to a problem and didn't know the specific part to buy that's no good to me so went home empty handed.

Wayne and Vince are two of the friendliest and most helpful enthusiasts that you could hope to do business with. Absolute legends. Great product and service. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Can't believe this company still exists When they were on North Road in East Bentleigh I took my Guns N Roses machine to them twice and got charged $500 both times for the same fault that they never fixed. Ended up selling it on the trading post for what I payed for cause there was no way I was going back a third time (still same issue) Huge regret ever selling it but unfortunately I couldn't play it. 11/3/2020 Thanks for your smart reply Mr Pinball 15 years ago I wasn't able to give a review 15 years ago I delivered my pinball to you TWICE to repair and failed within a week with same fault, both times paying you cash The third time I wasn't going to be stooged again so after having my Guns N Roses machine sitting at home collecting dust and $1000 out of pocket already I ended up selling it 15 years later I know, and yes I'm still amazed you're still in business

Just purchased a table-top game machine with all the classic games from my childhood. Not only is a quality, well-made game machine it is also a Time Machine! Got it home, unboxed it, switched it on and played for hours. Did not miss a beat... I am totally satisfied & highly recommend Mr Pinball to anyone looking to purchase. Good price & great/knowledgeable service. Will have to fight off my kids when I want to play 😁
