I was there for a music gig. The worst sound ever. Felt bad for the musicians.

the space is big enough, the sound system is a disaster, the location in an industrial zone...all in all, it's not worth coming again

Nice venue with plenty of space and good music system. Beer and alcohol selection in general could be improved

Shocking venue, absolutely no air con with hundreds of concert going people packed in PLEADING for the air-conditioning to be turned on... When the artist went backstage to change his t-shirt after three songs, the air-conditioning was then turned on (he must have blasted the staff). Very very inconsiderate. Bar staff however were great and had air-conditioning throughout the bar area.

I haven't gone yet but I can't say anything now

Attended last night. Barrier in front of the door. Had to move it to get in. 8 pool tables. 4 are coin operated but do not work, the other 4 you can hire by the hour but are all ripped and unplayable. Not a person in sight. No music. No vibe. What's the point in offering pool tables in the first place ???

The venue is decent sized, nice layout. Changed so much over the years. The bathrooms are broken and disgusting. We went in on a Saturday around 6pm for a casual game of pool, does the bathrooms ever get cleaned? The things I seen made me want to vomit and run. I couldn't use and 34 weeks pregnant. Everything's pretty much broken in the bathrooms too. Please fix and higher a regular cleaner. Was told the men's just as bad with a hole through the wall staring into pipes.

Fantastic fantastic

Nice big club space, lots of room for people to move around without bumping into each other. Looks alot better now than it did a couple of years ago. Front toilets near entry need some serious upgrading and maintenance. All staff are pretty friendly, I had the pizza a couple of times after a night there, it's was nice, always piping hot.

A nice place for friends and couples! You can play pool, get a few drinks and have fun dancing

Awesome place, had a mates 18th birthday there and it was an amazing time and experience.

My second time visiting Q Room. After the redecorating the new Q Room is amazing excellent decor and friendly service.

Badly organised bar staff:flat drinks;arguments amongst staff unable to cope with a large attendance at a concert last night.

Haven't been here in years decided to come back and see how things are. Nothing has changed and has gotten worse. Place looks like a junkyard and just added pool tables. Staff isn't much better. Stood at the front with no other customers, we weren't even acknowledged. Cannot believe price of drinks. Honestly use to love coming here now never again.

Extremely disappointed. The pool tables, sticks and carpets are so worn and degraded I don't think they've ever been repaired or replaced since it was first opened. Average to over priced food and drink. Toilets are amoung the worst I've ever seen. Only some of the aircon work and make you feel sick or you go and cook in an oven corner. The bar staff tried to over charge us for one hour of pool hire, we had had one beer, no drunk, we were one hour exactly and the place was very dead, so I don't know how they thought they would get away with it. I understand having a dj is cool and fun, but when the total number of people in the building is about 20 including staff, please turn the music down it actually was annoying that i had to almost yell the while time. Unless someone renovated and changed staff i would never recommend this place again

Its not a bad place to start the night. Good music and a well behaved crowd. Tables aren't the greatest, but definitely not the worst.
