Great staff friendly service and good food.

WORST MEAL EVER. Two slices of fatty lamb, carrots and peas cooked to death, 1 piece of overcooked pumpkin and 2 tired potatoes. All topped off with a dollop of congealed gravy. An organised function so had to cop it. Price also was extrordinary at $50 for that plus a piece of pavlova with 1 slice of banana and a mandarin segment! Also provided bottles of undrinkable wine. So we had to buy drinks from their very limited list. We shall never return to this place

Went here for a fundraising function and found the whole center very interesting, the pictures around were absolutely amazing. The toilets were clean. The bar staff were friendly.

So its like this, great place for functions, few quiet ones with friends, staff are friendly, if your car/s are equipped with cameras make sure u park your car beside disabled parking left side its the only place their cctv will see any crime. A lady parked her car the right side n the camera at the self opening doors didn't capture vandalism as the pillar was blocking the view. Her car was covered in suphuric acid tyres were slashed luckily they were as she would of driven her car home n as her car heated up her car would of exploded. The cameras were able to see car beside that car, unable to see any persons around the car due to pillar blocking view of right side. Im not saying this is the Rsl:s fault or responsible for this crime, as the owner was very distraught by this viscious crime that could of been a murder if the lady was able to drive her car. Be vigilant where you park if attending the Rsl.

Attended the Hobart Jazz Club monthly gig. Great jazz. Food at a good price, served promptly, big servings, delicious. Plenty of parking. Beverages well priced.

I play snooker, billiards and 8 ball out of Claremont RSL. They do nice meals and hold many different social events. Staff is friendly plenty of parking. I like it

Hiring the RSL main room and kitchen was at a very affordable rate. Helps to keep the costs of a function to a reasonable level. The staff were helpful with all areas of the venue hire.

Best club for Snooker billiards and 8ball tables
