No customer service no bistro

The bingo Centre and Bingo staff are lovely. Unfortunately the Bingo experience is sadly lacking. We attended every Wednesday night for a month, paid $114 for the PET machine and only the same 4 people win over 46 games. This does not make for a fun experience. What is the point? Just donating money to cashed up Bingo regulars who spend big bucks to reap all the rewards. Save your money and go elsewhere. You might actually get to win elsewhere.

Came on a Sunday night, got told hats on backwards through whole venue no problem. No tap beer at the bar, no problem. They had bottles. Went to Sports bar area. No sports. Asked if it was a sports bar? She said no. No problem. Saw Keno and greyhounds on screen, but no AFL for the last game of the season to determine who makes finals. Asked the staff if they have fox footy, she said I’m not sure and passed me the remote. I couldn’t find the channels. Asked another staff member she answered no to sports bar and no to footy. In a venue of this size you would think they would have Foxtel channels. One star experience.

The entertainment here is very good.

Big venue, lots of machines. Although, it is always very busy and cramped. Left my car window down a tiny bit and had my backpack, my friends phone and wallet stolen. The security were very helpful in checking their camera footage to try and help - so I was very thankful for that.

I have been attending the Palms BINGO for over 18 months. My experience has been underwhelming of late. There has been incontinence of staff, changes of prize money, and cost of play is regularly changing (I don’t know how much money to bring). During a night of BINGO after I played 10 games in session 1 I have to endure a 30 minute break which is unnecessary and pushing more ways to spend for extra money such raffle tickets which only 3 people win. This long break is unnecessary and lead to boredom and my passion for attending is not there. I am aware, that long term patrons are no longer attending which I would like to catch up with them. There are too many shark that clean up the prize money showing up at any session they want coming in at. They stock up on extra book for the last session. In addition, there is a lot of people coughing with whatever they may have. This makes for such an unpleasant evening. I hope thing change and I do have solution to these problems. P.S- there are other BINGO Halls that offer more value for money. Please let me know if anything changes. Thank you.

I won at bingo and they didn’t pay my winnings. The supervisor was very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to bingo here

worst service, worse place to go for gaming, bad management

Personally it just feels much more welcoming and the energy is better compared to many other places throughout the western suburbs (I'm yet to venture through a few others). Nice range of hot snacks, variety of things to do and the staff are fun. It's my first weekend spent here but definitely more to come.

Gambling place would be the correct term. Bingo in one section and pokies in the other. Restaurant is also here. Cafe type food is not available now.

I used to love the palms bingo but i don't go anymore. Unless you can afford to pay for a PET machine you have no chance. Same 4 people won a good 90% of the games, they all had the machines. They don't even make their PETs affordable to the average person so you have a chance. It's no longer a game of luck but what you can pay out to guarantee a win. Makes the night very disappointing and not enjoyable

Not good I don’t get what I ordered frozen fish not fresh fried not grilled. Totally different from menu. in gaming venue if you don’t have 20 cents change you can’t get a cup of cafe ! They are not only after your Dollar but you’re pocket change! My second poor experience with ‘The Palms’ management first was three years ago: They handled a few problems in an unprofessional way. The management needs to boost its PR. To me, they're only interested in collecting their big profit, without investing back into how to deal with the people. Hope that will be a wake-up call for them. We are the one's keeping you in business. You should be nicer dealing with us.

Stopped in for a quick bite not realising it wasn't a hotel but a gaming room. Must say the snacks available were ok, with a glass of wine was sufficient.

Rose… the manager (green shirt) the lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. My mother has a stutter and was being extremely rude to her telling her to hurry up and tell her what she wants “there are a lot of people behind you what do you want hurry up” she is apparently the manager and my family and I will never be returning to this place again due to the horrible customer service. Worst experience ever!!!!!!

Was a great bingo and I was a regular for 25 years. Terrible bingo since the machines came into play. A couple won 15 of the 45 games. Spoke to the girl at the office and she was so rude and told me if I didn’t like don’t come back. So I never went back.

Friendly staff. Prizes are not very big but I would say that's because they have a low amount of players/customers. So I recommend grabbing a bunch of friends and going. This will boost their customer numbers and eventually will reflect on their prizes. I enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere and its smaller in size compared to the huge mega bingo centres (which are very competitive)
