Ordered menu porterhouse medium rare. Came out a Iittle redder than most would call, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Could have been called rarer. Very OK with it. Great chips. Friendly service. Able to serve a single large table on a quiet night.

Food is top notch at a great price, waitresses are super friendly and the dining room is clean and modern. Update, haven't been since change over of new kitchen staff in March 2024, yet to see if new chef is as good as the last.

First time going to Lenah Valley RSL ,Nice meal and very friendly staff going above and beyond.

Friendly staff delicious meal

Quite a nice venue with a very comfortable atmosphere. The place is much larger inside than what it looks from the street. Although I primarily went there to eat I would quite easily consider going there for a regular drink as it feels quite friendly and relaxed. Walk past the bar room to get to the bistro room where your greeted by a friendly staff member. Quickly scanning the menu I decided on trying the Chicken Bisco with roast vegetables and covered in a creamy sauce. It came to around $25 which I feel is reasonable for the size of the meal. The food tasted delicious and we didn't have to wait too long. There's parking outside but it can fill up and the place can get booked out so I'd strongly advise calling ahead to book a table. All the usual amenities are available and there's even a kiddies section in the bistro to keep themselves amused.

They know how to cook a steak. There is a proper chef in the kitchen (not just someone's mum who can cook) sending out all the familiar old favourites very, very well. Below average prices. If laminex tables and pictures of the queen don't offend you, take your hat off at the door!

A large family group, 34. We were looked after very well, children catered for very thoughtfully, thank you. Play corner went down well. I enjoyed my mushroom bruschetta.

Finally the food is back where it was a few years ago, just had dinner there and the food was so delicious, wholesome and a decent serve, the kitchen staff were so friendly and helpful and Lenny behind the Bar was his usual friendly self, it's good to have our old local RSL back to serving great food again!
