Absolutely fantastic service delivered straight to my kitchen. I’ve recently had surgery & can’t lift. They took all the packaging off for me, took it away and put my new chest freezer where I wanted it to go! Customer service is top notch & great prices as well. Once again my dealings with FOUNDS BETTA was just great. The Sales Assistant was helpful and no rush. This is only my 2nd purchase from BETTA but I will be purchasing a Ceramic Heater if my research finds it a good option. When I got home I checked if their price was competitive and it was the best for the product and model. Thanks from Greg.

Another great buy, my dad’s tv died today, called up betta rosebud, checked stock and picked it up. So easy to deal with I drove from Cranbourne to rosebud just to buy from this local business. Certainly worth the drive because you always get friendly great service. Again thanks guys. Fantastic Service - honestly the team have been great. I dealt with Kris, and she looked after me with my fridge and washer purchase. The price was better than any other store around and it was all with no fuss or crazy haggling. I recently bought a Aircon/heating unit, which was ordered on a Tuesday and installed the following Tuesday, by the lovely Beau. Can't speak more highly about the quick 4 hour install. Beau was efficient, and had really great customer service skills, was friendly and polite, as well as being very skilled in his profession. The staff at better Home Living are all very helpful and have friendly service skillls. I would also prefer to support our local community, and these guys are great, would not go anywhere else.

White goods, kitchen appliances, tv, furniture and bedding store locally owned and operated. Very convenient especially if you need the items delivered in the Mornington Peninsula. We have shopped here many times over the years. Friendly and helpful staff. 👌

Amazing service!! Our fridge broke down with the worst timing. We got to the shop 15mins before closing time on a Saturday and they processed everything at a competitive price quickly. They then went out of their way to deliver the fridge 30mins later in the work Ute on the way home. THANKYOU SO MUCH!!

Walked in at 9.00am on a Saturday morning after our old fridge had completely died. Angela helped us pick out a new fridge and we where very lucky that we had it delivered same day. Great Service.

Excellent service from Betta Rosebud store. We rang to buy a fridge over the phone and they were very helpful and arranged for us to collect it within half an hour at the busiest time of year. Sam made the transaction seemless and even emailed receipt through. Quick and easy.

Great customer service and product knowledge. Lucky for me I remembered this local business and rang to check if the item was in stock, it was. I was about to order the wrong model online, from a large store in Mornington. Chris actually realised my mix up and thankfully explained the differences. Quickest Microwave purchase directly into our car boot ever.😄 Even better, I saved heaps as it was on sale and also did not need to pay the $50 delivery the other store wanted. Always number one for customer service. On a very busy weekend our dishwasher broke down after Saturday morning breakfast service. Rang Founds around 09:30 and had my new dishwasher delivered and the old one taken away by 11:30, they save the weekend for us! Always shop here for our appliances and always happy. Thanks

If you looked up the definition of customer service their would be a picture of the nice lady who helped me find two great pillows for my Nanna's 90th birthday this week. Founds Betta Home Living has to be found. Highly recommend.
