Huge thanks to Lachy from the paint shop at Bunnings Croydon! Such a friendly and helpful person—went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect color and calculate the exact amount of paint I needed. His knowledge and customer service were outstanding. Super friendly and made the whole process so easy. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Needed some tie down straps for my roof rack, searched other car specialty shops and found the same product at nearly half the price. Same quality which is important as well. Pays to shop around but have found Bunnings range is quite good.

My Bunnings order , pics below , they told me they would come to my place at 11 today to replace it they didn't come , I wouldn't ever get a delivery from them again ,

So wanted to give 5 stars today after having such a great experience with the ever patient & lovely Sharon supervising the self serve (and not once losing her cool with my nonsense!) thanks so much for making today much easier! And the lovely staff member who approached me to offer a hand with selecting the correct size bath plug….only since getting home, I had the correct ones in my hand when you came to my rescue, and convinced me to change to a smaller one….that doesn’t fit!!!! 🤣😩 although disappointed I still give you credit for trying! And I should have stuck with my instincts anyways. But son-nice of you to come and chat and help out, also the lady in the isles who looked up isle 11 items I was hunting for. Cheers guys and gals, appreciate the effort!

We recently moved from Doncaster to Croydon North and had to frequent Bunnings. Had the worst experience from any Bunnings I have ever been. Utterly disrespectful, rude and irresponsible behaviour to customers. The reference is to the senior staff(at least 3 of them). Sincere request to Management is to motivate employees to be nice to customers. No customers = No revenue. Without customers there is no business. Such a 6th grade logic. Happy to spend time with the Manager if you are serious enough to improve. Untiil then I will head to other stores.

So happy with this branch of Bunnings. You find everything so easy through the website, has wide range of products to decide from.

All roads lead to Bunnings Croydon (or its smaller cousin, Lilydale), but Croydon is open to 9pm.

I love the store but am extremely disappointed that they only have the self-checkout open on weekends. It's ridiculous that they should have them closed at all. It creates long queues and frustrated customers. I can't understand why they think this is a good idea. I have complained a number of times to the staff members and they agree that it puts huge pressure on staff. Surely Management should think about their customers and staff.

I am sick with customer services, I asked for help with my 3 times visit and answer no we dont have it, and I just found it by myself. Customer services staffs are lazy and not willing to understand or helpful. worst bunnings ever

What a shit show trying to pay at 8:20 am . All self serve registers closed . Al other registers also closed except for tool shop and information centre ... People everywhere lines building while staff stand around chatting in other areas . You would think on a warm day and being a weekend and close to Christmas you would have people on the register so people could pay for there items rather than lining up and blocking people Tring to shop . Looking for replacement mower. The person who helped me I think her name was Michelle and she could have Not been more patient, informative and empathetic. She is a credit to your store and a reason I would return and recommend. Thank you

Jazz from the garden centre was wonderful, its 8.46pm and ive called 9 stores not one store picked your the only store who answered and Jaz helped me immensely. Came in on 4th and Max was very helpful in directing me to what isle my item I needed was and even offered to put my trolley away for me

A huge shout out for the excellent customer service I received from Gayle in gardening. I have never received such amazing service in any Bunnings store. Gayle went beyond the call to search for what I wanted and arranged a coffee whist she went to the storeroom to search for my product and THEN she bought me the products in a trolley to find me. I was blown away by her level of service and she should be congratulated. This service was complimented at the checkout by being offered to be helped to my car. Well done Bunnings Chirnside Park. Do it yourself well supplied shop with friendly staff

I miss the old way Bunnings staff were trained you used to be able to ask any staff member where to find anything and they knew exactly where it was now days you ask for stuff and they pick a random number shelf and hope you will ask someone else over there. Bunnings store has everything hardware you need but you might spend half a day looking for it or getting sent on a goose chase around the store

What a shopping bonanza great advice from SOME Staff

Massive thanks to the lovely gentleman Graham (tool shop) that went out of his way to call me back when we got disconnected. Went in start of a kit that I was having trouble locating, found it and called me back to let me know! Greatly appreciated it. Also thanks to the lovely girl searving at the counter! All smiles and really lovely to deal with.

Always a pleasure to visit during weekdays and get home and garden improvement ideas. Exceptional service by 2 staff there. The first woman kindly allowed me to enter a taped off area she was working in, to find one of my purchases. I then took ages to find the correct cable length and she patiently worked stocking lower shelves until we were able to find the right length and move out of the cordoned off area. Then an older man also working on restocking using the raised platform came to my assistance when I couldn't reach an item on the top shelf. He travelled in the lift thing from an adjacent aisle and brought it down for me. And he did it without complaint.

On Monday 15th July 2024 it was extremely nice of them to let me return the EnduraSeal Premium Toilet Plunger for an exchange voucher since I had no use for it anymore because I already had one. Excellent customer service!

Wed 10/07. I attended your store this morning, got lovely service from RENAE who helped me without any problems. I then went to garden centre, spoke to another lovely lady ROBYN who helped me with Azalea info, then spoke to GAYLE also in the garden The whole garden section looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL. From the far side from the store near the pots, just standing & looking back towards the store it looks ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, everything was faced, stands full, the colours of the flowers were just stunning Thankyou to all garden staff for creating such beauty. I just loved to look👍👍🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶 WELL DONE TO ALL THE STAFF FOR CREATING SUCH BEAUTY❤️❤️❤️

I asked so much workers and they keep telling me maybe. Then this guy said he will make announce for a worker to come to Aisle 9 and he did, but literally no one came for like 15 minutes. It was a true waste of my time. Chirnside Bunnings is not the way to go even though it’s a Saturday and it’s 4:45pm.

Jess and Jeremy are so friendly and helpful. Jess helped organize and fix the delivery problem for me right away. Jeremy helped us cut the oak panel even so late and make sure it meets our requirement with patience. Thank you guys and Croydon bunnings team, appreciate your hard work and care to the customer.

Went to buy some garden pots and seeds. Asked a girl called Liv for assistance and got a very bad attitude. Very condescending and no help. I think she got upset coz I interrupted her conversation with her colleague about Taylor Swift. Not cut for this job.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service!

If you live in the eastern suburbs close to Ringwood, unless its a small common item you are looking for, i would recommend going to Croydon. They have a larger space so much more stock. The staff also have a much better idea on where to direct you. Ringwood, although i think its fantastic that they are employing young locals, i feel they are not being inducted/trained adequately which results in a negative experience for the young person and the customer. Lift your game Ringwood.

Although this is the biggest store in my area, I find they have limited stock at times and it's frustrating when I can only get 90% of what I need for a project.

Hats off to Manager Michael and team who went above and beyond chopping me out with some mower part and wipper snipper issues. So gratefull I've left my first ever review. Cheers guys.!

went early morning the week before xmas to get paint colour matched then young girl in the paint centre named 'Sara's amazing greeted with a smiling face and an incredible knowledge of paint products Sara proceeded to match my colour and gave me paint options and hints all in a hectic week in retail so once again can't go past bunnings well done Sara and hope you get recognised for your amazing service well done mark

My husband and I visited Bunnings Croydon garden centre late thismorning and had a very positive experience. One of the young girls at the garden checkout went out of her way to help us. Nothing was too much trouble. She directed us to the products we needed, and when she didn't know, she rang another staff member to ask. Unfortunately we didn't get her name, but she is an asset to your company.
