Been here twice for karaoke so far and the staff have always been incredible and accommodating. Reasonable prices if you have a very big group to divide amongst, and the drinks are cheap too.

miserable experience because the lanes are broken and have dents in them which caused all the balls to suddenly veer sideways. it makes me not want to come back.

We had our work function here with the karaoke room. The staff members, Maya, Zara and Justice, were absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and attentive. Karaoke has a great selection and if you’re looking for an event experience in the city couldn’t recommend strike at QV more for the prime location and the experience provided through a great staff team.

Our family had the best time in the Strike escape room at QV. The mailroom was fantastic. All staff members went above and beyond. We finished with a game of bowling. Great day out will definitely be back

Was great, we did the red manor escape rooms, they are nice and traditional. Our escape room staff member was nice and engaging, I’m not sure what her name is but she had black straight hair! We also did a bowling game after, we used a student deal which was good value, the staff member at counter was also approachable and nice.

Strike Bowling Melbourne is an awesome place to hang out with friends. The vibe is super fun with great music and lively energy. The bowling lanes are top-notch, and the laser tag and escape rooms add extra excitement. The staff are friendly, and the food hits the spot. Definitely worth checking out!

Unreal atmosphere and service. Felt like a welcomed guest at a party and was greeted with care and kindness from the lovely staff. James was especially helpful and incredibly hospitable. Pepperoni Pizza with a side of ranch was also insanely good. Will be sure to come again soon.

Came here with a few friends for some bowling and couldn’t have had a better time! The Strike team were great, especially Wesley who was super helpful and friendly. The chips are also top-notch here.

Awesome place has the vibe of a night club has a fully blown bar in there. Escape rooms are Fun and get the blood pumping. Ten pin bowling lanes are a bit shorter than your normal local club ten pin bowling Centers. Only downside is that it is very busy in the afternoon and there is only 12 lanes which means if you are late or don't have a booking you can be waiting up to 30 minutes to an hour but other than that highly recommended it but I suggest making a booking First.

The staff here are incredible, they match the vibe and I will be back. I couldn’t believe how the staff were so kind and went above and beyond for people. The escape room was fantastic, recommend going to the toilet before going in. Haha. We ordered kids chips and pizza, I had a little slice and it was delicious! Everything about this place was amazing. Shout out to all the staff that I interacted with!

Honestly one of the best strikes/escape rooms we've been too. That staff were so amazing and friendly and made it such a good time. The escape room was a good challenge. Shout out to Harry for making the escape room a great experience. We loved it so much we've booked again and may just make this a regular thing. Recommend 5/5, just do it and go there!

we had the best time at strike bowling and it was entirely based on the amazing customer service we received from the entire team- but most specifically, Ari who made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in the door. Wesley had a big smile on their face and great chat! Kenny delivered the tower to expert level. We would recommend to anyone!

was served by Kenny and he gave me the best recommendations and I tried each one. All tasted amazing and with customer service like that I’ll definitely be back, can’t wait to play a game of pool and know that I’m being looked after, 10/10 place with Kenny’s customer service 🤞🏼

A friend and I ended up doing two rounds of bowling + two escape rooms and had an amazing time. If you’re new to escape rooms or not bright like us jailbreak + red manor is not to difficult. But shoutout to Harry for delivering an amazing experience for both, you rock. Thanks for putting up with us and helping us when we needed. The use of the ipad also was great for helping clues it just reduced our time, but it was not pushy and was there when needed. And a broken fingernail and two losses of bowling later we had a great night. Shoutout also to Josh and Jace, also was amazing and made it a great night. Overall I’ll be back with more friends to lose more bowling games soon.

great vibe, the serial killer room was super fun and challenging enough but we didn't get too stuck on anything. Liam helped us despite not having a booking and was lovely, super clear and personable with us. Will defo be coming back for the other rooms

Good fun and great staff. We did an escape room on Sat 29/06 5pm and the host made the experience very memorable. She was busy checking people in and doing other tasks, but still had enthusiasm and energy when giving us the run down and showing us the room.

It was a bowls kind of night, looked online and made quick and easy booking. Headed down to the city with some friends after some troubles. Nevertheless, we were greeted by the friendly staff at the complex. Fun and trendy music, and a bar with a huge selection of bevvies. The bowl lanes, though a little cramped, and maybe slightly off angle (probably because of my skill) were fun, colourful and competitive. I will return!

A well oiled casual bowling machine with clear process guided by friendly staff. Music pumping nightclub vibe could be more Big Lebowski, nostalgia leaning for my tastes but it’s possible to have an impromptu bowl on a night out if you’re in Melbourne there’s seemingly a strike every 300m so it’s got a lot of ease going for it

Went along with the work social crew for the escape room challenges. Ended up enjoying some karaoke afterwards. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The only negative was finding the place. Google maps steered us wrong and there's no clear signage throughout the rest of QV.

Had a staff party and everything ran so smoothly. From booking the venue, to arriving and having everyone check in, to food and drink service. The staff were all so friendly and professional. Would recommend and will be returning for sure.

Great staff but a consistent issue I’m having is they NEVER answer the phones and to book companion card holder price you have to pay over the phone. So we end up having to book on the full rate or go to central. Our disability group hosts monthly activities at this venue and can never Ammend booking etc because of the no pick up calls issue.

Customer service here is beyond normal. There is one staff who is keeps smiling is bubbly and greeted us on the way in and on the way out. We were hesitant and a bit reserved on our way in but that didn’t stop her from releasing her care attention and service. If you think you know who I’m talking about, give her a promotion please!!!

We went bowling on a busy Saturday night, pre booked. After an initial hiccup with the booking being deleted in their system, they located it and confirmed was all in order. There was a bit of a delay with the previous group on the lane finishing up but they kept us informed and offered a few different compensation options for the wait. The bartenders were great and one of the guys running the show was friendly and excelled in customer service! Very happy with the overall experience and well done to your team on their service skills

Martin is a rockstar , he really helped us find good drinks and good bowl lanes. I had the best ever time and got my personal best. Please come here and have as good a time as I did
