I bought my apple watch from them and it was having the issue since i bought and its been almost the month and they didn’t even bother to call would never buy anything from this good guys bad service managers have no authority to do anything and my refund is still not received

Delivery is late, called this store and was told the communicated delivery window is always wrong and blamed automation for this. If they know it's wrong they should either not share it or communicate early telling me not to trust it. They told me after this they recommend people take a full day off work to wait for a delivery rather than rely on the information they provide.

Just wanted to acknowledge a standout sales assistant at The Goodguys Maribyrnong. I called to return a recently purchased item that was not to my expectations and was attended to by Max, she immediately did everything she could to organise the return never once made me feel that I was that “annoying” customer. It was a complex situation as the item had been installed and needed to be taken away, she also followed up with a phone call once the item had been picked up. Thankyou Max you provided excellent customer service that many others could learn from!

Over promised, under delivered. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service provided by the Good Guys at Maribrynong - there seems to be a breakdown in communication between them and their contractors providing quotes for the $99 air con consultation I paid for. It took me 2 days to call back and forth after they claimed I was already sent my quote, and when I finally received it I received only a quote for extra parts and installation, that didn’t include the cost of the air con units. Both parties just blamed each other when I called, when all I wanted was access to the quote! Decided to forgo by $99 and not go with them for my split system air conditioning.

You walk in this place and you may as well be invisible no staff members bother to come up and help you pathetic customer service skills,would rather spend my money elsewhere.

I just bought a TP-Link product from the good guys and had the most wonderful experience and service from two wonderful young ladies called Tram and Marcelle (Sorry if your names are spelt incorrectly, I didn’t get a proper look at your name tag!) I called through the phone direct to the store after having issues getting through to the general customer service line and spoke to Tram who was so lovely over the phone. She confirmed a price match that I was looking to do and even went so far as to physically confirming that the stock and putting it aside with notes to ensure that I wouldn’t have any problems when I went in store to pick it up. Once I went in store I was speaking with Marcelle who was so sweet while putting through the product on the register for me. She was extremely helpful and sweet, and extremely efficient. While speaking with Marcelle, Tram actually remembered me from our phone call which was so nice, as I was able to properly thank her for her help. Overall a great experience in store with the two ladies, please pass my thanks on !

Don't do it. I ordered two appliances online. What followed was she worst customer service and delivery failure I've experienced from any large retailer. Seriously awful. Wasted 16 hours waiting. Spoke with six different reps & a manager and still, had to cancel the order twice demand a refund repeatedly and FINALLY got a refund. Go literally anywhere else.

Why are the Good Guys such BAD guys.. their customer service is woeful. I called to get a measurement of a dishwasher and then I was pressured into buying it while I was on the phone to a man named Greg. I advised that I would make the purchase online when I was ready, to which he told me, that it would all go wrong if I did that, and I should do it on the phone with him now... I let him know that I still needed to confirm some things and would call back. He obviously wasn't impressed with that and hung up on me. So thanks for being so Rude Greg, we will take our business elsewhere!

We recently had a very disappointing experience at The Good Guys that we feel compelled to share. On December 1st,we purchased 3 items but only one was available at the time. The salesman assured us that we would receive the other two items before Christmas, which was a relief. However, Christmas came and went, and we heard nothing. After several visits to the store, we were told that we had to wait until after Christmas. Fast forward to mid-January ,and we still had no updates. Another trip to the store revealed that one of the item was finally in stock but we were still waiting on the last item with no communication from the store whatsoever. Two weeks later,we decided to check in again. To our surprise, they informed us that the third item was finally there. However, the staff seemed unorganized, scanning boxes without being able to locate our purchase. We ended up wasting 40 minutes of our time for nothing. The whole experience has been incredible frustrating. The lack of communication, absence of apologies and the constant need for us to chase down our purchased items have left us feeling very dissatisfied. If you are looking for reliable service just go somewhere else.

After purchasing a TV online, we got it home to discover it was faulty. After a phone call with Marcelle from Customer Service she helped organise for a new replacement TV to be delivered and the faulty one collected. This was greatly appreciated as we over an hour away from the store. Thank you Marcelle for all your help 😊

I have to walk by this store daily. The carpark is a disgrace. It is full of rubbish, broken tree branches, unkempt garden beds and weeds. No environmental awards go to this company. Maybe it is a reflection on the attitude of the company. Make money but do not care for the environment around your business. Attitude of staff is not much better. Asked for a discount on an electrical item valued at about $100 and was sarcastically offered 50c. Got a better offer elsewhere and have not been back since. Good Guys? A huge NAH! Do something about the area around the store and if it is not your concern get it attended to.

There were many on sale TVs before Christmas. However, there wasn't any sales person come forward to ask me what i need. I walked around for 15- 20 minutes, and then I decided to go to JB hifi and buy from there. To be honest, the price for the same item is almost the same between many shops now.

This store has the worst customer service I've ever seen out of all other thegoodguys stores. Called them up about picking up a product which was ordered a month ago because they didn't have any stock and got hung up after 15 minutes of waiting for them to check stock availability. Hopeless!

I see a lot of people complaining about service and especially delivery. Believe them! I ordered a TV which was shipped by Team Global Express …. which receives 1 star reviews in its own right. I also had a nightmare experience which reflects many of the stories you can read about yourself. The point is, The Good Guys should NOT be doing business with a delivery company which is KNOWN to be horrible. Customer service does not end when you hit the “Buy” button. People should read Google reviews and go to JB Hi-fi or some other company that gets good reviews.

Pathetic customer service. After 1 year of use my Samsung microwave oven was not working. Send it for repair through good guys Maribyrnong. The repair was already done by Woolley’s service appliance at Ravenhall and dispatched to goodguys. Even after 48 hours good guys admin says system still says it’s not repaired. What sort of service you guys do? Simple process. Unnecessary wait times for a simple process

Great staff - good service

Really frustrated with service provided at good guys store at Marribynong. From almost last month, I been waiting for my LG vacuum been repaired. Nothing has been done. Instead of vacuum been delivered to their store; It's been delivered to JB Hi fi and after that to airport. I am suffering without vacuum. Ringing them almost every day. They put me hold for long time and and when I ask for my vacuum. They make excuses all the time. I am frustrated and upset. Today even Manager of the store does not want to do anything. And terminated my call. So is this customer service and reliability Good Guys advertising for!!!!!!! I would never ever recommend someone to buy from this store.

I bought a Bosch oven yesterday, today got delivered, photos says everything, I organised already a swap for a same unit. Seriously how this brand operate. These are expensive items not nuts. 3.4 rating I’m seriously thinking DOING A REPORT FOR THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER AFFAIRS If the next one will come in similar condition I ask for a refund.

Worst customer service. They promise you all the services to make a sale. Then come delivery day, item was delivered, other item wasn't removed and new one wasn't connected. When I called to follow up I was informed that this was not the case. No resolution provided other than we will refund you the delivery fee and goodbye!!! Train your staff accordingly and stop calling your delivery service Premium" there is nothing "Premium" about it."

I bought a vacuum cleaner that was recommended by staff and when I came home and tried it it was really horrible. When I tried to call back and explain and wanted to exchange it for something better they were really rude about it and refused to. This is very disappointing given that I have bought so many things from them over the years and they scammed me.

Very Disappointing. Called for the availability of the product. They said, we will reserve it for you, went to purchase in next hour to find out it is not in stock. Never trust this guys.

This has been a horrible experience that I do not wish on anyone. Attempt 1: Drivers came on the 19th Oct (Sat) but the rude driver said that they can’t bring it up the stairs as it is too heavy. Took some measurement of the stairs and said that a four person team would be able to bring it up. They brought the fridge back. Attempt 2: 22nd Oct (Tue). 4 person team came but said that they can’t bring the fridge up because the stairs were too narrow. Told them that the driver on Saturday took measurements and told me it was possible. Delivery people asked me to remove the railings and front door which I do not have the tools to and neither did they. They brought the fridge back. Attempt 3: 18th Oct (Fri). Delivery was scheduled for the day but they didn’t turn up. Wasn’t notified at all until I called up Good guys at 11.30am and they told me that the delivery guys cancelled the delivery at 7am. Took a day off work to receive the delivery and arranged for removalists to come bring the TV up but delivery was cancelled. Attempt 4: 26th Oct (Sat). Delivery guys showed up but only 2 of them. Weren’t able to bring the fridge up because they needed a 4 person team. Driver was angry that they weren’t told they had to bring it up even though it was in their instructions. Fridge was left on the ground floor carpark. Removalists were not able to come by over the weekend as they were busy. Removalists came on the 28th Oct (Mon). The two person team brought the fridge up without removing the fridge out of the box nor removing the railings/front door. Paid $450 for the job. Ben, the manager at highpoint, and Adam, the sales team leader, have been great to provide support and a listening ear. However, the entire customer experience has been great until the delivery stage which has made me think twice about purchasing from the good guys in the future. Living without a fridge for 10 days also meant that we had to eat out every night which cost us $40 to $60 per night. Friends have been recommending appliances online where the delivery guys are able to deliver without issues.

The delivery system and companies they are using do not work. They have had my order (fridge and washer/dryer), $2,500 and a delivery date for almost a full month. I gave the required notice about 48 hours to push the delivery back by one day to Thursday. On Wednesday night, 7pm, I received confirmation that they would deliver on the Thursday. I was sitting in my living room getting the text updates and watching the tracking code. Then I'm watching the minutes to delivery count up until I get a message that delivery was failed and a representative would contact me. I called the store who said the driver couldn't contact me and they say the driver sent them screenshots of alleged calls to me all in the same minute. I never received these calls or missed calls and therefore believe they did not even connect the calls. The first Good Guys staff were kind and told me it would be booked for delivery on Friday, then I called again at 8.30pm (store closes 9pm) to ensure it was ready because i didnt get a confirmation text and i was told not to worry as the texts are often late but i was promised ot was booked. I called again Friday 9am where the GG staff had a quick call with the delivery company and said there was a system error but it would definitely be on board for delivery on Saturday! A call at 9am on Saturday was able to reveal to me that it had actually not been able to be rebooked for Saturday because the items had never returned to the warehouse! They had to admit they had no idea where the items were or when it could be delivered. Another call Saturday afternoon told me my items were inside a truck that a worker took home for the weekend and nobody else could collect it. So now I'm apparently booked for delivery on Monday, a third work day off for me to collect, wish me luck and I really hope this truck driver doesnt have some planned or unplanned leave!!! GG staff have been sympathetic on the phone however i have a real trust issue with them and the competence of them and delivery partners. They have offered to waive the delivery fee and take $60 off the items. This is not acceptable for so much inconvenience, I feel like they have subjected me to so much. It feels like a cruel joke is being played on me and has triggered a roller-coaster of emotions. Overall I've been treated like garbage for GG to make a few cents outsourcing delivery. I'd recommend another retailer like Appliances Online who last time I used them seemed to realise their business is the quick delivery of appliances.

I came in to purchase a TV on my way home from work. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. They answered all my questions and even managed to upsell me on what I originally came in for. Very happy customer!

I am appalled at how useless their online order system is. Ordered item for delivery the next day, 2 weeks ago. All was confirmed online. Waited 4 days and nothing. Contacted them on day 5 and was told it was forgotten to be picked. Promised next day delivery. Next day comes along and I receive a confirmation text stating my order is on the way. 30 mins later receive a phone call from the driver saying my order wasn't picked again. Wow! After practically begging for my item to be delivered ASAP the driver went out of his way and managed to deliver. Paid $275 for installation and 2 weeks later have my item still wrapped in the plastic waiting in my garage like a champion. I had to chase it up again myself. It's a bloody joke and unacceptable service for such a big company Never again. I would rather pay more and stick with E+S Still waiting on correspondence from highpoint store to let me know when the installation that has been paid for will happen.

Ravi in the storeroom is a legend. Stayed back to help me load my tv. I really appreciate it. Great deals too, don’t be afraid to ask for their best price!

Good customer service

Went in for tv cable, the tv guy just pointed at a rack of stuff then walked away, I needed a connection and could not find one I needed, I asked a staff member and he told me to ask the tv guy , I tracked him down in the other end of the store, he was not interested in helping me, then when I purchased the leads that I got they changed me $35 when the item's were hanging on a hook that priced $15 , got it sorted and left , took about an hour were it should of taken ten minutes,

After browsing a few different stores, we finally found a good deal at this place on home appliances. Its a huge store with a range of quality stuffs. Staffs were attending and friendly.

Great place to shop for appliances. Dean was an absolute gem in helping us with our purchase, will definitely be our go-to guy from now.

The most incapable place, bought a vaccine stops working take it refuses help go back in with proof they take it send it off to get fixed, 5 weeks later comes back from getting fixed and does the exact same thing as before of turning off every 20 seconds. Then I ring to say this place to get fixed never got fixed and they don’t answer

This shop has a large range of goods for use in your home. I have shoped for a variety of goods at this shop for many years now.

Whoever designed the StoreX collection process for small electronics probably has an MBA from Coles and needs to get their head checked. It should not be a 45 minute, 3 man, 2 location process requiring manager approval to buy a mobile phone. I walked in looking to pay immediately for a model I had already decided on beforehand and instead of just taking my money you guys decided to build a process that made me decide to spend more money elsewhere simply not to give it to you. First, the device is listed on your website but is not available for delivery or online store pick up. Then, I call your national call center and am told it is available but only at highpoint so I reluctantly (and now regretfully) drive over. I then walk in and have the displeasure of learning the intricacies of this new StoreX collection process from floor staff so that I can understand why I can’t buy a new phone from TGG at the moment because the one person that staffs StoreX is out for 30 minutes to get dinner. Absolutely abhorrent. I’m told that staff have already raised complaints about the gaps in this process but management have not listened. So, TGG please do yourselves a favour and cut your losses with the absolute lemon that proposed this process and get back to just getting stock out the door if you want to remain at all relevant. It is an insult to your customers to have to deal with the mental gymnastics required to understand what your management team have put together. I came in with money and should have left with a phone in under 5 minutes. It is retail not rocket science. You can’t call yourself the good guys and be THIS BAD. This experience was so spectacularly catastrophic that moving forward I’ll be willing spend more than your advertised prices to purchase my goods from Amazon or any other retailer simply ensure that I don’t support a business that goes so far out of their way to inconvenience their customers due to sheer unbridled incompetence. It shouldn’t be a surprise to you that traditional retail is on its way out as you’ve architected it with nonsense like this. You lost a customer for a lifetime today, not a sale. Zero stars.

I can't speak of Mark high enough. I purchased multiple items from this store, including a fridge, a dishwasher, and a kettle and toaster set, and he went above and beyond and made sure I made informative decisions. He's knowledgeable and loves what he does.

If you want a quality appliance and on time delivery, use anyone BUT The Good Guys. The worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. Waited 5 days for a fridge to be delivered and installed and eventually received a damaged fridge after 5 days of phonecalls back and forth, ended up accepting a damaged fridge to never have to deal with the headache of these guys ever again. The worst experience and atrocious customer service. If you enjoy wasting money and your time, use them. Disgusting, would give 0 stars if I could.

Woeful. Paid extra for warranty on a projector that stopped working after 12 months. It’s now been six weeks of constantly requesting updates, being put on indefinite hold, no projector, no refund, no communication. The warranty is being “provided” by a third party who isn’t up to the task.

Had a faulty dryer that I had to call and email about, but as soon as I got to a manager it was promptly replaced with minimum fuss. Bad experience quickly turned around by good service.

Purchased a Miele vacuum cleaner which turned out to be faulty after 3 months. Luckily also purchased the Gold Service Insurance for 3 years, very smooth handling over the phone. They sent me an email with all the instructions on how to return and get a replacement. Went back to Good Guys, got a replacement and it happened to be on sale so I got some refund back. Served by the lovely Khadije at the counter. She was still learning, but very professional, honest and polite. Thank you, Khadije and Gold Service consultant for your wonderful service today.

It took 2 days for your team to install our new washing machine. First thing we got told yesterday was that they could not install the washing machine because a plumber would’ve installed the hoses and used a special tool, ITS CALLED AN ADJUSTABLE WRENCH!! What special tool? They rebook to come out today with another delivery guy who managed to install it with a “Special Tool” and then knocked one of the taps while he was fitting the washing machine in the alcove causing water to go all over the floor and our carpet, then kept trying to turn off the wrong tap and wouldn’t even clean up he soaked our floor and carpet. I’d give 0 stars if I could and the drivers lucky I wasn’t home when all this happened otherwise he’d be cleaning my floors. Thanks to the young kid who did try to help and do the right thing only to be told by this older gentleman to leave it and go. Dirtied my bloody towels, floor and carpet from your muddy boots!!!

From the moment I walked into the store, John greeted me warmly and listened attentively to my needs. He guided me through a wide range of products, including Tv, dryers, small kitchen appliances, and refrigerators.His in-depth understanding of each product's features, benefits, and energy efficiency was impressive.

I bought a Philips All-in-one Cooker as a gift even though I mentioned it was a gift a team member(Kien) loaded damaged and returned one it was a very unpleasant and stressful experience. I went back to the store(Maribyrnong) and served by Tram at the checkout. She was genuinely ready to help me, showed empathy towards the bad service, and went above and beyond to make sure to get the replacement from the other store. I am a very regular customer and I believe staff like her needed to be hired more.

Pathetic service, came to store to pick up an item that was on hold and paid for a week ago. After waiting for 30 odds minute, I got told that they don't have it in stock. Could have been notified through a text message or a phone call, but no.

Good service

Today, on 18/06/2024, I decided to replace a handheld vacuum cleaner because the battery drains quickly. The lady who attended me ignored my dissatisfaction, performed tests, and twisted my words, calling me a liar to my face and claiming that the vacuum cleaner worked just because the charger could be connected. The real issue is that the battery depletes very quickly. Finally, she refused to process the respective refund, despite the item being purchased on the same day and being within the warranty. What terrible service.

Called the store today, 1.06.2024 TheGoodGuys Maribyrnong store to enquire if they sell RINNAI GAS heather's. Female customer service advised thy have big range. To come in the store. Arrived to the store. Male sale person advised they don't sell Rinnai gas heather's. Advised I called the store and female told me they sell Rinnai gas heather's. Male sale person said, She may got confused. How come she got confused? My point, waited 2h for nothing coming to the store.... Asked to talk to manager....Same answer, She probably got confused." How can one get confused.....?"

What a pleasant shopping experience we had with John M this week. He went out of his way to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. He is so courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this branch and ask for John if you want to enjoy your shopping.

Don't bother with this place, they sell faulty items and then when you try and return they say they can't find your receipt in their system and your stuck with the faulty item! Ill be going to consumer affairs with this situation!

We came in looking for a Dryer and was served by Rose. Rose gave us a detailed explanation on the brands, pricing and energy efficiency. She made it a smooth and a joyful experience despite it being on Boxing Day. Thank you Rose for going above and beyond for your customers.

We bought a fridge and asked the salesman numerous times if delivery included taking it up a staircase. He kept telling us it was nothing to stress about. The third party delivery company Good Guys use shows up and pulled up behind the house and called us while we said it’s easier to come through the front door (they hadn’t even seen) they tried to tell us we’d need to take it though the garage (which wasn’t going to be possible) then they hadn’t even stepped through the front door before saying ‘nah no way it’s going up those stairs bro’ and continued telling me company policy was 25kg per person (so I guess they only deliver toasters?) when I asked why only two people put a 140kg fridge in a truck and the order form said in bold lettering ‘customer declared single flight of stairs’ the driver said ‘truck only holds two people’. He then dumped the fridge in the hallway in front of our bedroom door ‘hope you don’t need to use this room’ told us to call the warehouse if we want to return it or send more guys and they would be back later today. Support team told us the third company party will never do same day orders and they don’t know why we were told that. Then the customer service girl told us she gets so many complaints about the third company and they did the same thing to her when she ordered from Good Guys. Then said she’d organise them to come back but can’t give us an ETA because apparently they get angry when asked for an ETA. They were supposed to text us by 7pm with an ETA for the next day. Nothing. At 10am they called us and said ‘I’m waiting outside your house’ then got annoyed when they were told ‘well we’re not living in that house yet and you’ve been told that but we can be there in 15 minutes’ they implied if they waited any longer they’d leave. Once we arrived they took the fridge up the stairs, with only two guys, even though company policy was six guys for a 140kg fridge? Probably use a third party delivery company that doesn’t show up and bust a customers balls about doing their job.

Ben and Anjula went above and beyond today helping me get a hard to find product. They did not have to go that extra mile and I appreciated it so much. Wish all sales people were like the staff at this store.

Worse! I have purchased washer dryer last Friday. I got delivered on Saturday and installed by myself on Sunday. I found the washing machine was leaking while it’ running. ( Note: retailer was not provide enough information about installation. She asked if I want to get the delivery and unbox service, and she was saying unbox is easy you can do it by yourself then plug in “ sound easy right “? But it wasn’t i couldn’t unbox cause it’s heavy so i asked a friend for help) I putted the default product form since Sunday .it said would take 2 business days “ no one contact “ On Wednesday I called to the Good guys They accepted the case and send me case ID Then they said will get back to be with 48 hours. “ no one contact” Again! Friday evening I called to the phone number provided in Case ID confirmation email. The lady made appointment for Me next Tuesday morning. She said if it was a default product i will pay nothing . But if i installation in the wrong way i have to pay service + labour cost. It would be $200++ With the poor service since i stepped in the store is it worth it? Really? I have been waiting for someone to contact me for a week. Then today i called to the store asked for refund policy while i was complaining the gentlemen who received my call suddenly put me on hold …. “ while i was talking “ so bad and poor service I will never ever get back to The Good guys again.

Ordered a products in stock at store 1 week ago, with delivery to be done next business day. 5 days later still waiting and no one can give a proper answer! Excuses are sorry not sure why delivery team missed it? We will check and call you back? We will follow up first thing in morning! - and after all that still waiting for the products. BTW paid for full delivery fee. Corporate owned store , so called head office and guess answer is we will follow up or contact us during business hours…usually not the one to live 1 star review but THE GOOD GUYS have compelled me to provide this to make sure you don’t make the good old mistake….lets just hope that I get my products without a hitch in next decade…

If you are buying something that's not in stock but needing it on specific date, avoid the Good Guys. They cannot guarantee that item will arrive on time nor will they follow up for you. Not to mention any cancellations made means you need to go to store to be refunded. Seriously, better off going with Winning Appliances or Harvey Norman.

Tony N in the warehouse greeted with a smile and a Happy Easter when I collected my goods today. Most warehouse guys are stale and grumpy. He was the opposite. I recently visited this store looking for a dishwasher plus a washer and dryer. I spoke with Anjula, and she was just excellent—super helpful, knew her stuff, and was both kind and professional. It's rare to get this kind of old-school service in retail these days, where you have a retail experience that adds value. With so many options out there, it's hard to tell the difference between all the features each brand and model offers. Anjula was great at explaining the core features and how they vary from the entry to mid and upper range models. Honestly, she's one of the best salespeople I've encountered in a long time, a real gem in today's retail industry. I'd definitely recommend swinging by The Good Guys to chat with Anjula if you're in the market for home appliances.

Pissed off with the delivery system. They notified me less than 12 hours to come from 6.30am! I had trouble to arrange coming that early. If only i knew it way in advance, i could have arrange better. Ended up missed my delivery. Arranged another day, and they did not even notify me the time windows, had to call store a few times, they cannot give me update about the delivery at all (they lied offcourse because in the end they contacted the driver). I have no contact whatsover at this stage and basically, need to have a stand by mode for them to knock on my door, whole day. Cant even go for a shop run just incase i missed it again! After pushing through they finally say within 2 hours, and 5 hours later still no sign. Item ended up delivered later in the day, no apology whatsoever. Delivery staff no smile and so much in a rush. Not considering to buy anything with delivery again with from store unless they can improve the delivery system. I had better experience with other store, eventho sometimes slightly abit more expensive (price wise) but it save my time and headache. Before you pay, ask about the delivery arrangement and make sure you understand. And yes, they starts from bloody 6.30am early!

Been to this store multiple times for various home appliances and every time I go I have ensured that I find John M to help me with my shopping. He has gone out of his way to ensure that we have got exactly what we needed to equip our home. His knowledge, kind and caring customer support has made every visit enjoyable. Harry S (Sunday 10 March) was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted my fiancee and I with the purchase of a vacuum, iron, steamer, kettle and toaster, including assisting with extra warranty where I enquired about it and taking the items to the car. Excellent customer service from a lovely, friendly young man!

Horrible customer service, both sales and cash. Sales Consultant on site did not have any knowledge of a very common type dishwasher mechanism..how to open the trays or level up, no knowledge. I was aksed to check all specifications on you tube. I had to justify her why and which pots im planning to put on which tray and she started self judging and saying no you cant do this that. Sounded like we never saw a dishwasher before. Was funny. The cashier screwed up my payment method i choose to pay and made us wait 30min at the counter with no sense of apology!!! Very non informative and disrespectful behaviour from the cashier.

Worst customer service! Waited for staff for 15 mins. Finally got the microwave can you believe they gave me the wrong one. I rang the store & was told it was my fault.... how. The manager Grace was very rude and has no customer service or skills Never shops there again

I strongly advise against this company based on my recent unpleasant experience. After purchasing a microwave and returning home—a 40-minute drive—I discovered they had given me the wrong product. When I contacted them, the manager shockingly blamed me for their error. Their only solution was for me to make the lengthy drive back to the store for an exchange, offering no apology or acknowledgment of their mistake. This incident highlights their lack of customer service and convenience, not to mention their pricing is not particularly competitive. It reinforces my preference for shopping with Amazon and other online retailers who are not perfect, but gee the customer service is way better than this bricks and morter. There are plenty of better choices around, so do yourself a favour and keep on driving past this store.

😇👨🏻‍💼 Having watched The Good Guys advertisement on YouTube countless times, I was really happy to find this store in Highpoint, not really knowing what to expect. Given the scale of the store, I was low-key expecting to find bedding material like mattress and base, but that's not what they sell. On entering, what stood before us was a huge expsanse of every electronic item imaginable to me. From robot lawn mowers to blendets to Dyson blade-less fan, the place was jam-packed with so many equipment. 💯🔥 Instead of getting lost, we reached out to a staff and enquired about our interest, and he very politely explained what they sold, and what they didn't. Overall it was a great experience, and now we know a good place to buy great appliances from, for kitchen, garden or anything else for that matter. A goid store with good people, just like the name!

Salesperson flat out lied to us just to get the sale, went to the loading bay, waited over 30 minutes in the sun just to be told oh sorry we don't have it but manager has approved refund"" drove back around to front of the store to get refund only to be told it could take upto 5 days to process eftpos return!!! Jb hifi had the same TV in stock just 100meters away and if they were honest from the start and told us they didn't have the TV we wanted in stock we could of saved alot of stuffing around and stress for nothing! They lie on purpose then they make intetest on your money over the 5 days it should be illegal those kind of practices"

We received fantastic customer service from Kunal, Good Guys Highpoint. He was welcoming and friendly, has patience and effective communication - clear and concise information provided to educate us on products and policies/terms and conditions. Was honest and trustworthy, and offered follow up to ensure we are supported and feel confident with the product of purchase. Furthermore, Kunal was very knowledgeable with the products - we felt very assured and comfortable with our decision making of purchase. Overall, we had a warm and positive experience with Kunal, we felt very well looked after- we will definitely be back! Wonderful job!

Poor sales person, informed me that regarding fridges only right doors are made not left doors. This incorrect. Do not go to this store. Sales people do not know anything

Bought a fridge and paid for delivery. However delivery team suggested that they can’t do unboxing. The fridge is too heavy for me to unbox and pull it off the bottom thermacool packing. Now I have to find other people on Airtasker and pay more when I already paid for delivery. Delivery experience from other stores are much better. I have noticed this about good guys. However the staff at the actual store was friendly and nice. But I would avoid goodguys from now on simply because of the delivery experience.

The staff were friendly and patient. They helped me find what I was looking for. Great selection of home appliances, including top-of-the-range coffee machines. Located close to major roads, and a sizeable outdoor sign makes it’s very easy to spot. I would recommend visiting this store to anyone looking to purchase electronics and don’t have much knowledge about electronics.
