These guys are really helpful to customers and know what they are talking about. A proper hardware store. Not like the one around the corner, where the staff hang around in groups talking to other staff.

I went to buy a weber bbq from them, some idoit on the phone told me thry had one in the box and a demo model, i got the one in the box naturally, and when i opened it when i got home there were two massive chips in the paint and paint shavings everywhere, on further inspection the box had been ripped at the bottom and openend before, poor effort bloke from bayswater mitre 10. Poor effort i havnt had the chance to get my money back but i will be going in tomorow and demaning a refund. What a waste of time.

Closes soon after 5pm 6 days a week and closed on Sunday is disappointing...inside the shop always looks deserted, unlike its competitor in the same suburb and not too far.

I ordered a taupe steel umbrella for $59 as my partner wanted it for our outdoor barrel table. He collected it and set it all up making it sturdy and adjusted to suit. When I returned home I was shocked at the colour as it was nothing like the colour I ordered. It is white not taupe as shown in the photo on website. It's too late now as my partner has put it up and made adjustments , but he wasn't to know and went and put it all up. So dissapointed that I received a white instead of taupe. He just presumed that it was the colour I ordered.

A better place to buy everything hardware why? The staff have time to assist. The store layout is logical, the bargin area is always great to buy discounted items.....even if you don't need them now. The very best thing is parking, never a problem and close to the main entry. Try them, I'm sure you will agree. Graeme

Always good until you need a replacement under guarantee. Faulty battery and now wanted my whole kit back. Ran me around for 3 visits so goodbye to my business. Never visit this store again. 1000'$ last year going elsewhere.

Mitre 10 always supply materials promptly and always have available staff to help immediately when entering their store which stocks an extensive range of products.

People at the trades desk are generally helpful. Get a lot of complaints from delivery people though. Working on a house in a difficult location. I try to accommodate as much as I can to help out, but inevitably I still get the complaints. I’m just a guy trying to renovate his house fellas I don’t need extra stress because you don’t like where I live.
