Alex was a fabulous host. He help set up and was very attentive with the guests. Made sure they always had someone to play with as well :-) and kept everything running smoothly and helped pack up.

We were at Timezone Northland today, Pez was running the laser tag. We waited for two groups to get our turn until a bday party group tried to take our spot. He organised it well and was very considerate. An absolute gentleman, patient and very well mannered.

We had a great 10th birthday party at Timezoone Northland. Our party host Sienna was incredible and took excellent care of our group and was just lovely.

A Jake was a delightful host and able to keep the party on track. He was very enthusiastic and thoughtful. Great to see the venue has evolved so much since it moved to the downstairs location. Our party, albeit small had a great time. Unfortunately the cars were not working but hopefully next time.

Feeling disheartened after my most recent visit. I was drawn in by a claw machine currently stocked with Bananya plushies, so I spent money on attempt after attempt to catch one for myself just for a bit of fun. As it seemed I'd won, claw secure around the prize the whole time the plush was being picked up, the jerkiness of the claw in combination with the prizes awkward cylindrical shape and the claw being slightly too big to hug the plush firmly, caused the prize to fall between the gaps in the claw. To whoever it concerns, please be more cautious when selecting what prizes the claw machines are stocked with. Hopefully no other customer has to face this in the future.

I was bowling with my family having fun but out of nowhere the bowling lane I was shooting in had a error and we thought oh it’ll go away and it did, by the end of the game we had 8 errors occur which made it very tedious and we had even waited up to 5 minutes for a person to come in and help us. Overall was fun but very annoying to wait and to deal with the problems and over bowling

Very understaffed. We had to wait 30mins for laser tag and asked several times to the people at the front desk and their answer was always in 10 minutes". In the end no one came."

The kids had a blast. We went in the morning so it was nice and empty ! Service was impeccable. Best I've seen at a timezone. The young man at the front was very patient and when the machine stopped working, very happy to help sort it all out to make the kids happy. Would visit again when in Melbourne!

Good fun for a whuie Very expensive once you realise it's 2-$5 per play and that only lasts a minute or two though.

Definitely coming back here. Everything all in one place so you don't have to hop and drive around all over Melbourne. Using your game card you can play the arcades, mini bowling and the bumper karts. Lots of things to keep the little (and big) kids happy for hours. Food court is directly under the Timezone level when its time to eat. Also on the same level as Timezone is Hey Caddy, Hoyts and Pancake Parlour. Perfect place for a night out whatever your age.

After having a negative experience at a different timezone we decided to go to Northland. 50 minute drive for us but well worth to see my nephew enjoy games again. Staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. Great place to visit 😀

I went to Northland a few days ago and had an amazing time! I hadn't gone in such a long time and honestly was super hyped. The staff were all super helpful as well, in particular one of the staff named Natasha was super nice and friendly and helped me find all the style of games i wanted to play. I can't wait to go back and have a blast!

Coming into Timezone, Tash was very delightful and made my experience amazing. She constantly helped me with all my questions. She provided a positive experience for me. Looking forward to coming in again next time.

** ATTENTION TIMEZONE PLEASE READ ** Good afternoon to the following reader, I am a regular Timezone customer & have been playing at Timezone for over the past 6 years of my life. I have built up a lot of skill & knowledge with my time at Timezone. Now this is not going to be a long story although I could make it one and I don’t mean it in a bad way. Now I would like to stay anonymous for the time being as I don’t want to cause any disruptions or chaos, but if you have read this far it means you are truly intrigued as to why I may be writing this review and you might be wondering what this review may be about. This review is just an appreciation of Isaac now you probably are wondering why? Because Isaac has gone above and beyond with customer service skills & to be fair the best Timezone employee I have ever come across in my 6 years and let me just tell you I have never written a review for Timezone so does that tell you how astonished I am by his excellent, well that’s the least you would think. Issac gave me a call sometime this week to let me know about my missing power tickets, now that’s not why he has gone above and beyond with his customer service skills. Once resolved Issac didn’t just hang up, he listened to my feedback I had for Timezone & about my thoughts from time & some current issues. He was not rude or disinterested he was very outgoing and he was genuinely interested with what I had to say and had a conversation with me & told me his thoughts instead of just possibly letting the manager know. Issac is the most valuable & talented worker as he was so engaged with a great tone of voice, only being happy without any other emotions being displayed. I do hope you see this review if you had read this far & I hope this makes your day, just remember even a small interaction can change your life forever.

My son (7yo) had the best time at his Timezone birthday party! Our host Sephie was amazing, she was so lovely with the kids. It all ran smoothly, the kids were very well entertained and everyone said it was the best party ever!

Tash was a wonderful employee very helpful explaining how everything worked and helping us get started on the Timezone App. Looking forward to the new Timezone experience!!

Busy, friendly service

Saoirse was the best host, she went out of her way to make all the kids feel welcome. My only quibble is that to use the restroom you need to exit Timezone, which isn't easy when trying to run a party. Otherwise it was great. Thank you Saoirse!

We were running a suprise party for my friend involving laser tag, and were helped by an amazingly helpful staff member (Amy) who was very kind, patient (as we worked out all paying our part) and helpful - she ended up saving us over $20 by helping us navigate the discounts. 1000% recommend.

Staff are always so lovely and service is super quick. Had a lovely girl Sara serve us and she was very helpful and went above and beyond for the kids.

The space for the party was good, and with staggered party times next to us, it was easy to manage the space. The party for our group was a success, with 10 kids located and shunted to activities by the host, helping parents make it come together. Many thanks to the 18 year old host, who was pleasant and helpful.

We went to laser tag today at Timezone Northland and Alice was amazing. We had some nervous kiddos along with us who had never tried laser tag and she was gentle in her approach and really helped to put them at ease. They ended up having a great time, despite the initial nerves. We really appreciated her help and excellent service. Thank you Alice!

Been here with the kids a few times now and also had my son's birthday party here. This place is very clean and the friendly staff are a real stand out. The party host Matt was fantastic and super helpful for our bday party last month. We've been back for more gaming since then and had an equally excellent time!!!!

I have had a wonderful experience at this timezone, coming here every year to catch up with friends. This year it was partially amazing, with Uriel making the time 10x better, recommending us the funniest games and assisting with all our needs. Absolute gun, wish him the very best, greatest. time. ever.

Had a fantastic host who managed 20 x 7-12 year olds on her own. Liv did a fantastic job in keeping the kids engaged and party going. Only issue I had was when we were told we could swap the eating time and play time around as some of the kids grew hungry. We ended up running out of play time and the kids didn't get the full extent of time in the arcade as their time had run out.

Girl with some sort of red hair was very unhelpful and rude, I have to say everyone else that works there are great, this won't stop me from going here as it's the Timezone my kids love the most but I will definitely avoid dealing with this unhelpful and rude girl in future
