Outstanding food,not overpriced and tasty at the Bistro.Cafe is average but the Vietnamese noodle place on the second floor is a must try.Baileys bar food is not that great but still acceptable.Kids play area could be better but the kids there looked like they still had a lot of fun.A handy tip,be a member the food will become cheaper.

Had the mapo tofu and the curry chicken with rotti. Venue was great and clean but the food was distasteful. I have never had sweet tomato based mapo tofu before tasted like spaghetti sauce with tofu if I was honest and the rotti for the curry did not even have butter or any flavour before toasting. So Asian food was not authentic.

Currently major reno happening. So not the best club to enjoy for a family catch up. But once the renovation is done, I hope it will be a blast.

I had at your café on Saturday, November 23rd, around 12:15 PM. That morning, at approximately 9:00 AM, I visited your café with my friends, as we do every Saturday. We entered through the John Street entrance, and, as usual, your staff warmly welcomed us. I parked my car in the public parking lot outside. At 12:00 PM, my friends and I left the café to pick up our children from school. While my friends left without issue, an employee named Frank stopped me as I was about to leave. He asked me where my car was parked, and despite my explanation that it was in the public parking lot, he refused to believe me. Frank proceeded to question me rudely, asking when and why I had come to the café. I explained that I have been visiting your café every Saturday with my friends, but he still doubted me. He even accused me of entering from the Church Street entrance, which was not true. Despite repeatedly clarifying that I was simply there to enjoy coffee with my friends, he continued to detain me. This experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I have always enjoyed visiting your café, but this incident has made me reluctant to return. I sincerely hope that you will investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that no other customer has to go through such an experience

I recently visited Dooleys Lidcombe Catholic Club and had mixed feelings about the experience. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff, and the facilities were well-maintained and comfortable. However, the food left room for improvement. We ordered the prawn linguine pasta and fish and chips, but unfortunately, they didn’t quite meet expectations, especially considering the price and comparison to similar dishes at other restaurants. While the overall ambiance of the club is fantastic, I hope the food quality improves in the future to match the high standards of the service and facilities. I believe this would enhance the dining experience for all customers.

Ok for a club. too much rules. kids have to be accompanied all the time even walking to toilet.

Old Asian lady at the Vincent Noodle house counter is too rude to customers. Could you train your staff how to talk to customers politely like how the staff from Lloyd's Bistro being nice to customers, as an RSL club.

Food is terrible Dooleys Regents Park is 1 million percent better

Classic place to visit with family. I love this place and the food they serve!

Met friends here for dinner at Lloyd’s Bistro. All the staff members from the front desk of the club onwards were very polite and accommodating. We had Korean chicken in garlic soy which was gluten free and crispy as well as the tacos. For dessert we had the mango slice and the gelato. All meals were delicious and reasonably priced. This information was fed back to the chef. Had a nice evening in a clean, modern and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend. Amenities were spotless. Thank you for having such a good variety of gf meals. It is appreciated greatly.

Went to bistro saturday night, extremely disappointed in food ordered hokki noodles with chicken only received 4 pieces of chicken not much flavour, hubby ordered roast of the day potato looked grey disappointed for such a big club !

I’ve only got one thing to say about this place… and it is that Cole the personal trainer has changed my life. Cole is the most dedicated, working hard PT I’ve ever had in my life. Before I started this journey my life was in shambles and I had little self esteem Cole not only improved my fitness but motivated me to achieve self love. I’m genuinely so grateful for him and his support. Thank you!

Last visit was a disappointment. Food tasted old. My brother in law got food poisoning after the dinner. Apple pie was stale, advertised as warm but came cold. Food used to be good but it was one of the worst last night. Nothing tasted fresh

Accessible and convenient

The environment is okay and the waiters are okay, but the manager on duty has a bad attitude and is racist. The entire process was handled with a black face. If the machine is broken, the guests can't comment. If you don't do what they want, they will threaten you. Bullying single seniors. No credit. There should be no such enterprise management.

We love Dooleys lidcombe and the main reason is Frank ! He always greets us in a professional and friendly manner. Always smiles and makes people welcome 🙏 that’s the only reason we keep coming back.

Ordering food here has been subpar on 2 occasions. On the first, they forgot they didn't have an item available, so after charging me and making me wait for 25 minutes they said the item wasn't available. A week later, I made the mistake of ordering from here again and their wait time was 3x what they said it would be. Won't be visiting again

Door staff were helpful and made you feel welcome. We arrived late and ate already, so I am unable to make comments about the food. Plenty of room in the dinning area, bistro area was sizable as well. There is also a sports bar if thats your thing. Great place top have put with friends

A great place to eat with friends and family....and it always seems to be getting better.

It was my first time to visit Dooley's in Lidcombe and it did not disappoint. We signed up and the gentleman was very helpful and friendly. The Vietnamese restaurant had some good selection in the menu. The food was good that we had to go back again the following day with friends! The Bistro also had some nice selections of cake. There are other places we wanted to try, so we can't wait to go back.
