Keysborough Basketball recently held our Senior Jersey Presentation at the Dingley Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room setup was perfect, providing a comfortable and well-organized space. The meal was absolutely delicious, with great attention to detail in both presentation and flavor. On top of that, the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. Highly recommend for a great dining and hospitality experience!

Where do I start, the new bistro is a nice place to be and the staff are very courteous.... that's where all the good ends. The parma is terrible, it lacked flavour and was small plus its side salad resembled shredded paper. It gets worse, I am a dad and went to change my 6 month olds nappy only to find that there were no change tables I had access to, there was one in the female toilets. It's 2025 not the 1980s, such a sexist oversight. There are plenty better options to eat with the family. I would give this place a miss.

Terrible burned food, horrible service. The manager said the food came out like that and asked me to eat burned food. I will never go there again, will never recommend it to others, and am very disappointed.

We had our wedding here last week and oh my goodness!!!!!! The venue was incredible, the staff were incredible the food was incredible!! Highly recommend to anyone getting married to have your venue here they included a hotel room in the package we had and were just there to our every need and had the best night of our lives. Agi and Vinny specifically were so so friendly and lovely to help with our special day 🙌🏻 the hotel beds were sooooo comfortable and rooms were clean!!

Great selection of beer. There are many different machines with various themes, spaced out very nicely. Love the coffee machine there. The bistro has lovely food, and there are some great selections on the senior's menu. It's very close to Costco, making it a great place to visit before or after grocery shopping

Poor service, average food, but was a very nice interior. The outdoor area would be mice if the grass was well maintained, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Staff were clueless to any sort of happy hour deals despite it being offered on the website. We won’t be coming back here again.

Incredibly huge venue with many different purpose built rooms. We done in the sports bar, beautiful room tucked away, menu is very well priced with generous servings too. Will def come again (try the linguini!!)

We went yesterday to celebrate a birthday so so disappointed with foods , the pad Thai we ordered was tasteless no flavours, no sauce look like boiled and add few veg, languini carbonara no white sauce no taste, chicken burger terrible , my guests couldn't eat, I always come to this place but no more now. Birthday was ruined.

Food is always nice, fresh and affordable.

We don’t go out heaps as a family for dinner but the Dingley International Bistro is great for a pub meal. Accommodating service, large venue and great food. The kids burger and chips was a bit small (more like a slider) but tasty (according to the kids!). Highly recommend.

Don’t expect anything too fancy but for what it was, really delicious. Good garnish and genuinely good food. I had barramundi and fish and chips both were amazing. We were a group of 20 and the only issue was that our food came in parts, but besides that I was really happy, it was quite fast.

Bitterly disappointed …3 chicken parma’s all tough, and 1 with a piece of bone and all greasy and half cold. 2 watermelon cocktails with over half a glass of ice at $18 each, which arrived after chasing them up halfway through our meal. They were ordered at the same time as the meal..Also we waited at the wait to be seated sign for ages before a staff member appeared. Disappointing meal for a birthday celebration..

A strong 4 star place. Food and service quite good little bit cramped for room when on big tables and not very pram friendly. Food wise was great can't complain about that.

Was there and abunch of guys swearing screaming and made our lunch not very comfortable. No one said a word to them

Went to play at the gaming room was approached by rude staff member about reserving a machine, she was rude got in my face every time i tried to explain the situation she just laughed and then proceeded to tell me to leave the venue, even though i had money still in the machine. Today after i had written the complaint, i was approached by this same womans manager who proceeded to attack me verbally and asked if i swore at the employee, to which i stated no and i did not, he then said i thought you were not coming back I stated i had to claim my money i had on a ticket. He did not want to hear my side of the story, he was very rude and made assumptions. Same nationality as his employee no surprise, Do not go to this place there is no proper management there they dont care how their employees speak to you, if their nationality wants something its ok. Racist disgraceful behaviour. Avoid this place that allows certain people to stay as long as they are spending Hundreds of dollars.||Big fail

Good place to play pokies, it's very laid back, staff are friendly, helpful and never hassle you like some other venues. They have. nice finger food at reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

Great food and great service

I want to say thank you very much for everything you have done for us to accommodate us. Your service was beyond our expectations. I want to also thank Agi and the team that was there for us they went above and beyond they communicated everything with us and they made it they soul purpose to make our vision come to life.

It's not the same since the Covid lock downs like a lot of venues in Melbourne. I went there after being invited with some other couples and was not overwhelmed by the food or the service. Next time I get to choose the venue it will not be here.

Nice and clean, service was good. I found it overpriced compared to other hotels regarding rooms and food in the hotel. The sauna was out of service which was disappointing No opening windows or doors which made me a little claustrophobic. Pub was a close walk from accommodation. During the summer months I'm sure the outdoor pool would be a hit. I wouldn't return though

Stay here after a night at wolf of the willows brewery nearby, along with other gems like boatrocker and stomping ground. Staff are always hard working and well presented but management needs to keep staff levels up to keep the level of service the refurbishment began with. Another one of Mathieson magnates masterpieces, is consistent to his brand.

We had a fantastic afternoon in the bistro yesterday. The food service was excellent, with hot meals delivered quickly. The staff was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Our queen room was spacious and very comfortable, comfy chairs in the room. Very clean with a nice large shower. Drinks and nibbles available in room if wanted. Room service also available.

I held my 50th birthday party at Dingley Hotel. Prior to choosing the venue, we did visit a number of venues, however, as soon as we saw the facility offered by Dingley Hotel, we certainly knew we had found the right place. Dingley Hotel is located in a spacious easy to access venue with plenty of free parking. We consider ourselves fortunate to have dealt with Sheena Granger. Sheena was friendly, efficient and reliable. Sheena responded to our enquiries promptly, was reassuring and ensured all services flawed smoothly including timely serving of meals, not to mention that the meals served exceeded our expectations! For anyone looking for a venue for a similar function, I strongly recommend Dingley Hotel and Sheena.

I stayed a couple of days ago.Check in was a breeze,Rooms were spacious neat and clean.Enough of parking available. The manger was such a delight completely welcoming and remembered me every time I passed the reception.

Attended an event there. The chicken parma clearly was massed cooked and severely over cooked, burnt and dry. The burger (again massed cooked) was so dry and unappetising. Going to this venue for 13 years, at least once a month, I was appalled by the conference room food

We stayed here for Indoor Cricket National Championships 5th to 14th July. There were quite a number of us and I have to say the service from Julie and her team was second to none. Julie made us fell welcome from the moment we checked in. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the rooms very spacious. Thank you for looking after us and making us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again. The Bistro was also fantastic, Vinny and his team are great. The food was delicious, fresh and very generous servings. We had 2 large groups, could not fault the service, quality of the food and the Bistro had a lovely atmosphere. They went above and beyond to fit us all in and get everyone served at the same time. Would definitely recommend The Bistro. Thanks very much for looking after us 😊

Order came wrong tonight and the waitress insisted I had ordered incorrectly and that we must take the food delivered - disappointing - recommend you check the order before paying as they don't accept errors

Recently stayed at the hotel for the Indoor Cricket National Championships and I have to say Julie and the team were very accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious, the facilities were easily accessible. Thank you for taking care of our players. The meals at the bistro were delicious with perfect servings our favourites were the pizza and parmigiana. If you have time stop by for breakfast, the service from Agi was such a delight especially when you have an early morning start.

The D.I. has everything going for it- service, staff, location, design and all usual pub attractions but is let down by the food. As locals we have dined here several times, each visit the food we order gets worse, regardless of what we order, and increasing in price. Our last meal here (quiet Monday lunchtime) was the rib fillet. Priced at $49 for 350g, it should have mentioned it came on the bone, bone weighing about 80g. Both steaks were tough, chewy and flavourless, apart from bitter burnt charcoal flavour. Neither accurately cooked.. Past experience of mentioning disappointment taught us you won’t get any compensation ( must be why you pay upfront - no refunds possible??), not even acknowledgement or apology. So we ate the chips and salad and left for the last time.
