I've been to Kell's twice and absolutely loved the food. I recently tried their crocodile meat and wasn't chewy at all. The garlic cheese pizza and the spaghetti carbonora are absolutely delightful. Their parmas are nice too! The chicken breast in chicken tuscany was a bit though yo chewy. Everything else was great.

Terrible food here 5 of us ordered something different and every meal barely eatable.....croquettes 2 to 3cms long x4 were 17 bucks rip off hamburger parmas lemon lime pepper squid lamb back strap all were almost uneatable Hlahaha let's joke about your pubs terrible food

This place is one of the best in Cranbourne. we have visited this place a good 6 to 8 times over the last 12 months . The staff at this place are so good that when we walk in the door they know what table we on Table 19 and they have laugh with us, they tell us is there is anything that we like and are not on the specials board. Depending on the time you go, it can be very busy and loud. The meals we have had over time have been perfect. I think we had one that was returned only because it was too hot and spicy. Other than that, as I said at the start, it is the best around.

Great food a pity about the service. Training staff Thalia managed to greet us a group of 7 with a frown and continued to be super disinterested and unfriendly in taking orders. Amazing how bad service can colour one’s experience. Anyone in the service line should want to be friendly and provide good service.

Horrible. Edit to reply: The disappointment with the hotel industry in Melbourne has been quite a journey, thanks. Overpriced drinks and sub-par food for restaurant prices are the norm. And replies like this show it ain’t going to change anytime soon because the operators don’t care. But I may find a local venue that is more concerned with providing a quality experience to customers than smart-alec review replies, you never know.

We had a delicious lunch here today. Both of us had the lemon/lime calamari with chips and salad. Absolutely faultless! Calamari was so tender, the chips were hot and so tasty and the salad was fantastic. The meals were perfect and so big that I had to take the rest of mine home. The staff were amazing and the new decor is very tasteful. We'll be back for sure!

Had an awesome meal recently at Kelly's Hotel. After around 25mins trying to decide what to get from the large menu selection, we decided on the 500g Red Gum Creek King Rib Eye from the specials menu and Chicken Tuscany from the mains selection. The steak was cooked to perfection (I had medium rare) and accompanied with gratin potatoes and pumpkin puree. The chicken Tuscany sauce was delicious also with a bed of potato gnocchi. We don't eat out at Cranbourne much but will definitely be back soon to try something else from the menu.

First time at Kelly’s, staff were very polite, welcoming and friendly. I ordered the carbonara absolutely delicious, i couldn’t eat it all. A young waitress came up asking if everything was okay with my and my friend’s meal (I would like to say the young waitress showed initiative for asking! As I’ve been at other venues and never get meal checks and I have worked in hospitality so meal checks are very important) I said yes, everything is great I politely asked her for a takeaway container for myself and my friend. Probably the best place to eat in Cranbourne. As a vegan they have a small but great variety of meals with amazing flavours. My husband who is a meat eater has had fantastic meals also. Well presented with fresh ingredients the care the chefs put in shows give them a pay rise they're doing g an amazing job. Only downside is how noisy it gets but that won't stop me going.

Definitely one of the best dining options in the Cranbourne area. Whether it's the Mixed Grill, Eye fillet risotto, one of several Parma options, Pork Belly or several other options, Definitely some fine dining options...

I know how the system works, I have my own business in my country, which, by the way, is not Spain. I also know that if a customer comes to my business and buys even just a drink, they have the right to sit down and enjoy it. I suggest you put up a sign at the entrance of your business stating that you require a minimum purchase. Anyway, I hope things go well for you. Maybe if you improve your service, your business could someday fill up with customers and not look as empty as it does today. regards 👋🏻.

We are regular patrons of kellys, having been coming for years. Tonight's meal was an absolute disgrace. The rack of lamb dish was half the size it normally was. The 3 tip rack, was 1 tip of normal size. The 2 tip piece was the butt end of the rack and not even the thickness of the single tip. When it was taken back by the waiter, it was brought back out and advised it is a 3 tip dish. Once again we showed them the size of the rack and how it was not acceptable. We were given our money back but was disappointed that a dish like that could even leave the kitchen. They didn't seem that bothered we were not happy. They have lost our business

Over delivered on my expectations. For some reason have not been here before but took my daughters last minute. Kelly’s beef burger was one of the best pub burgers I’ve seen and my daughter devoured and I had the Porterhouse. Was beautifully cooked and the sides and salad were great. Young vibrant staff who look like they enjoy working there! Thanks ! Will be back for sure

Been here many times with my wife food was exceptional but the service was horrific i had bad experience many times but i just let it go because i loved the food, but not this time went out with my family and my grandson for a family gathering but it end up with disaster waited for over an hour just to find out that our entree was served to the table beside us we just found out because the people next table told us that it might be ours because they just ordered 1 amd they gave them another one after 10 mins, so we asked the old lady who look like the head waitress followed up our order and she asked me what order are we missing, are you kidding me we havent received any of our order so i asked her if i can just get the gelato for now which i ordered first then they asked me what flavor are you kidding me again they should know beacuse they had it on my order docket but you knows, they dont say sorry at all, as an Asian ethnicity i felt that the staff was racist and rude i can tell we are the only asian's that time, all the waitresess looks like they hate their job, as much as i love the food im hesitant to comeback here again maybe i will wait until you change the whole staff except the cooks

I usually love this place and the staff and fab but came in today Tuesday which is a bank holiday. Not sure if this member of staff only works week days or is new because i have never met her before.. thankfulky. From the get go she was rude and pretty rough with her service manor. I asked her for vinegar when our meals came out and she just pulled a face and walked away to get it. My husband then went to the bar to get me another white wine spritzer.... first one, along with every other one i have ever received here in the 5 years we've been coming.. no charge for the small amout of lemonade. She then served my husband and charged him $2 which is a joke considering the amount of lemonade. Its just so unfortunate because the service from a staff member like her can seriously affect our decision as to whether we come back or not. Food is very good but she would honestly put you off your mains !

Food was excellent, service was good. Being partially deaf I found the noise level distracting. (But that's my problem, not the venue's.) I would certainly recommend it to my friends.

Kelly's is iconic and you will always be well fed here.. great selection on the menu and everything delicious for us. I feel strongly that if you're not happy with something in a place that is so well regarded you should speak up as these people care about your experience and will fix it for you if you give them the chance. I've had nothing but good experiences here.

Risotto had a massive black hair in the middle of it and when I notified the staff I received absolutely appauling service!! Rude as anything management!! Will NEVER be returning and definitely DONT RECCOMEND!
