The wagu beef burger was the worst burger I have ever eaten in my life, spend all day setting up the Moonee Valley Festival, didn’t get a chance to eat all day, came here for dinner, and was given a burger that tasted like it had been sitting in a bain Marie for the past for hours.

Happy hour on MV race day. $6 schooners. Back a winner before you get to the track. Hard to beat that.

Visited today the venue and they have a Steak Thursday special. Was very very good. It is a renovated place and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Wow what a great refurbishment and great meals. I had the chick Parma and my wife had the schnitzel. What a great size, we couldn't eat it all. It was sure worth the money. Also the staff were great especially Yusef.

We visited this place post renovation and were curious. We want this place to succeed! We are locals. Drinks good. Service good. Ordered a Parma pretty average (mozzarella poor quality and came with ham - menu said prosciutto), chips average tastes like average fish and chip shop chips. Also ordered crispy barramundi and quality average and it was battered, menu didn’t say battered. Sticky date didn’t even have sticky sauce on it. Very dry. Front of house staff are really nice so this is managements or kitchen staff fault.

I always walk away with a smile on my face! There is nothing I can complain about! All the staff are friendly and are happy to help even in stressful situations! Junction Club makes it easy to keep going back too!

Wow - what a great refurbishment of the bistro - it feels much more open and the noisy TAB section has now gone (more seating!). Even the staff seem more cheerful with their new surroundings.

They have a brand new sports bar and it’s day five of the MCG test and they play music. Disappointing. Hate to see footy season without commentary

While food was good , staff very friendly, service was slow . 6 diners only . The men’s toilets were extremely busy with groups of young men in and out …just an observation for security in future .

Wish i could give this a no stars. tried making a booking over phone and i was greeting to a bellend chucking slurs at me like it was nothing. My audio must not have been working and i called back and got verbally and told to “suck a fat one” for simply not speaking (i was but he couldn’t me i assume) Such a terrible experience as i have heard many good reviews about this place Dont recommend horrible owner.

The Junction has been my meeting place for 20 years. A place to get together with freinds. The Staff are phenomenal people.

The food here was fantastic. Group of 10 people all food came out hot. There is an area for pokies and tab. Staff were friendly, patient and accommodating. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Food average and over priced...slow...racing atmosphere good

As others have alluded to - absolutely awful atmosphere. Couldn't wait to get out of the joint. Staff are like the kids from Village of the Damned. Weird, alien like people who seem utterly devoid of people skills. Never faced this strangeness at a pub/entertainment venue before. Maybe Count Dracula owns the joint? Would be the only explanation for the zombie-like hospitality. Only visit if you're looking for an oddity - absolutely awful place.

Can't say anything about the food, but if it's the same as the staff, then expect food that is miserable, cold, and hates its life. If you don't like people, then don't work where you have to deal with people. Customer service isn't the job for miserable people. The job for miserable people is just being a miserable person....that's an industry now haven't you heard??

Had lunch today ordered the Soup of the day which was Lentil Soup could not eat it it was so Salty the toast was cold ordered a Latte that was even worse than the soup it was so strong you could not drink it asked for extra milk which didn’t help ..I wouldn’t not recommend

Only place to get decent coffee after everything is shut on Puckle St. Staff are friendly and polite. Nice and cosy space.

Don’t normally review a cheap eat especially a club or a pasta night. However, we stumbled on a pasta night (Tuesday) special. Decided on spaghetti marinara $20 with a complimentary drink. King prawns, muscles, scallops and calamari. Great value for $20. The classic clubby carpet was a give away but when you are tired and not frocked up it was perfect to blend into the pattern. The staff were friendly and helpful.

was told that there was no table so either sit in the sports bar or had to sit on a table that my legs were tucked into , guy was standing next to me with his beer and there was a table for 7 or 8 people for 1 person Didn’t bring cutlery to us until food was brought to the table eventually got to a table 3 people I was sitting with had their food was still waiting for mine and eventually once I got the food the thing that I could taste the most in salt and pepper calamari was pepper overall wouldn’t go back and as someone who does hospitality the customer service has to be up there and unfortunately this wasn’t

Great atmosphere, friendly staff ready to make you smile. Gaming area is neat, clean and has a great array of games. Complimentary coffee and soft drinks for the punters. Regular customers ice encountered are friendly, and the outdoor smoking area is very clean and quiet.

I went after work, and there was a $5 schooner special on. The staff were all friendly. I will be back again.
