slim shady looking ahh short king who spent time arguing with me that a service i know for FACT JBhifi provides doesn’t exist- all while trying to mansplain to me “why” is the definition of loud and wrong. & to top it off he ended the conversation by saying “ah what do i know i am just the sales guy” .. then know what y all sell, brother?! How are you gonna be bad at your job and wrong. Pick a struggle fr shout out to the boy that did get it done BECAUSE IT EXISTS

Best Jbhifi ever. Went to Robina and they messed up MacBook colour and didn't let me return it because of warrenty. Burleigh let me return it, organized a new one and we're the most friendly with it even though they were at a loss. Awesome staff!

Unfriendly staff

Disappointment, as Google says that store closes at 05:00pm and I arrived here at 04:30pm and the store is closed.

This store has a big range and competitive pricing.

Did a pick up and collect. I don't know why but the woman who greeted my sister and I out the back was sulking and miserable. Also, when I said goodbye as we were leaving she didn't even bother responding. So rude. Terrible attitude.

Great service right thru from ordering online to picking up. Awesome guy at the checkout (I think his name was Jacky) managed to save me a few bucks & also sorted me out with some extra warranty. He didn’t have to do this but offered the sort of service that ensures repeat custom 10/10

Couldn't fault the service from these guys at all . After several visits with an issue I had i came across a very helpful man sam. He went above and beyond each time I was in to help fix my issue. I was looking for a new mobile OPPO mainly but waited awhile then left, seems they were too busy. Or was it my age put assistants off, I'm 84 .
