After this brand monopolized the local hardware industry they are the one stop shop. Just anything you need including coffee shop these days. You could spend hrs here looking through millions products

My recent experience at Bunnings Cranbourne was extremely disappointing. On Monday, February 17, 2025, I searched the entire store and finally located the brackets I needed, only to find a single, untagged item. I took it to the service desk,u hoping to find more. The staff member there informed me it was likely from a ten-pack and someone had removed it. I explained that it actually comes in a larger box (50 or 100) and this was the last one. This is where the interaction took a negative turn. She became abrupt and implied I was being dishonest. I offered to take a photo of the shelf to prove it, and her demeanor worsened, becoming openly rude. I returned with the photo (see attached) and was about to show her when another customer approached. He told me she wouldn't serve me and that an apology for her rudeness was unlikely. He then became short with me and seemed to try to intimidate me. At that point, I decided to leave. I've been a frequent Bunnings customer, and I refuse to be treated with such disrespect. This experience, especially the staff member's rude and unprofessional behavior, was incredibly disappointing and has significantly impacted my view of Bunnings Cranbourne. Purchased 3 items and paid for delivery , delivered one item and sent me a notification to pick the other item up . Customer service never return call or reply to email 👎🏼

Some shelves empty of the products, lucky if you get someone to get it for you. The simple answer is out of stock now.

This store has reached its use by date. Nothing is where it should be and the staff couldn't care less if you get what you want. The manager should visit the Clyde store to see how an efficient store is set up and run.

Customer service is lacking at best, staff where extremely rude. I was called by my mother inlaw to help assist her to place things into the trolly as she has Lymphedema I travelled 20 mins to assist her and in that time she still couldn't find a staff member to assist her. Extremely poor form

Bunnings to is my favourite store. This store is good but they need to check their stock. Quite often the app says they have it in stock but when we go to find it , there is none in stock.

Best place to buy hardware tools with many different isles to choose from.

Awful experience and the WORST customer service. My partner and I purchased a whipper snipper from here, arrived home and it was missing parts, rendering it un-usable, contacted the store who blamed this on ‘naughty customers’ taking parts without their knowledge and asked us to bring the item back so it could be exchanged, when asked for some form of compensation as we live a decent distance from the store and would be using our petrol (as they refused to deliver a new one) we were told no & there’s nothing that can be done, we had to bring it in :/ really, really terrible experience, will not be visiting again.

Bought a Ryobi 18V-One Whipper Snipper from Bunnings Cranbourne today, was surprised to find when I get home that the item had parts missing to secure the handle. I spoke to the manager who said “if you bring it back, the best we can offer is a swap and a $10 gift card”, denying any chance of a discount which I found ridiculous considering the items totally inoperable without a handle. Really reigns true that everything you hear about mediocre Bunnings customer service, is about the only solid thing about the store. Imagine selling a computer without a CPU, or a car without an engine, and then telling the customer “we can only look at a discount if there’s a major component missing”. “Lowest prices are just the beginning”, and I suppose the ending is a total disregard for customer service. Disappointing.

Guaranteed, the item you want which shows low stock, they won't have, go to another bunnings...anything you don't want they will have plenty. Otherwise great range of products for the home and trades

Needed help with a leaking toilet. Had the very good fortune to be served by Jeff the plumbing expert at the Cranbourne store. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. His level of service was amazing. He deserves a bonus or a raise. Will recommend him to friends and family.

Give Glen in the toolshed a raise! He was so lovely and approachable and helped me find the right gift for my grandpa when I had no idea what I was doing. Definitely a very valuable worker.

Asked for vaccum cleaner covers, the old lady sitting in the counter (middle section) saying they don’t sell those stuff and when I said bought the vacuum cleaner there , then she said, are in tool shop, disappointed with that kind of attitudes.

Every single fan I’ve bought from here has been smashed or damaged I was getting a 2 pin 13w fluorescent bulb for a adapter a lot of the bulbs were smashed and originally was getting cool white but when I looked inside the package to make sure bulbs weren’t smashed a lot of them lost vacuum due to poor handling and when I went to the cool white part for some reason I got warm white which not that bad at least it’s it’s a nice pinkish yellow the stock is bad here as well 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff are nice and helpful

worst experience ever; rude and unprofessional crew

Staff is good shelfs are always empty. It happend more then ten times that I couldn't get what I looked for.. Right now while I am writing this rewiew one can look for exhaust fan shelf plumbing valve shelf. It is disaster. Putting some extra stuff in midle doesn't make it work when the shelfs are empty.

Great place for tools plants Christmas decorations everything you need for DIY

From Rocky in special orders through to Mia at the returns registry, to my Trailer in the car park Thx to Chad ;With my new garden shed. Over and above the call of duty , an extremely well oiled machine awesome experience (Mia with her ability to multitask was an absolute pleasure to witness …….Management material hands down. Unhappy with people who working there

I recently visited Bunnings and had a great experience. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, with a wide range of products from home improvement to gardening. The staff were friendly, offering helpful advice when I had questions. The checkout process was quick, and I appreciated the amountof free parking. The only downside was that some items were out of stock, but overall, I was pleased with my visit. I'll definitely return for future purchases. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality products and good service.

Awesome staff, tried diligently to solve a problem made by head office, they couldn’t resolve it, but they gave it their best and I appreciate it.

Customer service was fine. Had Stock of 1 of the 2 things I wanted to get. Ended up going to another Bunnings to get the other. Car parking here wasn't great. In addition, I almost got run over by a car upon exiting the store (I was already halfway across the road).

Bunnings Cranbourne is a well-stocked hardware store with everything for DIY, gardening, and home improvement needs. The spacious layout, helpful staff, and affordable prices make it easy to find what you need. The garden center and weekend sausage sizzles are a nice bonus!

Went to Clyde Bunnings show 12 on stock, 2 left . Show 12 in. Cranbourne. Nothing left. Waste time to shop around and give wrong information .

The staff are very helpful and friendly (sometimes a little hard to find though).

I no longer go to this store as i always find items are not stocked nor i find anyone who can help. Clyde North Bunning is much better option.

absolutely bad experience, come for the tool box which showed have stock online, but non of the staff happy to help find it, finally I find the product myself, and they tried to sell to me in separate price, but there are clearly a combo price marked both online and in shop
