Was at this pub with my mate playing the pokies for a decent amount of time with security walking in and out talking to us and having a laugh when all of a sudden after having a beer outside to catch some fresh air there were three security guards waiting for us at the door to kick us out without giving us one actual reason as to why instead looking at eachother deciding on what excuse sounds the best.

Great place to watch sport or just have a couple of drinks and a feed. Staff is very friendly and management always busy and still find time to say hello. Highly recommend

Having to queue for 20 minutes on a Wednesday night to just order food should not be the way of things in 2025.

Lunch today, Riverina steak, with prawns, chips and salad. Perfect!! Loved the beer garden, this is a perfect Location for all, playground, grass area, huge tele!! This place is is just growing.

Decent pub with a great outdoor area. Plenty of space for family/kids. My steak was cooked nicely with an excellent mushroom sauce and ok chips. Salads are pretty average however, should have more ingredients and be mixed together in either a salad dressing or ideally extra virgin olive oil. Would return.

Third edit. Staff have become more rude, they are all scared of saying a bad word about the publican. Can't even buy anything from the bottle shop without being questioned

Went there on 07/12/24 Saturday night and enjoyed the pub.the staff were friendly,professional.their service towards me was exceptional

The food and oldies that work there are really nice good people nice guy who sings really good it's the young Blond bimbos that chat up drunks and make hard workers feal small by crunching up there money for twenty minutes that ruins your experience

Good venue that gives the bigger hotels/pubs a run for their money. Food is great and their bar is good also.

Haven’t been here for a while but had tried to have a lovely reunion with friends recently but the whole vibe of the place was so off and the food I had was meh, the chips were cold, the eggplant schnitzel tasted so bland, not even salt shakers could fix the lack of flavour, the staff when ordering dinner, were super lovely but the rest weren’t as such, could have been due to the rude family having a function that stopped everyone from going in and out of the joint without having to go through the front door, maybe that threw off the vibe itself? Either way, was quite disappointed this time, maybe next time will be better? Who knows!

I had the joy of holding my sons 18th here. Narellan hotel was phenomenal. Was able to accept us at short notice, the staff were amazing that accommodated our guests. Food was fantastic! My son had an amazing time and enjoyed his night with family and friends. Would highly recommend here as a venue. Thank you Brooke and team for organising everything. 10/10 customer service by you and the girls that served us all night.

Very nice looking hotel, really need to work on their staff and service, met the licensee who I found to be a little arrogant, I suppose you can't expect good customer service when you have a leader like him!!!!!

Bit disappointed school holidays superhero’s meet and greet advertised no superhero’s showed up. Reply to comment- it was advertised for 12 I stuck around until 1.30 and didn’t see them so they must have come after then.

Gem of a food spot. Has to be the best chicken burger in Sydney. Just loaded with goodness. You’ll need two hands and two napkins for after. But so worth it.

Love Narellan Hotel! The food & drinks are incredible and the staff are so friendly, welcoming and hospitable. I’ve been coming here for years and held a function here over the weekend and I cannot recommend the hotel enough.

This place is awesome! It's close to home, they have a great selection of beers, and they often have live bands. It's also a great place to just chill on a lazy Sunday afternoon.

The seafood fettuccine was atrocious, it was cold and there was no flavour what so ever, I don’t recommend!

I have been visiting narellan hotel every month since my first visit because i enjoyed it so much. Unfortunately I visited yesterday and ordered my regular burger with fries gluten free. I really should have just gone back to the kitchen and i apologise that I did not. The bun was so stale that the steak knife would not cut through it and the beef patty was just dry. The fries were as good as always. I just wanted to say that it was really disappointing 😞

Lunch specials used to be good until they changed them recently, I wont be going anymore for lunch

Great venue, great lunchtime meal, got the sirloin special, very well cooked and presented. Very good service.

Food was pretty good. The pepperoni pizza was really good. Atmosphere was pretty good...not to crowded. Just a little expensive. Some of the staff are a little bit aloof...but then some were very friendly.

It made mother's day a very special memorable day for us. Thank you to the staff and everybody involved ☺️

Well we should have walked out as soon as I heard the chef swearing and carrying on with the girls waiting to open the bar. Talking loudly and swearing about finding hair in unusual places while he was in the shower is not great to hear when you are taking your child out for lunch, also you can’t put a radish in a tossed salad and call it “fattoush” there was no mint or pomegranate and the taste was pure oil not dressing and the kids “grilled” chicken was pale white like it was boiled hospital food. So disappointing

Meal was over cooked but cold, security was very aggressive and intimidating. Would never go there again.

Took family including grandchildren for lunch at Narellan Hotel and very impressed. The Hotel was packed but food arrived in reasonable amount of time, hot and delicious. Loved the animal balloon man they hired, all the children were enthralled
