Special thanks to Narisa and joy. Booked a table for our Xmas party, came in with the group and did not expect much from the place and was very impressed with the food. I had chicken wings with chips, calamari with chips for entree and the chips were golden crispy. The calamari was not chewy and goes well with the mayo and lemon 🍋 for main I had Rib eye with mushroom sauce and it was delish! Probably the best mushroom gravy I’ve ever had. For dessert I had classic vanilla slice and it was everything that a vanilla slice should be. Would come again with a family as the portion were generous and I could easily share with my kids.

Perfect old school pub with keno. Smokers area is super chill.

Ordered a Parma and paid but waited 30mins to find out the order had not gone through. Top that with a $5 Pepsi and no food. No apology or discount offered. Would not recommend this pub for meals.

Haven't been for a long time...it was good...great friendly service...food was good with half serves , which were still a good size...definitely worth a try

This is a true Australian pub. The 21st century comes for us all but these guys maintain the things that make pubs great - love of people and value for money. I love to be here!

Was okay. A little loud.

I went in to grab a vanilla slice. On the glass display they had written $8.50 for its price. The cashier says to me, it's $8.90 and that they had changed the prices that day. I told him that they were listing the price on the glass as it being $8.50 so that's what the customer should pay. He wouldn't budge, none the less I paid the $8.90. Had to pop in the next day, no updates, $8.50 on the glass. If it's $8.90, you list it as $8.90, don't rip out figures and expect the customer to pay whatever you say it is.

Awesome portions she couldn’t finish it definitely get half parmas if your not a heavy eater but awesome place wait times a little long but worth it

Hadn't visited Drums Hotel for over 10 years and finally went back to meet up with friends... Wow, what a really nice place to get food!!! And the service was wonderful. Well done, Drums. I'll be back again soon... loved it.

Beautiful staff nice food open late

Had dinner here. Small unassuming pub but has good food. I was a little unimpressed with the service initially as I was made to wait while a regulator who turned up at the bar after me was served first. But again, the food was good, vanilla slice is delicious.

Food was delicious had bowl of chips that were scrumptious golden crunchy service was outstanding staff couldn't do enough to make the dining pleasant and fair pricing for food and the pumpkin soup was totally delicious thick and creamy everything was YUMMO.. would recommend a visit there...will def be going for another feed...no time limit on dining open time bistro...Thank you Drum Hotel for a cracking dining experience.

The best part is it is open until late night. Is a rescue when I run out of drinks. Though drinks are a bit expensive as compared to other liquor stores.

Staff were wonderful, helpful, bright and excellent service. Food was brilliant and you can also get half serves if you think you can't fit a whole parma or calamari. Just fantastic!

The meal are is perfectly positioned, far enough away from the smokers outdoor area and gambling areas

Back from Murchison Drums great place to have a soft drink P Papachristoforos

First time here. Meal portions were really good, as were the meals. We ate buffalo wings, Thai beef salad, burger with the lot and parma chips and salad and no gravy. Asked for the Buffalo wings as an entree but it came out 5 minutes before main meal. Bummer was l ordered gravy and it never came. Asked the waitress and it still didn't come. Will try again as we enjoyed the meal.

meals gone down hill operated no wonder restaurants is empty on sat night. steak sandwich use to be on oval roll, f all chips ordered gravy had 2 ask twice

Yummy food and great service/staff at this local pub. Pity no beer garden for dogs and outdoor dining but we enjoyed all the same :)

I've never seen so many tv screens in such small area. Very off-putting !! It might have been ok if they could have kept one area as a sports bar and left the other screen free

We visit Drums almost on a weekly basis for our family catch up. Great meals every time, excellent staff service that cannot be faulted each week without fail. A great family atmosphere or a great place to catch up with friends. Perfect local pub to make your regular with great new specials every few weeks

On Friday 29th there was a great security guard there, professional, personable and takes his job seriously. I’m a petite female and usually attract the wrong type of attention and I sensed a couple of dudes behind me waiting for my partner and I to finish at the atm to hassle us out and the security guard on shift at 9pm (didn’t grab his name unfortunately!) saw the subtle situation a mile off and sorted it out before anything bad happened. I felt very safe here despite there being some shady characters thanks to him. Give this man a raise!! As someone who has had many scary encounters with strange men I just really appreciated I didn’t have to add another horrible story to my list and wasn’t hurt. Thankyou dude, my partner appreciated what you did too. Will come back but only if he’s on shift. 👍

Awesome food and service! I needed a porterhouse very well done with mash and salad. The flavour and texture of the steak was perfect. I don't think.I have had as well done a steak and meal anywhere, and I travel thousands of km each year in my job. Absolutely recommend Drums to you!!

Great staff, cold drinks. We'd already eaten but the food looked great. You can't go wrong, we'll come back again.

Good local pub. Reasonable prices and good food for us as a family. Some wines a bit overpriced but house stuff pretty good anyway. Service always excellent.

Compared to some of the pubs around this area, Drums has great food, beer and fabulous service. It’s nice to have a good local.

It's a pub not a holiday location. Food & drinks are reasonably priced. Typical pub menu except for theirhome made Vanilla slices which are delicious.

Usually instant service when going to the bar. Cocktail prices are decent.

Bloody good steak. Lack of ambience, and ciders that aren’t lolly water but a bloody good steak.

Great meal, love the veal parmigiana, beautiful staff food and service, the staff member we got had the best recommendation for the food and combos. This is a classic Aussie pub with a country town vibe. It's honestly the last good pub in Coburg. It still has gambling but it's not really in your face. The decor in the bistro is comfortable with the old walls and feel of the building still present. They have tried to keep the traditional feel without the classic Coburg commercialization feel of the pub which has happened across Australia to my dismay. It gets pretty crowded for food so be prepared to book for larger groups it's popular and for a good reason. They have good food, good beer and great company. Still the best. Thank you.

Chicken parmigiana ordered 2 for me and my partner. And we believe it was Off Low Quality. It Used to be well made but now its Not The Good standard . The sauce was like spaghetti sauce “ not enough sauce too “.
