Great location
nice comfortable hotel with a great pool and designer interiors. stayed in July 2022. [update Feb 2025] still great service and everything is comfortable. quiet rooms with black out curtains. nice space on the top floor for a drink and the breakfast buffet has improved recently. asked for an office chair which was delivered almost immediately! great team offering personal service, and the local streets are slowly coming alive with some more good restaurants and cafes. --- they're fairly new and still resolving some things. the tv reception was terrible, and there's no extra channels or services above the local free to air. the desk in the room is great but the chair isn't the right height to comfortably work at the desk. they said they could provide a work chair if I asked. the breakfast was ok, buffet style. one barista coffee was included which was nice. the view from 25 is great, and the restaurant has a number of seating options to suit different groups.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The location was convenient; the room was very clean; and the front-desk staff accommodated me with an early check-in.
There is no privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom area. No hairdryer in the room (that’s a thing for businesswomen travelling with carryon luggage only). The wifi system crashed affecting the television, phones and ordering. You have to place an order for any minibar item and pay the delivery surcharge. The hotel itself is not within walking distance to shopping areas or restaurants. The meals are overpriced, $32 for a bare minimum burger/sandwich. Honestly, the place feels like a pop up COVID quarantine centre and I wouldn’t stay here again.
Beyond disappointed. I had an existing booking and was unable to extend my original booking by an extra evening, the night before my original booking. I was offered the only other room type available which was $680. I accepted the room, provided I was would be able to utilise the room until 3pm when I was able to access the room of my original booking. I was assured by not only one, but two people I spoke to (reception and reservations team) and requested a note to be made on my file to confirm I could utilise the room until 3pm. I was assured by both staff members it was noted. I had arrived at 5:30 am to book into my room (which I needed to be out of by 3 pm) and all was ok. I confirmed on check -in that we had been assured we could stay in the room until our other room was available at 3pm. You can imagine how angry I was when I received an e-mail (not even a phone call) at 12pm saying I needed to be out of the room or I would be chatged with a late check-out fee. I rang reception and was essentially called a liar, that no one would ever approve the late checkout. My husband then went to deal with the matter in person at reception, he was then told again that apparently, I was lying about being told we could have a late check out. Who in their right mind would book a $680 room for 5 hours?! I am beyond disappointed with the way I was spoken to and made to feel.
Lovely one nighter here! So conveniently located near Southern Cross station and walking distance to many lovely cafes and other great eateries. Impressed with the amenities here especially the warm and inviting swimming pool and well equipped gym. Didn't get a chance to eat at their 25th Level restaurant Langlands, but we went up to see the beautiful views. Maybe next time. 😊🌟 Appreciate our friendly front desk for allowing us to check in before 12.30pm. Will surely come back again!
Stayed at Hyatt Centric Melbourne and had a mixed experience. The view and valet parking were great, and the lounge was very nice. Appreciated the bathrobe and slippers as well. However, there were several maintenance issues—the sink was clogged, the shower hose was stuck, and the toilet flush button was a bit broken. The room temperature wasn’t comfortable, and the TV turned on by itself at 4 AM. We could also hear noise from outside. Unfortunately, it was too late to request a room change, so we didn’t complain. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement in maintenance and soundproofing.
Excellent location, situated in the heart of Melbourne's Business District and a few steps away from public transportation (tramway and bus terminal). Nice breakfast and great customer service at the reception. Special thanks to our host Francisco!
I just want to say a huge thankyou to all the staff o wasn’t able to make my trip and they helped me cancel my room without notice The team here is amazing
Love this place. King room was modern with a beautiful view, beyond my expectations. It's located in the heart of everything, and the service was very good. ❤️
Everything was great with the hotel, from the central location, service, the amenities and facilities. Just 6-8mins walking distance from southern cross station. There are only two minor issues that could have been handled better: 1.There was no hairdryer in the room, and we had to call housekeeping to request one. 2.Although we had confirmed during check-in that we could check out at 12:00 noon, we received a call from the front desk on the day of check-out at 11:00, reminding us that the check-out time was 11:00. Other than these small details, the stay was enjoyable overall.
Everything was great with the hotel, from the central location, service, the amenities and facilities. We loved the swimming pool as there’s a shallow section for younger kids. The breakfast was a good variety. The service were attentive and friendly. The only thing we found difficult was to find parking though there’s 2P street parking and close by external parking with instructions that can be confusing.
The entrance is quite narrow, the service at the reception everytime supportive and very friendly, the rooms modern and tidy, the breakfast at the restaurant quite good - I stayed 3 times in 2024 at this hotel. Thank to Amil in the kitchen for the breakfast service!
My husband and I just enjoyed a wonderful meal at Hyatt Centric’s Restaurant, Langlands. The whole experience was made even more enjoyable by the wonderful service from Tia who liaised with the chef multiple times due to my dietary requirements - between the chef & Tia our experience was 5 star. We also loved her Liverpool accent! From the wine thru to desert we were not disappointed. Photos show the scrumptious pavlova which was created dairy free. A great experience to the start of our AO visit in Melbourne.
Hyatt Centric was superb. Staff were exceptional. From the moment we arrived and were warmed greeted by Francisco, who efficiently gave us all the information required for an unforgettable stay. This level service was continued throughout the hotel with Kate on breakfast, Tia in the bar/restaurant and Food and Beverage manager Heath. Liam on reception was also most kind and helpful in every way. We would highly recommend this hotel and will most definitely stay here again.
Fabulous overnight stay in this conveniently located hotel in Melbourne CBD.|After a few visits it is great to see the hotel is flourishing.|The views and happy hour in the 25th floor restaurant are a must see and do! |Breakfast was perfect thanks to Chef Silva and his team.|We will be back again, thank you.|Tracey and Michael Willis
The housekeepers threw away my stuff that I put nicely in a paper shopping bag on the countertop but left some take-away bags and leftovers that I was hoping they could help clean up…
Family birthday dinner made extra special by the friendly hospitable Heath & his team in Langlands restaurant. Nothing too much trouble, accommodating requests and making our evening so memorable. Food and service excellent! Thank you :)
The room was spacious, very well appointed and very clean. We were on Level 18 so the views across to the sea and Docklands were pretty good. Great service on Level 25 when we went up for a late afternoon coffee (a G&T the next evening) plus stunning views.
As a World of Hyatt member, I am very disappointed with the stay and services at Hyatt Centric Melbourne. There were no slippers provided at all on our first night of stay, and despite of multiple requests to inform us when slippers were replenished, we still need to follow up multiple times to have them delivered when stocks were available. The room was not entirely tided up on our second and third day of stay, and we found my daughter’s pajama on the floor unattended. (Suspected it was dropped while cleaner made the bed and it was just left on the floor - even it was right in front of the bed and very noticeable) We requested for connecting room or at least two rooms on same floor two days in advance at the front desk (in person) and it was not arranged. The reason given was that the room has already been arranged that morning but indeed our request was made few days back. Overall it was the worst Hyatt experience ever, even compare to same level of category ie Hyatt Centric in other regions.
We spent 4 nights here at room 706 and after daily reminders, the room was finally made on the very last day. Every day when we got back around 4:30 to 6pm, it was met with disappointment that supplies were not replenished and bin not cleared out. And had to wait more than 30 mins for staff to send us water, towels, lotion, and milk. It was comical that the housekeeping staff thought floor mats were bath towels. No wonder in the pool area the cabinet had floor mats and no bath towels. Housekeeping was a joke! And on the last day when i reached for the tea cup, it was appalling to find it had dried residue milk. Gross. Such a disappointment with the Hyatt brand. Wouldn’t recommend nor ever consider staying here again.
The Hyatt Centric is the cooler younger sibling of the Hyatt properties. It's fresh and airy with a more minimalistic aesthetic. The rooms have floorboards which give them a nice fresh feel, the bench which functions as a sheet and luggage rack is a great use of space. The bathroom is well-appointed, with a decent sized shower and solid water pressure. The hand-held shower head feature wins over a rain show head everytime for sure. Bathroom products and amenities are from Mr Smith and smell great. The lobby area offers a nice area to sit and chill away from the room and there is also a barista serving up coffees. Located between Flinders Street and Flinders Lane, it's about 200m from Southern Cross Station and the tram line is about 100m from the hotel. Mobile service pretty poor in the hotel (barely one bar of service) but it does offer wifi. There's no sundries available for purchase in the lobby or vending machines so no late night snacks or drinks available unless bought off-site.
My star is for the breakfast crew. Like everyone else. I think the room service is terrible. They didn't clean their guests' rooms every day. Replace toiletries such as clean bath towels and toothbrushes promptly. I'm gonna keep calling them and telling them I need towels. I called them the first two times. They sent bath towels to my room. One last time I wonder if they are impatient. I waited in my room for a long time. Finally I went down myself and got what I needed. Even though it's a five-star hotel. But I think the last time I was in Melbourne I stayed in a 4 star hotel not far from here. Good breakfast. When you get back to your room after breakfast. You can see a clean room. It makes people feel good. Not really recommended here
I stayed in a king deluxe room with extra bed at Hyatt centric melbourne with my dad and found the rooms spacious for the two of us. Facilities were great and restaurant was not too bad & had a stunning view ! Front desk staff ( special credits to Flynt, Stevie and Francisco) were really friendly and helped tremendously in recommendations , reservations of restaurants and Stevie was incredibly helpful in helping me plan my agenda with my dad for a vineyard tour and had plenty of recommendations of must visits! Hotel location was superb, a cafe close by called grain had really good coffee , brunch & pastries. Hotel is walking distance to a 7 eleven and walking distance to crown with lots of waterfront bars restaurants. If you like walking you can easily walk to the city or some markets or just take a few tram stops down so location was really a plus! Cons: - a very noticeable and jarring difference in room cleanliness starting from day 3/4 of our stay (we stayed 15 nights). There was always some kind of floor mat or towel not replenished in the bathroom or one cup or glass or water or vanity kits not replenished. Towards the last week of the stay things got a little annoying as my dad and I would spend the whole day out and come back to an unmade room even if requested so. It just felt like the cleaning staff were a little lazy for lack of a better word. I also noticed a clean cotton bud that dropped on the side of a narrow bathroom shelf that stayed there through the entire duration! The upside of this is that when rooms are cleaned , they are cleaned well minus the missing replenished items. - food was good but could be improved and could have more vegetarian friendly / pescatarian options Overall I would come back to stay here on my next trip!
Very small room and there were only one set for all the bathroom amenities such as towels and glass.
Beautiful hotel with good service and a fantastic breakfast.
My Family and I enjoyed the perfect Christmas Day lunch at the Langlands restaurant. The setting was stunning, the food delicious and the service was impeccable. Peter was our Maitre’D and his attention to detail was brilliant. We had two people dining with us who had severe allergies but nothing was too much trouble for Peter and his team. We felt welcome and special from the moment we arrived and had the Best Christmas Ever! We are looking forward to making this a family tradition. Thankyou Langlands Restaurant at the Hyatt Centric. We will be back.
Location is very good! The room service is needs a lot of improvement. The house keeping service is very bad. The used coffee cup is not even cleaned.
YOU MAY NOT GET UPGRADED because the hotel management is very stingy with upgrades to Hyatt elites. If you're a Hyatt Explorist & book a King Suite, they won't upgrade you to their Premier suite despite availability (Explorists are not guaranteed suite upgrades when they book a non-suite type room, but that isn't the case if they book a suite-type room & request an upgrade to a larger suite. ). I wish I had instead booked a Marriott or even an IHG hotel as I've Platinum elite status with both of them. So you've been warned - before booking, check with other Hyatt properties in the area in advance regarding their complimentary upgrade policies.
My stay was amazing. The hotel was fresh and new, friendly and clean. The room was spacious and bed comfortable! I enjoyed room service dinner and breakfast and both were delicious! I will definitely be back and will recommend this new hotel to family and friends. Parking at the affiliate car park was easy and a short walk to the hotel.
Hyatt Centric is the perfect hotel for a city break. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming , the location is central so easy to get anywhere in the city and the indoor pool is perfect, especially because Melbourne weather is so unpredictable! I highly recommend this hotel!
The service was amazing, the room was good. However room service was an disappointment.
Our daughter injured her back from falling in the room. The phone wasn’t working. Room service was cold when it arrived. Eggs were so undercooked they were unsafe to eat. Whole experience was terrible. Avoid.
The lobby is really darl with dimmer lights. It is not as nice look as photo on media. It really dark. I womder why staff at front office dont put on uniform. Even though no name tag 😉. I saw the guy from the receptionion jumped to make coffee at coffee counter ( next to reception). Pillows are too high. I cant sleep. I asked the front desk do they have any lower Pillows? They brought the same 2. I request the high floor, they put me in 14th floor and I CANT SEE FIRKWORK. ITS dissapounted ( 24th is highest and 25th is restaurant. I used to stay in Meriton Suite and they put me in 14th floor as well. Because China and Japan don't want the number 14. The housekeeping only clean your toilet, mini bar table, and change towel. Rubbish on the floor is same after housekeeping done their job. I hope the owner can improve the process of training staff. The lady got her personal phone and talk talk talk her language while she in charge cleaning my room. I don't want to hear and leave my room. but the boss/ manager need to know this. Why no using walkie talkie???? Guests can misunderstand that is personal call. One more thing, please dont turn off aircon each 2-3 hour. Always hot at midnight. I have to buy the small fan to bring flow air. I still give this hotel 4 stars 🌟. If someone meet the same situation like me. They will like my comment. But I will not come back.
I stayed pre NYE 2024, Great location and restaurant, indoor pool and gym, close to the skybus terminal and tram stop, we walked into DJ's.
ROOMS: spacious and fresh, very bright because of big windows. View on the city center is really good. Comfortable bed, blackout curtains, coffee table, small sofa, fridge, big safe, teapot, coffee machine - capsules and tea bags are provided. There is a loudspeaker in the room - also very convenient.|LOCATION: direct in the city center. Less than 10min walking distance from the railway station and SkyBus stop. 30min direct route by bus from the airport. There are many restaurants and groceries nearby.|FOOD: breakfast (with a perfect view) is included. It’s a buffet with many options - everything is really tasty! Fresh ingredients, good variety of food: fresh veggies, fish and meat, cheese, cereals, snacks, different kinds of bread, fruits and pastries. This restaurant also works during the day, you can have a meal or/and drink cocktails with an awesome city view. There is a coffee shop (Allie Lane) on the ground floor with tasty sandwiches and good coffee as well.|FACILITIES: fast wi-fi, pool, gym, restaurant & bar on the 25th floor with panoramic view.|STAFF: friendly, smiley and polite.

Nice 25m indoor pool. Pool was at a nice temperature.||I found the dinner menu quite limiting as I have quite a few dietary restrictions.||The service in the dining room was excellent.||The person on reception who checked me in was very very pleasant however the person on reception when I checked out wasn't as pleasant.
Very clean and new, best amenities amongst allHotel we stayed in this trip.
We are a 6 people family, we booked 3 rooms and we found ourselves on 3 different floors. Unfortunately not only we had to accept this inconvenience, but even worse we discovered that each person could only access their own floor with their own card. I asked for a copy of my children's card but it was denied. My 20 year old son needed some medicine during the night, he should go down at the reception but they did not allow him to come to my room. I had to go down to the reception in my nightgown to get him. It is shameful, something like this has never happened to me in 50 years. I understand the measures to preserve the customers’ safety but on the other hand it’s unacceptable to treat a customer in this way. For the rest, mediocre furnishings and small bathroom. Not even a glass in the bathroom for toothbrushes. At arrival empty minibar only 2 small complimentary water with chlorine taste. Excellent breakfast. |I will not return!
The hotel is nice. Secure hotel and I can park my car just right in front of the hotel.
The hotel is nice with nice view and nice breakfast. The staff there is also nice.
Fantastic room and service!
Perfect in all details, rooms , cafe , lobby and great staff . If back dure I will choose .
Great in sll details and near the station so you need nothing to go around the city
Best hotel gym I have been in. Has peloton!
The hotel itself is lovely and the amenities are also great. However, the service particularly with the restaurant and room based services are rather poor. We stayed a total of 5-nights and we had two room service orders which never arrived and on both occasions, we got shifted around different departments of the hotel. On one occasion, the room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask at the desk later in the day and then leave to have it cleaned. I’m sure with time the hotel and restaurant etc will work cohesively but at the moment it’s definitely not a five star experience or even close
Great place to stay and close to Southern Cross station. A 5-minute walk to Crown Casino.
Très bel hôtel bien placé avec des chambres spacieuses et une superbe piscine. Le service de la chambre n'est pas parfait.
Stayed here in November. Absolutely loved it. Clean, modern hotel that has a luxury feel. I had a nice view from my room which again had all the mod cons such as a tv I could hook up to my Spotify or Netflix. The pool is gorgeous, the only one on my three week trip that allowed me to have a proper 1000m swim. The gym was also really well equipped. The staff were lovely, and let me check in early which was ideal as I was wet through from the rain. I also had a drink in the bar on the top floor which gives stunning views across the city. Would 100% recommend staying here. For the price I didn’t expect anywhere nearly as lovely as this hotel.
位置很好,鄰近火車站及機埸巴士總站
I booked a night in Deluxe King Room with City View 40 meters at the Central Hyatt Hotel in Melbourne as a surprise for my husband to celebrate our anniversary. I wanted us to have a luxurious 5-star experience with our daughter, enjoy a relaxing evening, and explore the city near Christmas time. Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we had hoped for, and I feel compelled to share my experience. Room Design Flaws : The entrance door had minimal clearance, making it difficult to open fully. My daughter, tripped several times near the door due to its awkward positioning. Uncomfortable Furniture : The room featured a fixed sofa near the window that was poorly designed. The mattress on the sofa slid off constantly, and the gap between the sofa and the window created a hazardous space with sharp corners. My daughter accidentally hit her head on one of these corners, which led to tears and even some bleeding on her foot. When we requested a bandage, it took a long time to arrive. I also injured my elbow against the same sharp edges. For older guests or anyone with mobility issues, this could be even more dangerous. Poor Cleanliness and Amenities - The provided bathrobes were old, rough, and visibly stained. - The minibar was completely empty except for a few coffee pods, sugar packets, and three teabags—not what one expects from a 5-star hotel. - There were no child-friendly amenities provided. The bed for my daughter was old and uncomfortable, and it came with no blanket or proper bedding. Additionally, there were no toiletries like child shampoo, lotion, toothpaste, or anything thoughtful for kids. - **Breakfast Disappointment**: The breakfast was incredibly basic. The only pastry offered was a small croissant, and there were no fresh berries like strawberries or blueberries, even though they are in season. There were no special touches like ice cream or a diverse selection of desserts. For a 5-star hotel, this felt very underwhelming. - **General Lack of Comfort**: My daughter ended up sleeping with us because her bed was so uncomfortable, and the lack of proper bedding made it worse. My husband was visibly unhappy, and our anniversary surprise turned into a disappointing and frustrating experience. I genuinely regret booking this hotel. For the price we paid and the 5-star rating, we expected much higher standards of comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Sadly, our own home offers better amenities than what we experienced here.
Lovely and quaint hotel that packs all the luxury you would expect from Hyatt. Wonderful staff at all levels, food is delicious, and the lap pool was a treat.
Good place
Needed a room for me and a my dog, pleasure to deal with, highly recommend specially with doggie
We stayed for a night. Nice and cosy room, with all the amenities like toothbrush and shower gel. Good stay!
Over the long weekend, my wife and i had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Centric. To say this hotel has good service is to do it a disservice. Not only were the staff extremely accomodating and friendly but the overall experience and vibes were on point! We had very courteous receptionists and also restaurant chefs + waitresses/ waiters. The service from this hotel was what you would expect when choosing a higher end hotel in Melbourne CBD. Eventhough the rooms and some of the amenities in the hotel was a bit underwhelming - Small swimming pool and gym + no sauna or hottub. The impeccable service and friendly staff more than make up for it! Would 100% be back to stay again over other pricier hotels in the CBD!
Solid 3 or 4 star hotel. The hotel location is very convenient but the entrance door is small and hard to find with poor signage down a small alleyway which can appear less inviting at night. The rooms were modern and clean with good facilities and practical. Lobby area was small and easily overcrowded.
Polite, good room services, check-in so efficient
The worst breakfast for 2 at $90 ever and the rudest stuck up pompous waiter!! We arrived, advised we were not staying at the hotel but we had asked at reception if we could have breakfast. No problem it’s $40 pp he said and proceeded to take us past lots of empty tables to the furthest end of the restaurant to the buffet, at a couch table. We ordered 2 coffees included in buffet and asked where we go as we couldn’t see the buffet. His response “well buffet is help yourself obviously”. Then deciding to judge us asked for payment then and there at the table. I left to get juices while my husband paid and came back to him saying it was $94 now because it was Sunday not $80 and 2 coffees in take away cups !! Worst selection of food on toast plates just in case you want a full size breakfast for your $47!! Cold food, greasy bacon and asked for a little hollandaise got too much. There were no tomatoes or any extras, no knives to butter toast before eggs put on and no proper layout or system to get your eggs then add rest of hot food. Very disappointing and do not recommend at all. We wanted to go to a few places close by but they were all full.
So clean and modern. Would stay again
Stayed here for 3 nights in Nov 24. Great hotel, amazing staff -especially on 25th floor for cocktails and dining. Highly recommend this hotel and it has a great vibe.
Poor service. Double charge me for my stay. Reached out to customer support multiple times no response at all!
服務很好,房間佈局也合適。位置很近DFO,購物方便
Hyatt Centric Melbourne is vibrant and eclectic with a prime location. Situated in the heart of Melbourne, it offers easy access to the city’s bustling streets, landmarks, and dining hotspots. The free public transit is right across the street. The rooftop bar is great with views and a chic ambiance. After exploring, we needed a cocktail. Breakfast is equally exceptional. Check-in was seamless with friendly staff. The rooms are generously sized, thoughtfully designed, and provide a comfortable stay.
nice central location just off Flinders lane, approx 15 min walk to Lune, rooms clean, make sure you go with someone you know very well as no door for the bathroom only frosted glass for separate toilet and shower. service very friendly at front counter and when we had an early breakfast on Sunday morning
Clean rooms. Luxury brand shops with easy access to CBD
Our stay here was very comfortable but it matches one's expectations for a 4-star hotel, most definitely not a 5-star property. The entrance is almost hidden in an alley. The location, while central, is still a bit out-of-the-way. There are other hotels nearby that have more presence.
Very stylish, clean & nice hotel in central location. Friendly staff. Easy to access from Southern Cross station. Also have lovely breakfast on the top floor with good view.
酒店位置還好 打車可以直到服務唔錯 check in check out都好快 餐廳食物水準一流 早餐都豐富房間空間充足 硬件都新淨
Hotel clean and tidy, nice staff and great Swimming pool !
Location convenient, nice staff, I got free upgrade t9 deluxe king, not too crowded environment
Awesome place to stay !!! Very friendly staff and clean room. Bed was extremely comfortable, central to southerncross cross station . Would definitely stay again ☺️
Great hotel and amazing customer service
Great hotel and nice staff
Quite hidden, room is clean and modern. Service is good and mins walk to tram and Docklands side
Really great location. But the kids menu was pretty limited. I think it’s better for couples than families with little kids. But a really good hotel in a great location.
The hire is low-key situated at a side street along Spencer Street/Southern-cross station with around 5 min's walk. I really like the design/decoration of the hotel - probably because I'm a wood lover. It's just quite classic yet a bit fashionable? Not quite sure what word to use cause I'm not a fashion chaser. The swimming pool feels relaxing and it's a bit dim (which makes me feel safe and private). The breakfast does not offer a huge range of selection - but everything is well prepared with good quality. I particularly like their salad which I could keep eating haha.
Very nice location and hotel.Comes with decent amenities - totally bang for buck! Highly recommend this location and hotel
New, youthful, compact and clean, but not overtly flamboyant. It offers all the amenities of a category 4-5, and I applaud to the quietness, sneakiness and discrete attitude its location brought, but be in awe of the creativity, openness, looseness, attentiveness and nuances of the 3D-printed floor number signage, brick veneered lobby wall, f-t-c timber finishes in room, and panoramic views of the bar and restaurant. C/I is average (some staff are friendly and approachable enough), reception staff is a mood-swing, guest services are unpredictable, rooms facing the apartment tower are awkward, room after housekeeping clean-up has an odour. Free-tram zone with close proximity to flinders street station. Short walking distance to southern cross station. Train tracks are close too, however the double-glazed facade with air-filled cavity provides considerable acoustic insulation. Some room and leisure Amenities better than Grand Hyatt, and room configuration/fixture/decor is more contemporary, but the lack of maturity and grandiloquence definitely means they appeal to different needs and tastes. Southern China airlines partnered hotel.
