A small, yet cozy place where you are bound to come across a local with a story or two about the local history of the town. There was a lot of interesting memorabilia scattered throughout and I enjoyed looking at all of it. The outdoor seating area was spacious and you could swing many cats. And best of all, no pokies...

Great place for a meal on a Friday night or to stop past and have a quiet drink or two.

Love this place. The atmosphere is great. Ingrid, one of the bar staff was as rude and unpleasant as she always is. Apart from that, another great day.

Always a great venue for a quiet beer on New Years Eve. Hope their 1980's music evening went well for them.

Outstanding RSL always supporting our passed and present veterans ,Fantastic meals friendly staff ,excellent atmosphere check it out highly recommended.

Great food on a Friday night, it is well priced and you get fantastic service. Always smiles all around and everyone just seems to be having a great night. Great playground and play area outside for the kids. Pool table. Bar. Seem to have raffles and trivia some nights. Seating can sometimes be a bit of a squeeze and if there is something you really want off the menu I would get in early as it gets snatched up quick! Definitely worth checking out.

Best little RSL on both Peninsulas. Got that Old Feel.Friendly staff and a few Salt Of The Earth characters.

Fantastic Anzac day weather good,the RSL put on a great lunch& gunfire breakfast for a small price,two up enjoyed by all ages!! Drinks at good prices ,congratulations All Staff& President a say had by all remembering the Fallen& Serving Veterans.

What a glorious hidden gem this place is. It was such a delight hanging out here with the family and friends. Food on a Friday is marvellous! Get in quick because there is a limited number of each meal. Kitchen staff are not permanently based at CP RSL and are borrowed from other bigger RSL's therefore at times during staff shortages CP sometimes sadly misses out on food on the Friday. However, when it is there it is very, very well priced. Fresh, delicious, well cooked with friendly staff. You will need cash if planning on ordering a meal, so keep this in mind. The regular staff behind the bar are sensational, friendly and always having a laugh. We sure will miss this place. Thanks for the great memories.

Best little RSL in Victoria. I was in there the first time for less than five minutes before talking to a local about everything and anything. Very welcoming place.

I loved this RSL friendly atmosphere and the food on offer is great.. this RSL is a must see venue . I highly recommend popping in and saying gday.

What a friendly, happy place to have a home cooked style meal on a Friday evening with friends.

It's difficult to describe the ambience of an establishment that so many astounding people may gather from time to time, war affects everyone including civilians, and it's places like this where civilian numbers are welcomed with open arms to share experiences and hear the odd tale of a military person. Whether the tale is correct may vary according to the day, time of day, how many of his company are with him, whether his company likes him or not, and how many cups of tea have been consumed. 😆⚓😆⚓ BZ 5 STARS.
