I went to tons of fun in dandenong today and the lady at the counter was very rude machines didn't work and when I swiped my card on the machine that didbt work the girl was like well it's your fault that you didn't see the sign I argued for 15 min that I didn't see the sign and they should of had not working on all machines that didn't work

In My Honest Opinion, It's An Okay Venue. Nothing There That Really Caught My Eye... Just The Usual Kiddie Games But They Did Have Maximum Tune For $2.20 Witch Is Quite Cheap However.. The Cabs Are In The Worst Condition Possible. 3 Out Of The 4 Cabs Have Shifter Issues & All Had Wheel Issues. Not Ideal To Play At All I Think I Will Stick To Timezone. Even Though It's An Extra 40c There Machines Are Well Maintained

Cut the string of Iphone trice not even a mark of blade from string. Staff tell me keep trying till you cut it but how I’m gonna cut it if they don’t want me to get the price. Scammers

Disgraceful to say the least! Just walked in at 8:30pm only to be told just done the til we're closing! You can't purchase or play! Absolutely ridiculous 24 of us with so many kids looking forward to games etc but were refused. Your time states close time was 9pm not 8.30pm! If I could give a big fat zero stars I would! Never again!

It was a very bad experience I spent over 90$ for my son to find out he won but they rigged the machine so it said he lost and he was tearing up because of how much time he spent on it, if I were you I would not come here

This is the place for fun it the time of your life there and the so much games and prizes it there for anyone

Good fun, but some games are poorly maintained. Ie, half the ducks missing on the duck game, some joysticks and sensors inoperable. Still, staff were friendly and kiddo enjoyed it!

Staff are exceptional

5 Star for the staff, they were very supportive. 1 Star for the games. Most of the equipment's are old. That is not a problem if they are working, there are many games not working. we lost a few game ( more than 5) due to faulty machine- after taking the credit from card we couldn't play it, automatically the charge was taken- but no play. We were embarrassed to ask this to staff as it became a pattern in our visit (how many times you can go and bother them?). Were were honestly waiting for finishing our credit for run away from store. Last but not least the games were toooooooooooo short, it may be better to throw the $ on the river or better play shopping centre kiosks.

Needs updated the ride inside is so lame boring as needs updating to newer model with better graphics. Different games that are easy for toddlers so we can get better value for money. Place needs to be refreshed very lame and staff need better training was left standing at counter for 10mins before being served.

Spend over $700 there today for my daughters birthday. The girl working was extremely rude. They were disorganised. Not enough staff. Systems kept failing and the cards were being charged multiple times when the games didn’t work. Timezone is much better and better value for money.

The staff are friendly but the 9d cinema is a big let down plus the arcade machines are very old and some not working properly

Really enjoyed taking the kids here. Staff on the day extremely helpful when a small issue arose fixed the game straight away and issued a credit to replay. Ice creams and milkshakes onsite.

I gave them this this rating because they have scrumptious ice cream even for us oldies I said to the staff I use to come to these places when I was young and now I'm still going there for there yummy ice cream because your never to old for ice cream

Absolute waste of time i wasted alot of money without getting what i wanted. I got the blade in the string a few times and still didn't cut. Couldn't even get a refund.

Today is my eldest daughters eight birthday and all the crew at Tunza Dandenong were awesome. Fully accommodating. All 3 of my daughter's and their friends in attendance were treated like royalty Amy; the party facilitator was the perfect host. We will be coming back.

My loves it so much I'm glad they finally opened one

Firstly, ice cream stock is out and were told they have no more to replenish. Secondly there is a sign stating that you get 2 free game tokens with every ice cream purchase, when we asked for the tokens after buying 5 ice creams were told that tokens stock is out so we cannot have any. Staff were polite and nice but unfortunately this left a sour taste in our mouths.

Offers a couple of hours of fun, with many varieties of games. However, it's all based on the amount of money in your pockets and how much you're willing to spend.

We used to go there very often when were in Dandenong. Now kids miss it a lot. still we travel every month or two for this.

I am absolutely disgusted in Tunzafun Dandenong... I bought my 2 kids in today on the school holidays and purchased $50 worth of tokens only to play several games, at least 10 that were faulty. Taking coins, part of the machines not working at all, couldn't even put coins in, balls getting stuck, you name it. My kids were extremely disappointed. LUCKILY they refunded my money, obviously because they knew we were right in saying their machines were all broken. I even asked when the machines were serviced and they couldn't tell me. I WILL NOT be wasting my money here again!

Very nice place for the kids open till late regardless if there is ppl there or not the opening hours are till 10pm every nite. The night shift guy is very polite and friendly one of the best arcade staff I have ever met definitely will be going with my kids on a regular base to this arcade center. Thumbs 👍 up for the night shift worker 10/10 thank you mate
