Came here for a couple beers with a mate, loved the experience! Lady behind the counter was super kind. Would definitely come again.

Absolute dive of a pub. Suitable for fans of poker machines but don't bother coming for a drink. Dirty tables. Tired smoking area with no seating. Disinterested staff. Do yourself a favour and grab a drink elsewhere, the Auburn doesn't deserve your custom.

Security guard and girl behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful-three of us walked in and security guard asked us to leave , once asked him why - He replied because I am a GOD and want you to do what I say . We positively left but called back to complaint to manager Paul - Left our names & nos# for him to call back with hope that he will call back. Please don't go there if you like to be treated with respect 🙏

Bad customer service one girl form the bar she is too loud and annoying. Just one suggestion please learn customer service. you do not own the place just a working staff.

First time here and the service was great! Tommy the staff that served us was kind, efficient and attentive. Will come back next time I’m around Auburn.

The manager is not coordinating looks like she is only listening to security guard sam he is so rude arrogant and racist he only puts in Muslim people in preference and Manager today 07/02/2024 18:00 pm support him looks like she doesn't want to listen I try yo put complaint against security guard but she refused and asked me to get out so discussting please I don't recommend this place this is insane

Normally we go there on most weekend but the this weekend customer service is worst. The lady in the counter was very rude. Very bad experience this weekend

Worst costumer service especially old lady who doesnot know how to talk with the customer.We have been there so many times but the behaviour of her is still same everytime. It would be better in future if she learn manner and discipline to talk with the customer.

Good places to hang around with friends!! Have pool tables, music and pokies machine but lack of good supervision!! They let people enter without any id check !!

A bit of a dank and dire venue. Doesn't seem to do any business in the bar area just in the pokies/gaming area. Most seats had massive rips and holes in the bases. To get a drink you had to contact the bouncer to walkie talkie the server from the gaming lounge. No wine list, only wine was Jacobs Creek in 150ml bottles. Shame we only discovered the free jukebox on the way out! We didnt eat here but the menu pricing was confusing. Schnitty meal for $12 but a Chiko Roll or Chips $8??! Probably your best bet in a suburb short on options.

Brilliant old school pub which still offers VB on tap and Kate is the best barmaid in many years and I've been to hundreds of pubs.

Went in to bet on the tab and had a bourbon looked very clean and not really busy although it was about 11.30 am

The beer system was replaced today and the beer tastes awesome! Very cold, I will have a couple of extra tooheys today.
