Last night 14th Feb 25, was the worst experience I have endured, with children out of control. Running around the tables, yelling and screaming when there is a play ground provided for them. My concern is for the elderly and staff who had to avoid these children, running all around the hotel. Would think twice, before coming back again to this hotel. Colin Timms

I meet at the Boundary every couple of months with a group of friends for lunch. It is always good, but today they excelled themselves. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and our waitresses, Lindy and Meg, were gracious, gorgeous and just wonderful. We certainly got value for money in every way. Highly recommended!

Great food and friendly service

The Food was inedible we had Fish and Chips. The Fish was dry and tough. The chips were nice and the Vanilla Slice was really nice!! The biggest problem was and looking back we should have left when the water Glasses arrived and had lipstick smudges on them.

Food is really good! We’ve been coming here for many years and I can honestly say the current chef is great! The customer service experiences we’ve had over the past 12 months has gone up to a new level!! I recently visited this hotel. I got an amazing experience with hospitality services. Specially Saahil was great guy when it comes to customer service. He is humble and customer friendly. Manager Peter is co-operative as well.

Marcus customer service skill is amazing

We hoped this local would a a haven, but it’s far from it, particularly now that they have cut down the gorgeous trees that were in the beer garden! Why on earth would you get rid of them?! They created shade, they kept it cool during summer, and they made that boring space by the side of the busy road pleasant. The food is ok, but the “favourites” menu is random & doesn’t have actual favourites, i.e. pie, bangers & mash - instead it has kangaroo. Which is nice, but not a suburban pub classic. It seems ok for families, the TAB & games area isn’t bad. But the bistro smells weird. The staff are generally friendly, but there’s not much atmosphere. So gutted about the trees - a real shame. The umbrellas there don’t give anywhere near enough shade.

Great place to eat n play.. WiFi cuts off your phone. Especially if you are in the BWS. Which impossible to pay on your phone or use loyalty cards

Ordered drinks. Had to ask after 15 mins where they were, they forgot. Food took 45 mins to come. I ordered Surf and turf, only got turf. Only 10 people were there for dinner. Hardly busy. Pity service was so slack as food was good.

Nick and kaylah were brilliant I would recommend coming here just for the service alone.

There were some children acting up and Tess handled them perfectly, she was also so great with costumer services while ordering. Food was great we ordered a lamb salad, parmie, and fish and chips and they were all great.

Great restaurant with an amazing ambiance, especially during quieter times. The lamb shoulders and creme brulee we ordered were perfect, smashed them out faster than the host could do a round or two. Our host Nicholas was very nice and polite, great guy. Definitely would come back here since the service and food were stellar.

The front bar is a great place for catch ups and the food is always good. We usually get a few items to share.
