The worst place I've been. It just steal your money. Broken games and they don't give your money back.

We went for air hockey table, put 2 dollar coin in - game didn't start, it didn't give the money back. Then we put one more coin - same. Then we shook it and somehow managed it to allow us play once. Next we tried pinball machine - it took the money and didn't start the game. Total scam. Really disappointed. Noone in there to ask for assistance just a note to call somewhere. Update 2019.05.05. They seem to have fixed all the coin slots or whatever they are called. It works much better now. Still no real person on the spot, but overall much better now. Possibly reviews here made a difference. Thanks!

Faulty machine took our money! No staff or contact number to help us get our money back.

My husband and I went out for our anniversary and played the claw machine at Jam Factory before our movie started.. surprisingly , we won. However, the toy Lotso got stuck so we tried asking for assistance and tried calling the number on the door to find out it's not connected and to check the number. We are not happy as we were hoping to get this for our son who is due on Wednesday and had to leave it behind for someone else to grab.

Often see software problems, particularly for Jurassic Park, and it is not obvious sometimes. I inserted notes into the machine but it did not work. Also, the coin exchange did not give full amount one time. One of the basketball machines doesn't register goals, and the balls are often missing and inadequate. I tried contacting FunTown, and it was not easy to get through, and left a few voice mails. After several tries, I spoke to one of the staff members and said they would refund me the money. I provided all the details but I did not get the money back. I had to contact them again several times, but each time, they apologised and said they would follow up with the boss. Now they just ignore me whenever I get in touch with them. Be ware if machines eat your money, you will have a hard time getting it back, if at all.
