Lalor Bowling Club Inc. welcomes new members and it does not matter if you have limited knowledge of the game of bowls. We have a very experienced Club Coach along with other coaches that are willing and able to assist you in learning our great game. We will take YOU to the next level. You will not only just play lawn bowls you will feel a part of the community of the club with friendships and social activities and you will never want to leave.
Lalor Bowling Club Inc. has two outstanding grass bowling greens which have been considered by other bowlers to be the best greens in Victoria! So much so that non-members are always asking to practice on the greens, but unfortunately MEMBERS come first.
We have Five (5) Saturday Afternoon Pennant Teams: Division 1, Division 2, Division 5, Division 6, and Division 8. Saturday Afternoon Pennant is played October-March and commences at 1.00 pm.
We have Three (3) Midweek Pennant Sides: Division 2, Division 4, Division 6. Midweek Pennant is played October-March and commences at 10.30 am. Also, every Wednesday all year round there is a social bowl competition.
New Members are welcomed anytime. We have a courtesy bus that operates Friday & Saturday Nights. For more information, you can click on our website page “Bus and Timetables” or are most welcomed to contact the club directly as time and kilometer limits do apply.

Best club in the north of Melbourne xxoo
Great greens, good facilities and good people. If your keen for a bowl or just keen for a beer get down there.
L.B.Club not only provides a comfortable setting but also offers audiovisual technology, which was essential for delivering a clear and engaging presentation. Also, the services included professional event staff who catered to all our needs. Excellent space for learning and networking. A special thank you to all the staff for contributing to a successful event. Looking forward to working with you in the future.
The greens and food are nice. A real mans-man kind of bowls club… not many women bowlers around.

Dear service staff don’t be so rude and raciest. Be a nice with your customer. You guys are acting like we are there for free.
This is a hidden gem both in community services bowling bingo and events and dont get me started on the Food.. bargain prices good quality considering what they are working with and the staff and patrons were so welcoming to new visitors. I cant wait to return. The place is historical and from basically a shed/ storage facilities they formed a club and played at other clubs until they could afford the basics. Please if you live close want a drink snack support your community venues RSLs keep them ticking along. The rates skyrocket on these venues and make it harder to keep the doors open. I can't thank them enough for being accommodating and even packed me goodies to eat when I got home. This is what I love doing undercover reviews not playing the influencers ticket for something free and getting that grass roots feel on the ground. I couldnt get many photos as the venue hadn't opened but I will def return and get lots more. I was so impressed I actually thought about giving bowling a go.. Grandad took me as a kid and taught me. From memory beat the pants off him lol. Enjoy your day

Unbelievable only venue I have been to where they tried to charge the punters for coffee even after spending big bucks on the pokies… I have been to over 30 slot machine venues and they are all generous and offer free coffee but these guys are getting greedy and I would avoid this venue in the future

Old and nice. Need bit of repair here and there. got pokies as well that remain empty most of the time. Good place to go for beer and they got finger food as well.
