I cannot recommend Chris and Abe from the Frankston Bayside store enough. Both are a world of knowledge, and so friendly and helpful going above and beyond customer service expectations. My recent visit ended up with me switching my internet plan, saving me $$$ and improving my internet speed immensely. I would not have known this offer was available, had Abe not offered to have Chris review my current plan. Thank you guys, I will definitely be coming back to see you at the Bayside store for any future needs!

This is not a right place to do shopping at all these people scammed me so few days ago I bought a laptop and an antivirus software from them which was fine but after few days I thought to return the antivirus because I don’t find it relevant so then I called the customer care they told me that u can come and we will return your antivirus software so after that I visited to the store to return that but unfortunately I don’t have that card from which the payment has been made so they had given me a receipt and told me that you can exchange that antivirus within 30 days and show that receipt to us when u will come and we will return your antivirus and give you the refund . But , when after 5 days I have gone there to return my antivirus and take my money back they refused me that we cannot take it back despite the Microsoft giving it return policy for 30 days such a bad experience from my side and I am really very disappointed from their services. And I also even have that receipt with me which they have given me that by showing this receipt we can give you the refund. And I have not even activated the software but still they are refusing to return it.So, now I need this matter to come in front of some higher authority and help me to get my money back.

I had a disappointing experience at Jb hifi with kris. His customer service skills is not recommendable. Talk to him in phone to check availability of stock and he promised us to set aside the phone that we are looking, we travel 20 minutes from home and when we arrive he just talked to us in 1 minute and bluntly told us that someone ordered online for pick up that’s why he give it. That’s it!!!!

I am tech-illiterate and the guys in here are always so helpful!

Absolutely terrible experience with these guys. Talked me into changing my mobile provider to Telstra to get a voucher. Very first question I asked was whether I would be able to call NZ? I've been with Vodafone for 15 years and been able to call all that time. The answer was 'of course'! I asked the question several times during the process and the answer was always 'yes'. Guess what? First time I try and call NZ my phone is not set up for it. A little frustrated I thought it mustn't have been set up properly. So I took my phone back in to see the chap who set it up. He immediately said 'let me get my manager' and vanished. The manager turns up and says that his worker has no recollection of ever talking about international calls. Very passive aggressive (I could use a lot stronger language) words from the manager about not being able to cancel any contracts. So disappointed. At least own your mistakes Mr Worker (I won't mention you but you know who you are) and don't hide behind your manager. A simple apology might have been enough. But don't be a lying person who hides behind their manager to protect themselves. Just a disgraceful piece of professionalism. I now have to pay over $100 a month for 24 months. Thanks for nothing.

Sinead and James were both amazing to deal with! Nothing was too much for them and they were very helpful with making sure I could swap over from a different phone provider to Telstra as well as keeping my current phone number! The phone had a great price and a gift card that I could use towards the phone which made the phone cheaper! Also got a fetch box with the current promo 😀 10/10 for customer service, won’t go anywhere else! Very helpful and professional

Sennheiser headphones purchased here. Faulty out of the box. Had to queue up on my lunch break to return them. Took far too long with their internal process. The guy tried to convince me that it would be months for a replacement pair but I insisted and they came in a week. The 2nd pair were also faulty out of the box. On returning the 2nd pair I stood in the store for far too long again because they didn't know how to process it. They didn't want to replace the item for a cheaper marked item. I felt that the store manager was condescending and arrogant towards me. He kept on saying that JB is a big company blah, blah blah. I think this is exactly the problem. A smaller operator would really take care of you if they had sold you 2 faulty items in a row. JB are too big to care.

He was highly professional, demonstrated extensive knowledge, and even followed up with us when our phone was ready. We truly appreciate his dedication and expertise.

Friendly service and some good deals from time to time. For best deals, always do your homework before buying so that you know what you are looking at and have an idea of price range.
