Big shop,lots to see...a bit expensive

Went in to get assistance with my phone that I purchased from there. The approx 30 to 35 yr old male was not helpful and advised me to go home and google the issues and to reset my phone. He also said its not his job to assist people with phone issues. Will think twice about buying a phone from JBHI. Very poor customer service.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I recently experienced from the Miranda Store on Wednesday 26 February. I was expecting to deal with professional sales people but my interaction with one particular staff member was far below any acceptable standard. Despite my attempts to seek assistance I could not find anyone that would even make eye contact as I approached, they would appear to make themselves busy, searching in a drawer or walking away. I finally walk up to an adult staff member and asked if he worked here. He rudely walked past me, did not stop and aggressively shouted back he was serving someone else. He could not have cared less, and this experience has been extremely frustrating and has made me question JB HiFi’s commitment to its customers. I won’t be back

Super disappointing experience. I was buying a wifi extender as I don’t know much about them. The girl in that department at the counter (9:45am 22 Jan) did not acknowledge me whatsoever even though I was less than one metre away from her as she was on the computer. After I chose an item by reading reviews online, I asked her if I could pay at her counter and she rudely pointed over to the main checkout and said “the counter’s over there” and turned back around. It was not busy whatsoever so this type of customer service is wild.

Great experience at JB Hi-Fi Miranda, was dealing with a bad delivery from auspost. Josh and the team had the items exchanged and out the door in minutes.

Amazing customer service, my google earbuds broke and were still under bought extended warranty, originally bought at the hurstville store, went to hurstville they told me they had no time for me as it's boxing Day sale, went to Miranda store the next day, and was served by Owen, he was so understanding and patient, and he did not let me go until my problem was solved, and they were just as busy as the hurstville store, but much better customer service..... Miranda JB hi-fi..... Cheers to you.

After a terrible experience at the Bankstown store earlier in the day, I went to the Miranda store instead. The service was chalk and cheese. Really appreciate the help Georgia and Blake. You guys went above and beyond to resolve my issue.

Good service from the audio visual guy when buying a new TV. He was able to show appreciable real life differences between the models. Prices were a bit different than advertised.

One of the smaller JB-HIs but somehow still fit all their stock in there. Perfect place to feel like you're on the outside AND inside of a Tardis at the same time. They'll have what you're looking for, just stay clear of the 15th corner and you'll be fine. 12/12

Easy to find and good customer service.

My dad and I came into buy a tv for my 40th birthday and we dealt with Ethan to talk us through all the options across 65 inch tvs. His knowledge was next level and the advice was always built around what I needed as opposed to any push to buy a certain TV.

Attitude attitude attitude, there are a lot more businesses out there to buy electronics from, all you have is service, if you’re not providing it professionally then you will loose more customers like me.

I love JBHi-Fi!!! When I go to one of their stores I feel like a kid in a candy store!!! Lots of goodies for me to feast my eyes upon and buy!!! Keep up the yummy good work JBHi-Fi folk!!!

I went to JB at Miranda store to claim the damage product. The front counter staff was unskilful, unfriendly and unwelling helper.

Not so impressive!

Staff generally will pass you around and not very knowledgeable. You have the option to ask for a JB deal and they'll knock a few dollars off but honestly you're going to get better prices negotiating at other competitors

Good products variety and prices but HORRIBLE customer service. You have to chase down the staff in order to get what you want to purchase. The lovely senior man on the exit though, what a legend. 💝

James from the tech area helped me out today with a faulty item, great Customer service from him and is one of the reasons I’m putting 5 stars, additionally the older gentleman at the front door is such a respectful guy whom I hope is being taken off, this store has great staff who are both helpful and friendly, maintain👍🏻!

Not a huge store, but big enough to hold a fair amount of items. This means that generally anything I'm looking for is in stock. Having made a few purchases recently in person, I can say that the service was pretty good. Always staff available to help you within a minute or two. Shout out to old mate on the door.

Staff member wasn't really interested in my small purchase, decided to attend to someone who was much prettier than me.After waiting he served me & sold me the incorrect item so had to go back & exchange for correct item. In general not great with service to my generation.

After visiting many jbhifi stores I decided to purchase my New phone and Mobile plan from Damir for one of many reasons, He was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions confidently. The store manager was also very helpful makeing my overall experience very pleasant. Definitely my go to store for future electronic purchases!
