Horrible experience, used to be great a few years ago but it's now run down. The service sucks and the food is very average.

Normally find this place good, my recent order is terrible, got half a serve of butter chicken with about 50grams of chicken and the schnitzel is almost burnt. Most likely will never be back.

Great food and great service. The Paramlaki platter for 2 was lovely and great value as $60, I thought the Params may have been smaller on the platter however they were just as big as the regular Parma meals. Platter included 2x Params, chicken, fried chicken, lamb, pitta bread, dips and greek salad. Service was great. My only suggestion would be some blinds on the windows as when the sun is setting it's really blinging if you are facing the windows. Will be back.

Love, love, love the food, the staff and even the owner knows how to treat customers. This is a regular for us and we go here at least two times a week. Great food and coffee hits the spot! Wish they would bring back the buffets though :)

Drinks were awful, food sat at serving hatch for 20 minutes after being ready leading to it being cold and soggy, everytime you ask a question it’s such a hassle by the look on the servers face, got our food then had to ask for cutlery after they had walked away, male server was so engrossed with his phone that he wasn’t paying attention to the female server asking questions, this place has gone down hill since being under new management. Would not recommend.

Tried their Indian menu and was highly disappointed. The food was below average and had good colouring used in everything including tandoori chicken. Not going to order again as it's been a repeated issue especially with the main dishes. I hope they resolve this as it used to be such a good experience until early last year, but looks like staff changes has not worked out.

Was almost going to give you 5 star in general just left a bit disappointed with your service as my brother and his family got their food on time my mum and dad and myself got their food on time as did my uncle and his son but my brother didn't get his food and one of the waiters claimed that they forgot to put their order into the kitchen

Had the worst burger ever. Thought it was a fried chicken burger… they used Coles’s burger patties … wth? In a restaurant like this why can’t you make your own patty? Also ordered a lamb souvlaki … again tasteless. Went in to this restaurant imaging that they will better food.. their Indian food was not good either

Nice place, good food and staff

Had a horrible time at the place, most staff were not accommodating and the manager ketp looking back at me suspiciously, he then started asking me weird questions about payments and made me uncomfortable, I left as soon as I could, new management needed

Young beautiful man i believe by the name of Johnny served me and my family wonderfully today. Fantastic service and he was really kind.

Just had lovely shared platter and sat outside. We had our puppies with us. Nicest waitress brought out a water bowl for them gave us courteous and friendly service. Sorry didnt get her name wanted to say thanks we will come again.

Had couple of meals. The food was really great. The service was also amazing. Will be back there for sure.

Billy’s Junction now has the added bonus of Indian food! It is the best Indian food I have eaten In a very long time. Not only is it great Indian, but the coffee’s are amazing and the service is just lovely and very friendly. 5 stars all round from me.

Food was quick and amazing service

We have dined here a number of times and have never had a bad meal. Tonight we tried some Indian lamb Korma and an Open Souvlaki (which was only $20 on their specials for Friday night). Both the meals were very tasty and plenty of it. In regards to the atmosphere, unfortunately there weren't many people there (but we will encourage people to dine there), and the music was a bit loud, but staff were very obliging when we asked them to turn it down a bit.

0 stars if i could!! I've had 2 bookings cancelled now for a Sat Lunch buffet (both for occasions a few days before!!) - very poor customer service and false advertising!!!

Went last night with family for my birthday, 1 waitress serving all tables so waited about 20 minutes to order, then waited 1 hour for food. One parma had a hair in it, burger was dry with no relish. Food was very average sadly. Need more staff on Saturday night. Will not return or recommend.

Delicious and huge portion sizes, amazing service, fast and efficient great atmosphere , we ordered big brekky and burger and fries and kids nuggets and chips. Very happy

Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience….there was a great variety of food but it was tasteless….same sauce was used in 3 dishes…the pizza was ok….it was a Sat evening and we had the whole place to ourselves as there were no other patrons!

I recently dined at Billy's Junction and had a fantastic experience. The portion sizes for our shared meal were impressively large and perfect for sharing. Everything was incredibly fresh, and the meat was tender and flavorful. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

Popped in tonight to try out the Saturday evening buffet. The selection was good, the staff were gracious and very baby friendly with multiple high chair options. Our little boy definitely gives the meatballs and pumpkin soup 5 stars. We will be back again!

The dinner buffet was amazing. The fried chicken and garlic prawns were yummy. We booked through the website, which was quick and easy and went directly without any hassle. I recommend it 100%.

Wandered in out of the blue quite late. We were made welcome and we selected the Surf and Turf platter to share. At $50 for 2 people it was a feast. 2 big platters, one with flat bread, a great salad and sauces/dips. The other platter had the chips and fish, prawns, calamari, Mexican sausage, steak and chicken. A wonderful meal which could have done 3 people. The wine was excellent and reasonably priced. This was an unexpected but great experience. Will definitely return and bring friends. Edit: June 2024. We returned for a dinner and were disappointed. The food was OK but the service was appalling. There were less than a dozen customers this time and the wait staff seemed to be having a night off. Very slow service. No-one was clearing used plates unless asked. Dessert delivered with no spoons and the coffee, although added to the bill, was not made or delivered to us. I had to point this out and ask for it to be removed from the bill. The wait staff seemed to be more interested in socializing among themselves. I am not sure if we will return.

Highly recommend the lunch buffet... a grwat selection of food. The butter chicken and butter paneer were sensational. Rice lovely and fluffy. Fried chicken cooked to perfection. Lovely lamb and roast vegetables. And desserts very nice too. On top of this they make a great coffee. We can't wait to try the breakfast buffet. 😋

For customers thinking about ordering from their buffet menu ... DONT ... the food is horrible ...Then we ordered dessert from their menu and I was charged a $2 custom fee to remove mixed berries. Seriously!

Great food, big serves. You won't go home hungry, that's for sure! I really loved the Chicken & Avocado Salad - very fresh and the avocado was served smashed, on the side. The chicken was grilled to perfection, with a slight char on the surface. The others who dined with me were also happy with their meals. They had: a steak sandwich; calamari salad; and the ribs. The only downside was that the ribs were somewhat lacking in that smoky flavour. However, all in all, we had a lovely time. The staff were helpful and friendly. It's a large venue with lots of space.

The service here is an 11/10. Came in the other day and was served by a young lady i think her name was Amy. Instantly welcomed me with a beaming smile. Had the chicken parma and chips, the portion size was great for value and very tasty too! Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends!

Edited reply to owner: - Order wasn’t taken, we were fine - Our coffees were delayed because docket was missed, we were fine - Our child’s coffee was missed upon reminding the waitress two times and they started serving others, that’s where I left this review on - Waitress didn’t apologise several times as per the owner’s comment. I didn’t need an apology I required an a knowledgement that they missed kids baby chino. Staff didn’t know they supposed to serve kids first. - Waitress said it is not her responsibility if cafe can’t prepare food since she has done her job by taking an order (I had to remind her to take our order after sitting for a while on a table) - There were three coffees not two Initially, no one took our order despite only 3-4 tables being occupied. I approached the counter to remind them, and the waitress was happy to take our order. However, our coffees weren't made until I reminded them. Even though I ordered mugs, we received small cups, which was fine. Despite reminding them, the baby chino was left out, and they served other coffees before ours. There was no apology for the oversight. When paying the bill, the waitress mentioned that she's only responsible for taking orders and not for the kitchen's delays. Fair enough 😂

very disappointed. fish two meals one grey inside the other okay chips over cooked and the color says to me the oil was old.why so different.steak porterhouse cooked medium okay taste oh hell it was if the grill was,so dirty. and was so tough. lamb tough and dry.the seven meals two okay the rest no.this table group are all in the butchers shops.to the manager sir I would be asking questions about what is being sent to you sorry would we come back no.would we recommend no.

Really big big let down took my girlfriend for her birthday for the buffet experience almost every dish was empty and that's the start of service l had to ask for food to be cooked .the butter chicken was lovely and garlic prawns too but when a fresh bunch came out to serving dish they only put 12 prawns out.the owner who was friendly and kind said we just had a large group come in all the food was gone mind you this was at 5.30pm.lm sorta reluctant to go back as I've herd lots of people love this place.my bread was Rock hard and no butter out for rolls.Sorry to post this but im sorry the buffet we had wasn't worth the money.

We really enjoyed our breakfast here. Very spacious seating - love it. The music played was incredible, modern artists, but a more mellow sound for a restaurant atmosphere. Very impressed. The food and beverage was brilliant, fast friendly service. Keep up the amazing work to all the staff xoxo

lunch buffet is a little bit over price, garlic pizza and fried chicken are the best, also desserts.

Really good place to eat with family and friends, good vibes, friendly chefs and the front staffs with excellent quality food. The momo’s on the buffet was superb. Overall one of the best restaurants I’ve been on.

We’ve been regulars there for many years. Recently changed menu to include more Indian food but still has the classic pub style too. We love it because there’s something for everyone. Friendly courteous staff and the owner is often there checking in. We’ll continue to be regulars here. Chicken 65 is an amazing dish! 👌👍

The drinks had lime older than my dead dog. All the meat was over cooked and drier than my wife on Valentine's Day, there was hair in the chips, and the menu was longer than a Jamaican man's ....

Tandoori marinated chicken in a pesto pasta sauce or bland cabonara shaved deli ham covered in Luke warm cream. Absolutely disgusting! We've been going since it opened and usually order the same things. The food used to be so good. Will not be stepping foot in there again. Such a disappointment

I got 2 open souvlakis this evening, and sorry to say they were both appalling. It was more fat than meat, the meat was disgusting the chips and bread were dry and the service was just so rude. I was better off having Vegemite on toast at home.

Toilets absolutely disgusting. The smell in the toilets was that bad even a T-shirt over the nose couldn’t stop me from dry reaching. The toilet hasn’t been cleaned or scrubbed in ages as there’s a thick grime build up at the bottom of the bowl. Dry crusty faeces around the rim of the bowl that looked like it has been there for a while. The hand wash sink was full or grime as well. I hope your kitchen is a lot cleaner than your toilets as I will be regretting what little food I ate tomorrow. Order the spaghetti marinara. Very salty, seafood all frozen as the 2 scallops in the pasta was like mash potatoes. Calamari, prawns and mussels was tough as rubber. The Pippies was just empty shells with no traces of meat. The naan bread was nice. Wasn’t busy, service very very very slow.

This is a regular 'go to' for me when I can't be bothered cooking, which is often. I love their steak!, really delicious if you are a beef lover like me.

Absolutely horrible experience. Never returning. Beer battered fish that had an end with batter and the fish stunk. Steak sandwiches that were cooked very rare and served chilled. Management and or owners should reconsider the person destroying the food. 3 out of 4 meals sent back.

Reopened local casual eaterie, new management, our first visit, service ok, tap beer 🍺 +, Food was clean n fresh, tasty, overcharged on meals. 2nd visit, dissappointed with food standard, garlic bread great, senior parma, burnt underside, one large snitzel cut in half, sauce, ham n cheese bland, like rubber. The tap beer off the menu, some items on the menu not available, will be a good lunch venue with further refining.

Had spaggetti seafood with lemon butter. Requested some chilly flakes to add. Very tasty. Comfortable and spacious.

The fried fish was delicious, the chips were good and the vegetables were amazing but there was no dressing on it, however the sauce is very light and not tangy enough. The fried chicken was crispy and good and the mashed potato was perfect. Presentation and portions were plated amazingly. The staff was lovely and the atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable . Overall the food is a 9/10. Would highly recommend visiting to eat!

I had a giant craving for noodles so I decided to order the vegan stir fried noodles, even though I’m not vegan myself I thought I’d give them a try. Honestly they were delicious! I’m very happy with my meal. It was a large serve and quite affordable- which is such a good bonus considering how yummy it was! The staff were also very friendly, and the environment is good for a catch up with a friend- it’s not noisy at all.

Friendly service and a decent fresh menu list. Definitely frequent again, when in the area.
