Bought prebuilt from here, they had the fans the wrong way which led to very high temperatures, on top of that the pc would often blue screen and crash which went away after I reinstalled the ram

Fantastic prebuilt PCs and continued after purchase support. About 2 years ago i purchased a prebuilt desktop from BPC tech worth about $3300. At the time of purchase this was essentially equal to the cost of buying the parts individually and building the desktop myself usually building your own PC is the cheaper option, great value from the start. The desktop worked like a charm for a year and a half but encountered an issue with the CPU and motherboard. The staff walked me through some helpful troubleshooting steps and when nothing could be done on my end they paid in advance for my desktop to be sent down to them. i had similar issues with the LED lights and one of the front fans a few weeks after as well. BPC tech replaced the Fans, LED lights, CPU and motherboard for no cost and free shipping. I believe i am a very unlucky outlier for how many things went wrong and thankfully due to BPC tech having fantastic support it wasn't a hassle to have it fixed. I would recommend BPC Technology to anyone looking for a high quality prebuilt PC with reliable after purchase support

Many years ago I ordered PC parts and various items over the space of a few years from BPC. At the time I found the owner Brian to be super helpful and attentive. A friend who owned Guarana IT (formerly LeighTech) had always trusted BPC for fast, fair, and reliable service and put me onto them. Well many years later I find myself building a new PC. I ordered parts from 3 major suppliers in Australia. BPC had their order dispatched same day and on my doorstep the next day with just the standard shipping option. It's so great to see coming back to the PC world after all these years that BPC still beats out the competition. Would highly recommend to all my friends ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯

I purchased a refurbished monitor from BPC Tech a couple of weeks ago, unfortunately the monitor had some issues with the usb functionality, their support were helpful and sent me a replacement refurb monitor very quickly after. Got a pre-built PC from these guys for my son, it was at his door (in Victoria) within 2 days. I needed some backup help (a missing external piece) from their support staff and they were all over it within an hour or two and had my issues sorted! Fantastic service all around and great quality build.

PC was noisy and cable management wasn’t great. Kept getting BSOD errors straight after it arrived and their customer support was super uncooperative when it came to returns / repairs. Only when I threatened to get ACCC involved did they give details about returns. Super dodgy, I would avoid despite the enticing prices.

The card is an absolute beast, delivering exceptional performance for gaming and content creation. What impressed me even more was BPC Technology's customer service. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from placing the order to receiving the product. I highly recommend both the product and the company.

I WOULD NOT recommend these guys at all, my experience with them has been terrible. Happy to take my money and then make me wait over a month for what was supposed to be an off the shelf item. I had issues with my PC and contacted them many times, but received absolutley zero support. Bought a mid range gaming computer, so not a cheap purchase...bluetooth is terrible at best, the internal led lighting stopped working within a week and it's baically a piece of rubbish, I should have just built my own and I urge you to do the same. Wil never go near this place again. Wish I could give negative stars. Thanks for nothing BPC.

Just brought the siren computer for 750 works great, did have to install windows but it’s okay didn’t take long. Great service when I called, shipped very fast. They did swap a part for me cause one wasn’t in stock n they gave a 3060 free of charge with the swap super happy, will shop here again. Will update if anything happens doubt it will but great!!

Bought a Asus motherboard with them so far so good and I accidentally sent more than the amount I'm supposed and they made the effort to call me if I wanted to buy something else or return it I have told them just use the rest of the funds for express post with signature keep it up guys

I bought a gaming computer from their website. Here are my experience: 1. I spent $799 to buy that computer, but after just one or two days, the price dropped by $100 to $699. 2. The images of product in their website mislead customers. In their image, it includes Window 11 system. However, after received computer, they requires extra cost to install Window 11. That's very confusing. 3. They are advertising that their computers are pre-built computers. However, in my case, it took more than 1 month before they actually receive the part and build my computer. 4. After I installed latest Windows 10 system, the computer still couldn't work properly. It is because the BIOS system in the motherboard was out of dated. This resulted in the computer could not pick up Windows system each time when I turn it on. I had to pay a technician to update the BIOS system to latest version then reinstall Windows system so it can work properly. In conclusion, a gaming computer from JB-HiFi with similar graphic card or motherboard would be hundreds of dollars more than what BPC sells. But considering the time and money I wasted, such as long waiting period; troubleshooting; and purchasing Windows 10/11 system. I really regret now and should bought something from JB-HiFi.

Purchased desktop around Christmas. Computer arrived promptly and cabling was good. Unfortunately PC arrived with a winload.efi error (error upon OC installation) so the received device was faulty. Trying to reinstall windows via usb but usb was not readable by PC. PC bricked a few weeks later. Completely ghosted by email support team after they were prompt during selling me the product. Called up but the gentleman said on the phone the last technician had left and no replacement had been hired yet so they couldn't assist. Use their service at your own peril, they'll probably ghost you anyway lol

I brought a pc last month from their website but the device is not working. I called their warranty department and was told that the problem was caused by not choosing to pay extra to have the operation system installed. However, because of this problem, I couldn't install Windows normally, and they refused to give me a full refund. I could only seek professional help. I was told that there was a quality problem with the SSD card of this pc, and I could only spend more money to solve the problem. Now the problem of not being able to turn on has been solved, but the problem of being unable to connect to wifi and Bluetooth has appeared again. After checking, it is a problem with the motherboard, and I must continue to repair it. I'm already highly skeptical of the quality of their products and this is the worst shopping experience I've ever had.

Don’t hold your breath for pc build time. Could potentially take 20 business days, even though their website says 3-5. with continuous false expectations and no compensation for their false promises.

Full props to the staff for having the patience to answer about hundred emails from me over the course of a few weeks. I bought a bunch of parts to build a PC, and i bought every part through them (except for one piece that i bought elsewhere cos they don't stock Be Quiet stuff). They've got some of the best prices on the market, and they're also willing price match something that is cheaper somewhere else. That - combined with the email responsiveness - made it a safe & easy choice to buy everything through them. My only criticism is that the website said one of the items was in stock when it wasn't. But it was resolved pretty quick. No regrets

I bought an awesome gaming computer for the family for around $2.000 with all the RGB, bells and whistles that go with it. Everybody loves it. Customer service is fantastic and prompt if you need any help. Keep up the good work.

No body reply you when your desktop have issues, they just take money and basically no warranty

19 days from purchase date to being told the keyboard is no longer in stock. A lot of reviews here with similar communication problems, avoid unless you're happy to wait.

Very happy with how quickly my NVMe arrived. Turns out there was a duplicate sent & charged for. A return was quickly arranged and I was refunded quickly as well. I will happily shop here again, thanks!

Ignore these (probably fake) negative reviews - These guys were nothing but the best from the get go right till my rig arriving. James from the sales department put up with over 100 questions from me over several indecisive weeks of me going back and forward as I decided on what build I wanted. After I placed my order, it took not even 7 days before it arrived at my house. I've gone through some tests (checking temps, cabling etc) and I couldn't be happier with the end result. The CPU fan was connected properly (I read a couple of reviews saying this was an issue which is extremely unlikely), the games I've tested are running at the FPS they should be and the aesthetics of the machine are exactly what I wanted. Looking at the cabling, I'm happy with the cable management as well. I've built many a rig in my time, so it was good to find a mob like these guys who could keep the prices down and deliver a quality product. Thanks BPC, will definitely recommend you to all my mates and be using you again in the future.

I purchased a prebuilt computer recently and opted to have a number of upgrades done to it. I was expecting to be waiting a couple weeks, but was pleasantly surprised when I got an email 3 days later saying it was ready for collection. When I went to collect from their warehouse the service in store was great, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the showroom looked amazing. As for the PC itself, I’ve been absolutely chuffed with it. No complaints whatsoever. It’s been very well put together, very neat cable managing and is just a delight to look at. Great attention to detail. Performance-wise, everything is working and running as it should. It was ready to go right out of the box, the only thing I had to do was activate windows, which took about 30 seconds and was simply a matter of entering a code. I have to admit that some other reviews had me a little nervous as this was my first time hearing about and purchasing from this company, but since there are more positive reviews than negative I took a chance anyway, and I am honestly so happy that I did. The computer I received is not something I could have gotten for the this price anywhere else. Computers with the same specs as mine easily are retailing for $3000-$4000+, I had this beauty built for half of that. I would 100% recommend these guys, and will definitely be making more purchases myself in the future. Definitely 10/10 across the board.

I would not be placing an order with this company. Delivery times stated were 2 to 4 weeks. I am now entering the sixth week and still no delivery. I have had zero contact form this company. I have had to follow up every time and get the same feedback. PC is being built and will ship soon. Not good enough. Not happy.

Bought a headset from this place online. At first I was iffy as I was unfamiliar with this store and it was 1-2 days behind schedule. When I called up they were able to answer my questions and resolved my issues. The headset were windows modern wireless and it was carefully delivered to me by Aus post incl signature. The price was good whilst everyone else was sold out. I saw someone recently write a bad review regarding computer delivery delay. Their website does give people a heads up that there were delays in computer deliveries recently.

Very good service from BPC. Had a Warranty/RMA claim and they sent through a replacement after 3 days which was a very quick turnaround. Will recommend them to friends.

bought a pc from here, took 26 days which is more than they said doesn't really bother me maybe for someone else its an issue was two cases to choose from, one black, one black and white, got an email saying they're out of stock of the black one and if black and white one would be fine I said yes. Got delivery and the case is not what they said it would be (H510 vs H511 Flow) and emailed about it, said they have a shortage of parts so they changed the case to a solid front panel bla bla bla. Been trying to email them since then and they have just been ignoring me

Do NOT buy a custom computer from this company. I am an experienced PC builder and decided to purchase a custom PC from BPC Tech due to the price and not having as much time to build a system. The time I saved not building my own PC was then spent fixing the one I purchased from this company (including the trouble shooting to figure out issues). The first thing I noticed was that my CPU cooling fans were running at full RPM constantly. I tried to change this in the bios and the cooler's software but nothing would work. I then opened up the case to discover that the person who built my PC just looped the fan cables into themselves and DIDN'T plug the cooler into the motherboard. I then had to rewire the cooler and take out components to check where everything was connected. One cable was even connected into an extension cable that was plugged into nothing. The second thing I noticed was that my rear fan's RGB was not working. The connecter for the fan was not plugged in correctly so I pushed it down. This then turned on the RGB but the fan stopped spinning. Again...I had to remove the fan to check it. The technician had used double sided tape to try and stick the connecter down. Instead of replacing a broken component for a PC costing THOUSANDS, they half stuck it down with tape! This was quickly replaced after I flagged it with support. I will note that I was then sent a replacement fan that was from the same brand but didn't have the correct cable to plug into the case fan hub. The next issue was a squealing sound coming from the PC. This was the PSU capacitor not working correctly. This is not BPC's fault but I thought this would have been tested before being sent out. Again, this was replaced after being flagged with support. My final issue was that several of the additional components that come in the boxes of the PC parts were missing. This included things such as a cap to cover the CPU cooler logo, etc. This is a small issue but it just added to the frustrations I already had. I was sent out the missing parts after raising this with support. You should also know that if you buy a custom system and the listed components are not available, they will use other components to replace them. For example, I purchased a Gigabyte themed system but ended up with ROG components mixed in. I was also given different RAM than what was listed and the listed RAM was even in stock. BPC Tech needs to make sure that their technicians know how to build a system costing thousands before they employ them. I expect better when I am paying this much and suggest that you either look elsewhere OR build your own PC. The two stars are for their support, who were easy to talk to and helped resolve issues in a timely manner.

12 months ago I bought a 2000$ PC for work & gaming. Ever since I bought the PC from BPC TECH I had major problems with it constantly overheating & cooling issues, I literally just got my PC back from the local computer technician down the road & he said they hadnt even installed the cooling fans correctly or applied decent Thermal Paste, The settings were not set properly & my PC was constantly running at 80 degrees & overheating, this has caused damage to my computer & could of caused a fire in my home without me knowing about it to say the least. This computer does not do quality assurance on their products & I highly reccomend avoiding them at all Costs. I am disgusted I spent over 2000$ on a PC & recieved what I got. Then after it all I called up the manager & he didnt want a bar of the situation & laughed about it, thats the sort of response you will recieve it is almost a scam! Unbelievable honestly huge thumbs down for BPC TECH !!!

Having paid for a product on the 30th of March and still waiting for it to come is not good enough. Ive rung twice now and still no idea when we will be receiving the product... Will be ringing again for the ETA and I hope you can tell me the truth this time. This is just not a great way to feel.... You dont take the money if you dont have the stock ...

Thoroughly disappointing experience with a recent purchase. Ordered a single item (AIO CPU cooler) and it took 8 days just to dispatch. Meanwhile Amazon deliver the very next day. BPC Tech have a lot to learn when it comes to online sales.

Don't have parts in stock. This company is running a scam. They take your order when their parts are out of stock. When I ordered, they said 7-10 business days the gaming PC will be shipped. It's been 1 and a half months and only now have they said my parts are reserved. So they never had the parts when I ordered. No communication, no compensation despite their massive delays, wasn't not even sorry. Do not order from BPC.

I purchased a new 4090 build from BPC Technology last November and was initially pretty happy. However, after a few days, I discovered I had a faulty power supply when the system wouldn't boot. I returned the PC and they replaced the power supply, no questions asked. However, I wasn't getting the performance I expected from a $7000 machine. The CPU was running hot, but I wasn't savvy enough to realise just how hot. Last week i asked someone to do an optimisation for my PC, and discovered that BPC plugged the CPU cooler into the front fan, and my CPU wasn't being cooled properly, and has been thermal throttling for all these months since I bought it. The technician re-cabled the cooler correctly and now my frames have jumped by 30%. Staggering incompetence. I'd advise staying away from these guys.

Had an issue with a faulty card, which was promptly replaced. Due to faulty replacement from EVGA, a reasonable exchange was offered. Always a pleasant conversation on the phone. Great service

I ordered a prebuilt pc on 21st feb and I'm still waiting (11th march) on dat pc to built and when I called them they told me its gonna take another week or two, wonder y they take soo long to build a prebuilt. Waiting for a whole month only to get a prebuilt not a custom built. So disappointed on bptech.

I want to say they're good but always having trouble finding stock. You have to wait outside for a solid 15 minutes until they find something for you. Usually they'll come out with alternatives.

Do yourself a favour and travel 600m to computer and part land. Poor customer service and misleading customers

They are great technical staff but bad at customer service. I have bought an SSD on the BPC website. But it failed to be recognized on my laptop. I requested a refund at the start of Dec and received the RA number in Jan. When I return the product, the AU post lost my parcel. I contacted BPC tech again, they would like to refund anyway, but at the end of Jan, they send the replacement not the refund to me. I have to contact BPC tech again to say I need the REFUND not REPLACE. I finally got my refund on 31/1. And now poor guys replace have been sent to me, I have to help them deal with the parcel. Their customer service is really bad, most annoying shopping ever meet.

On receipt of the computer, I could not be happier with the build quality and selection of high quality parts. Delivery occured to QLD within the advertised time of around two weeks from initial purchase. Would happily trust the BPC team for any future purchases

1st time buyer from Sydney, and I feel happy with the service. Received the PC after 14 days of order, and i can see the team even helped on flashing the latest version of Bios for me. The cable management is good, and the device was well packaged which made it not hurt during the shipping. Got the original box of 4070TI, and the box of motherboard and cpu is not there (maybe because they are not that expensive haha). Lower price whole computer than others which made me buy from BPC, and it is a happy purchasing experience so far.

careful using this company if they mess up they will blatantly lie to keep your money thank god i had proof in the emails they sent me,i cancelled an order cause the order never was delivered by its due date they were not going to cancel the order, they did send me an email stating they cancelled (the order and refund will take a few days to process) i never got a refund i contacted them they told me we won't give a refund until we recieve the item back at our warehouse, since i never received the item it was not my problem they still refused to refund me i called them again and told them fair trading laws stated what they were doing was illegal and i told them cancel the order now due to they never cancelled it to begin with so they lied about it initially they finally cancelled the order under threat of fair trading complaint i made against them then they had the ordacity to send me and email stating they never said there were not going to give me a refund which i have the email from them stating they will not issue me a refund and also recorded calls from their customer service agent lorrie telling me we are under no obligation to give you a refund be careful this company is dodgy i will never use them again i don't even want to give them 1 star
