This is my closest hardware store but they never seam to have the stock I need. I feel like I'm wasting my time and should just drive to bunning instead

The shelves could do with a good dust and de cobweb , had to fight the cobwebs to get get the product we needed. Staff ,all seemed to be doing computer work. Price was good though.

Has great food for animals and for great prices

I bought the wrong lock for my gate so had to return it. The lady at the desk was very helpful and it was all sorted efficiently. Also thanks to the member of staff who gave me useful advice on sharpening my lawn mower blade.

We now use Mitre 10 regularly and have found the staff at this store so helpful and friendly and efficient that we will not go back to Bunnings.

Cast of thousands working there doing little. 1 person at service at register. Waited like 10 mins for the service attendant to serve guy in front who had 4 gift vouchers. I ended up putting stuff back and leaving. 2 others did the same.

A tad expense compared to bunnings, even the wood cost more and their wasn't a huge variety in products. Maybe they should consider expanding with a bigger variety of products and decent prices.

Been shopping here since they were in Frankston 30 years ago. Good range of hardware competively priced and if they don't have it will get it for you. With an old fashioned timber yard that offers cut to size service. Staff are always helpfull.

I don`t know why they bother to have a web site as they obviously don`t keep an eye on the stock leaving the store. Twice now I have checked their web site to see if they have stock of an item I wished to purchase and both times it showed they had stock. Yesterday on 29 /12/22 I checked to see if they had a Bosch pressure washer and it showed they did, so I drove 16 Klms only to be told they were out of stock, when i told the salesman that he must be wrong as it shows that they do have it in stock he checked his terminal and confirmed that I was right, but someone must have sold it and not re ordered another one He didn`t. offer an apology and simply said he could order one for me and it could take up to 8 days to arrive. One day later and I have just checked their site again and it still says they have it in stock. Mitre 10 Mighty unhelpful, Mighty uncaring and Mighty useless. Needless to say i am finished with this mob and won`t be going back ever again.

They refused to price match my item, I'll be avoiding this store from now on.

I've never been to Mitre 10 and I was surprised that it's easy to shop there for a non handy person. Got helpful advice and another item that I thought I'd get elsewhere. Thanks!

Helpful Staff. Relaxed atmosphere to shop in unlike the other green and red branded store. Don't get me wrong both serve a purpose but Mitre 10 have the better customer service.

The team at Mitre 10 were more than happy to help with my query of having a custom paint made and having a specific key cut. Both products were exactly what I needed. Will be going back and supporting them.

What a breath of fresh air, especially compared to their main competitor. FANTASTIC customer service, really trying to help you out. The staff I encountered at the trade desk were knowledgeable and the transaction such a breeze. I've had to now go and buy timber and and plaster products for a reno and it's just a world of difference to where I use to usually go. The team are doing a really great job.

Many thanks to Barbara and the team at this store. Barbara went beyond my expectations. Helped me get the product I needed. After visiting two opposition stores with little or no help. She made phone calls, checked her shelving after I was finally able to give her the name of the particular product. Read out the purpose of the product and what it consisted of to make sure it was what I was looking for. She was polite on the phone. Mitre Ten you need more stores locally. I’d shop at a mitre ten over an opposition any day. You’re also cheaper. I’m happy to drive the distance however for service like this. Keep up the good work

Order a click amd collect on sunday, its now thursday and ive heard nothing. Emailed twice. Nothing on the website to say how long clicl.and collects take....surely not this long!

Great staff and a great store, but S*** parking !. You have been warned if you go there during peak times because the parking and the traffic flow is abysmal it needs to be improved urgently.
