Very very hard to get any help in the store. Plenty of staff chatting . The range of products is great. Prices are really fair. Parking is usually great. But I recommend you look for what you need online, work out where it may be so you are not stuck walking around.

Good experience .locating the items we required ,was made very easy with the help of a young assistant called Zak.He gave us good advise on colour coordination and house decoration design.

Word of advice. Either pay cash or with your physical credit card. Not with your phone. Although i have returned items many times in the past, this time the lady working and her so called manager on duty refused to refund due to credit card numbers not matching up. Asked why and was told security reasons. Showed the power pass receipt, my transaction statement on netbanking and my several ID'S and their discretion was to refuse refund. Called Rosebud and the manager there was very helpful. Said he would have done the refund no problems. Not a good look bunnings, especially when I am a customer who has spent nearly 100k in 12 months.

I have just been to Bunnings Mornington. The lovely lady at the front of the store was incredible. Sorry I forgot your name. You were wonderful. Mandy was so helpful, friendly, and professional. Extremely happy with the service. Mandy even replaced the batterie's in my overhead fans remote . Couldn’t be more happy. Thank you.

Fynn was very helpful today in Bunnings, helping my elderly mother pick out some paint to repaint an unfortunate feature wall. Mornington Bunnings is lucky to have an employee of such high calibre. Will be coming back… and requesting Fynn!

The lady in the tool shop was so nice, and helpful too! She gave my 9 year old a sticker.

Came down today looking for help with storage, saw the lovely Helen she was absolutely fantastic so kind and helpful.

Usually team are very good in Bunnings. Not today. Had a young guy at checkout today. Firstly he scanned an item twice (there were only 4 in total) and then he didn't send receipt via SMS as I had requested. Started talking back when I told him that he needed to slow down a bit in order to do his job properly.

Worst customer service at the painter desk. Woman in her 40s who really gave us dirty looks when we asked questions that required skilled painting advice. Turns out she didnt inform us the important part about thinning down the oil paint. It's details like that Bunnings staff need to be educated about. Best go to Inspirations Paint for real advice!

Bunnings is a huge place, prices are fair & the best thing is they have FLOOR STAFF & prices you can see. They hold BBQ for customers that goes to a charity. the only problem is buying online if using a third-party option, is impossible and they don't deliver everything on floor.

Great place to get all your work and Garden Accessories. Ample Parking and always open early for that trade sale. Nice Garden Plants that can sit nicely outside by the Pool Area on a nice hot Sunny day.

Don't trust their online stock levels. I was told that they took orders even if they were out of stock. I placed three separate orders from three stores for tiles. All were cancelled within an hour for being out of stock. Complete waste of time.

That sharp right at the top of the up ramp road to the entrance is really nasty.

This store is a joke! Go in on a Saturday arvo to get some building materials, can't 3.6m sheets because they're in the racking and there is noone on site who can drive a fork lift. Get sent to frankston store who have a Forklift driver to find all of their sheets aren't in sellable condition. A whole afternoon wasted.

Will be making another trip in today (4th) trying to buy tap spindles, took in my own one twice, twice the wrong one. Have now bought 2 full tap sets, both won't fit. They are universal they tell you when you are there?

Always a great place to find what you need for around the house. Easy place to pickup firewood and other gardening essentials.

Just popped in for a Bunnings Sausage with Jake 🦮 Friendly and courteous customer service. Trade desk only 1 staff on at the time. The female staff processed all customers and enquiries, promptly and efficiently. It was great to not only be served excellent, I also found other staff greatings very welcoming. Ample parking and easy access from car parking areas. What an awesome selection of commercial and domestic products to choose from.

Went this morning to purchase a cleaning product that we could have purchased at Coles or Woolies. I picked up 2 small boxes less than 1 cubic foot each and a staff member took one off me. For the number of boxes they have in the pile that will probably end up costing the store to flatten, tie up and dispose of, I can’t see how one empty box can make a difference to the store other than for this staff over zealous staffer trying to impress her supervisor and keep her job. We spend hundreds of dollars a year purchasing items from Bunnings that we can get elsewhere but choose to get there. The management should keep that in mind in training their staff.

Always a great store to get supplies

Bunnings Mornington has a huge variety of DIY and gardening supplies, perfect for any project. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Just be warned, the carpark fills up fast on weekends!

I needed some lengths of wood - to fit to a gate. Mark, in the large building section (at the end of the store), was very helpful. He was the only person in that area and was 'on the door'. He called someone else to man the exit and he went and cut the pieces of wood to size. A big help to me, it would have taken me ages to cut them. He was helpful, pleasant and professional. Thankyou very much

Busy but friendly staff. A little disorganised with products as they had plenty in stock on their system but were unable to find it after looking for quite sometime. I was told that the normal person in charge of that area/ dept. was away and didn’t know where they could be. Easy fix however, went to Frankston the purchase remaining items.

Is it really that hard to update your stock. You say you have stock after I searched all stores and organised my life to collect. I pay and now you send email saying not available and it could take days to refund $. Get your act together Mornington Bunnings!
