Very noisey people yelling at one screen you couldn't hear the other 2 screens the yelling even disturbed people in the gaming room, some people thought there was a fight in the Riverview. Definitely needs sound reduction, like carpets or doors. Also a bit cold especially when smokers enter or exit onto the balcony, if you are anywhere near this door you will smell the cigarette smoke wafting in. Depending on which staff are rostered the coffees can be very weak, I've been told that is how they were taught! Not much to eat here mostly sandwiches and cakes.
