We were at your hotel last weekend, we heard the party at room 14 yet the night manager got blamed for it, what you did to him is wrong, you choose sides between your employees, that’s is just wrong, Boris did nothing but look after your guests, I guess you rather have a looser working for you than a guy who takes pride on his job. Boris is the nicest person we have ever dealt with.

So I've given 1 Star for room size, 1 Star for bed as it seems new, and 1 Star for size of bathroom. The carpet is stained, probably could do with a deep clean, however my main concern was the Filthy Aircon Filters which I cleaned as I just had a feeling. Some amenities such as Microwave, TV and Furniture is very outdated. My room is NOT serviced daily, which I am okay with, but I'm staying 14 x Days, a simple call or email to check all is okay. The Managers are very sweet, however when I showed them the filter photos I got a feeling they could care less lol. The grounds are spacious but there's a Goodlife Gym, Pool and Dance Studio next door that gets VERY busy, so members will reverse park onto your rooms outdoor area with music blaring and exhaust fumes, ferral. Try Wantirna Pizza a few steps away, fabulous Pizza. 👌

I think the room we were given might be a former opium den, complete with lazy Susan. Bathroom was mouldy, room uncleaned, couch has a rug on it... What's underneath I hate to think. The walkway smells like a commercial disposal. The permanent resident in the room next door maintains a flock of pigeons. We got a refund and moved down the road. 2 stars for location as it's near the facility we were here to use.

Stained carpet, broken glass, a horrible cold draft from the balcony door and the soiled linens from other guests were left in carts in the rain. 0/10 would not reccomend and will not be returning.

Booked for 3 nights. Worst place i have ever stayed. Cockroach on floor when we arrived, dirty cutlery and dishes, bugs in cupboard, damp carpet and drain in bathroom completely blocked with dirty film around the edge. Towels and linen were clean and shower pressure was good. Decided not to stay 3rd night and was only offered 50% back. Staff were friendly but advised by management not to refund full amount. Asked for drain to be fixed as we were having to brush teeth in kitchen sink, returned back and sink was still blocked. Will never stay here again.

Excellent comfortable and convenient. Good value

This place did what it needed to do. Provide a convenient enough location for me to sleep while driving interstate from Sydney and back. Check in was a bit fiddle and parking downstairs after a long drive required a bit of thinking as the spaces for allocated parking are not so clearly marked.

This would have to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed,the carpet was putrid, couches were filthy and stank, oven door was broken and stayed on unless turned off at wall switch which was all taped up, fire alarm wasn’t working, cleaners obviously don’t know how to move furniture or curtains to vacuum behind them, whole place was just yuk. Place was nothing like photos we had seen before booking,

Large room, comfortable king bed. No breakfast. Motel signboard needs to be larger, luminated and positioned better.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The area was very convenient. Being off the highway it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel was reasonably priced. We booked in for three nights, but extended for another two. Will definately be stating here again. 🙂🙂

Car Parking was very tight and because parking bays were poorly marked Cars were parked in such a way that not all bays could be parked in.

Absolutely disappointing Not at all what was advertised Overpriced for 1 star at best Unclean. I had to put a sheet on the sofa for my daughter and I to use Floor in kitchen and bathroom not cleaned, grunge build up everywhere Cockroach popped out to say hello. Will never stay here again All the dirty linen in cages on outside verandahs for days on end. The photos used on website to bait customers are so false for the reality. We referred to it as our dive that we stayed in Overpriced grunge accommodation

We just arrived in Melbourne several days ago. Comparing with other hotels, the room is very big.The pillow and bed very comfort! Jason is very nice and helpful. It's very convinient to go to the private hospital. We will come back!

The rooms were very old comparing to the pictures that was showed in the website and it was far from everywhere.

It did the job as in gave me a place to rest my head. This place does need a very good clean. The room smelt musty. There was a huge crack in the mirror which is very unsafe for anybody. Out side there was mould, cigarette butts and just dirty needed a good wipe down and sweep. Bed was comfy. Bathroom would of been the most cleanest part of the room. Could be great if a little time and money was spent on the place. When paying $350 for 2 nights a little bit more was expected.

I checked in , mind you the accomodation was booked by a third party, I was to be there for Ten days to rest after a op at near by hosp, I was told meals had been organised , I arrived to find out they knew nothing , sent me to the bistro behind , only to be told no meals here we have to have a good clean, I could see why, the worst was yet to come, on going up a dark stair , that smelt of urine, I opened the door to a room , nothing like the photos , the stench of cigarettes , and not sure what else, I had no hesitation to turn around , shut the door and get out of there , the smashed glass door with tape on it really did it , how can this be , found a beautiful clean hotel not far away ,, do not recommend OMG ,

These Indian room cleaners are very rude and uneducated .we asked them to vacuum the floor their answer was “we only vacuum once in a week “ speaking in their native language to each other shame on them

Unsanitary place, smelly, sticky. This should be checked by authorities and shut down meanwhile. These are real photos (with one being the inside of the mini fridge) and please everyone check reviews because there should not be even one customer having to report on these conditions and terrible experience. Even the voice of one should be listened. Hope this review will help many.

Not bad!!

Images of the room online did not quite match up to reality. It was falsely advertised as being well-connected, however the nearest bus stop is across the highway which is dangerous to cross. Organization at the hotel is lacking at the moment. I observed that the reception employee was in a rush to leave which required guests to wait outside in the cold.

Worst experience by far. We booked online when we arrived we were given the wrong room. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and called the owner to inform him that he had double booked the executive spa suite to which he told her we were wrong even though we had the confirmation email confirming the room. We were offered a down grade to a studio with a spa. As we go into the room we had to call reception to get a cleaner in as there was muddy water in the spa the and floor wasn’t vacuumed. A gentlemen came to fix the issues and informed us that the muddy water in the spa was from a leak in the room that the owner refuses to fix. We were told that the owner rents rooms to homeless people through the local church to “help his community” buy charging the church $1000 a week per room. And to top it all off we were woken up at 8am by headlights shining in the room from a police car. Photos are definitely not what the place looks like at all. So disappointed, won’t be back ever

The staff are friendly and helpful. We were in a 1 bdrm apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities. Very spacious. Everything was clean and in working condition. We stayed 9 days and would stay again. Great for families. No traffic noise.

I'm currently staying here for a couple of nights, and am so far enjoying it very much. I was quite lost when I arrived at midnight, but that quickly changed when the two lovely ladies turned up to help me. They were pleasant, helped me understand, and promptly organised a comfy room for me. I actually need to extend my stay by one night, so, hopefully I can, as it seems busy. Anyway, for those people having a gripe at such trivial issues here. Please take a long hard look in the mirror. Where do you think you are??The Windsor Hotel?? Five star for me. ☝️

A two night stop over. 1st night, wheelies from the Gym carpark at 2.15am not appreciated. On the whole, good for a short stay.

Apartment 35 appeared to be devoid of any cleaning or maintenance for some time. Floors were sticky and badly stained, furniture so dirty we pulled a sheet off the bed to cover so we could sit. When we wiped down the surfaces the towel went black and we ended up doing our own clean of the apartment after deciding it was to late in the day to leave. Plants had even grown in through the window. I have stayed at many places and wouldn't consider myself a 'clean-freak' by any stretch but this place was disgraceful and left us disappointed.

This accomodation was nothing like the images online. We arrived around 9 pm the reception was closed. No lights on looked shut down. Called the two mobile numbers stuck on the door both numbers turned off. Reception staff finally came and was so rude, was like I got her out of bed at midnight. Couldn’t hardly speak let alone crack a smile. Room tidy however stained and dirty, floor sticky and not clean. Furniture stained. smelt funky like people had been smoking, not clean and very tired. Nothing like what was advertised. Queen bed was two singles jammed together. Rooms cold. Only blanket smelt. Very disappointing accomodation. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car!

Stayed here for work and arrived after the front desk had closed. I called the number on the door and a lovely lady checked me in after hours. Great service. It's no Grand Hyatt but you're not paying those prices. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. What more do you need.

I would say it's an ok place to stay... it definitely needs a very very good clean, as you can tell by the photos. The accommodation itself was close to where I needed to travel for business training purposes, and the shops are within a 20-30min walk or 10-minute drive.

Where to start ... Shower- double shower with only 1 shower head there was a shaver head from previous people. But water was warm. Bed given the size of the room I was expecting a king but I'd say it Waa a double. Sheets and pillow average Furniture stained dirty or broken. Spa bath I wiped it down again with baby wipe. And dirt and cobwebs Would I stay there again no

Can't fault anything. Arrived after the reception closed. No problems. A phone call and a short wait and a friendly staff member sorted everything. Would be very happy to stay there again.

Every piece of furniture was broken or chipped. The place was overall run down. I've stayed in much nicer 3 star motels.

Our room was located between 2 permanent residents rooms. Very poor state of room. Was nothing like the pictures on website, dirty floors, booked a 2 queen bed room, one was wooden and creeky, family of four with one two seater couch, lack of general cleaning. Laundry cages left outside rooms in rain. Not very tidy or welcoming. Only positive was good shower, but dirty. Must remember in future to read reviews. My mistake!!!

No drinking water inside room. No bar as advertised.It was booked as suites but very poor condition of room.Air one was not enough to cool-down room as less capacity so we were sweating lot.Tv was in front of queen bed very low direction set on table. One can hardly watch while lay down on bed.Floor carpet was at least 10 years old never been replaced or renew u can smell & dusty.On reception guy stated mini bar in the room but l he was lied.When I asked reception for drinking water they replied you have to buy ur selfie not provided. Spa was not enough spacious for 2 people. Sliding cupboards was broken sliding door not opened at all. This is not suites it’s messy room. I would never 👎 visit again at all.I have been alocated suites room no 50.

The room we had was very comfortable and clean. All you need is there including washing machine. Also had a balcony. Next door to Dosa Shack if u like Indian Masala Dosa and other Indian goodies. Bit firm on check out times though. Good value motel.

My elderly husband was ‘lost’ and looking for somewhere to stay late Saturday evening ( we live in the country) , I found Knox International Hotel and Apartments online and rang them seeing if they could help, they went out of their way to talk to him on the phone and help him with directions. He stayed in a small apartment and was extremely happy with the comfort and cleanliness, the girl on duty ( Tammy was her name I think) was so understanding. It was a great outcome and we plan to both stay there later in the year.

Would not recommend to stay here as my experience staying one night got me very sick the last couple of days which I believe the room had a Air conditioner that was on most of the night and clearly never had its fitters changed and full of all nasty stuff over the years.

The hotel was very run down it looked like it had been closed for covid and when opened up again no work had been done the furniture was tired and badly marked the balcony had cigarette but on it we had to go to reception and ask for clean towels .The grounds outside were very unkept the grass needed cut and weeded .The telephone at the reception which you are supposed to use if you arrive after 6pm did not have a handset just a wire with a note saying out of order .We booked this Hotel as the pictures looked lovely but what a shock we got when we arrived .Our relatives that pick us up at the airport wanted us to go and stay with them it was so bad .Would not advise anyone to stay here .
