This is my go to shop for anything techy. I am not good with technology so i tell them what i want, they ask me questions and i walk away the correct product. Can’t fault them. They dont make ne feel stupid or insignificant. Well done

Terrible service, I was told with multiple mouldy point on the keyboard doesn’t consider as faulty item and neither eligible for change of mind, can not get the replacement.
Easy click and collect as I recently purchased a Brother multifunction printer, copier and scanner from this business that I needed for personal/church use.
I hope the seller sees this and responds. I will delete it again after receiving an answer. My question is, can I buy a laptop with installments? I want to buy a laptop for around 2,800 dollars.
A very dangerous store. I tripped over a stand used to hold the door open and another customer fell down the step near the counter. They need to engage a safety officer with proper training. Right now they aren't fixing things, just putting vinyl stickers on the floor. I suggest they install a Cabin Hook to hold the door open and a floor mounted railing adjacent to the ramp.
Customer service was great, they helped me find the parts for my first pc build, gave me some tips and were overall really friendly, you could go up and ask any questions you have. Shout out to Manez, don’t think I spelled that one right.

I came into the store to buy an SSD knowing little about my model laptop and Tiffany was very helpful in finding what I was looking for, even helping me open up my laptop in the store to make sure it would fit. Overall it was a very easy experience and I got what I was after with no complications whatsoever.
Tiffany has great knowledge on PC components as we shopped for parts to build the whole PC. She answered all of our questions with credible explanations and pointed opinions 😂 Thanks for your help as we are satisfied with the purchase.
Jake at Centercom in Richmond was able to sort out an issue with my sons gaming pc relatively Quik and easy hassle free and exchange it with a replacement on the spot. Well done great customer service.

I was served by Tiffany and she was extremely helpful and provided excellent service. She was knowledgeable and was able clarify all my questions in relation to the computer monitor alongside with providing the right accessories to plug things such as keyboard and mouse and a webcam.

Went in yesterday to try and find a decent graphics card. Not knowing what I would end up with. Was assisted by a lovely young fella (forgot to ask his name, long brown hair, Super nice). Gave him my budget and asked s few questions. He stayed well within the budget and really help me get good deal. Been here before and everyone is always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend these guys over other computer stores where you feel like you're hindering them by buying there. Thanks again Team! Awesome job.
This place has had my $2000 monitor for the last 3 months and claim to have no way of sending it back from the warranty claim. Looking at taking this to the police and ACCC for negligence - avoid this place at all costs.
The best price and excellent service
Ordered a critical replacement part for same-day pickup, was told to wait for the email saying it was ready. Had just enough time to get across town to pick it up... Got there at 4:50 and the doors were locked. If you're going to advertise closing hours, should probably actually close then, and not 15 minutes before hand.

Good store, ordered online and picked up within a couple of hours which was great. Since my purchase 2 days ago I have been completely inundated with constant ads over all my devices and every social network I view or watch. I get it's the times, but this is way over the top and Off putting.
This shopping visit was really the best choice in my life! I met angelic sales her name is Tiffany, my English is not good and I don't know anything about computer. She was very careful to help me pick the right computer accessories for me, I am sorry for bothering her so much. She is really helpful to me, if you are like me English is not good most of the time will be Mandarin, dare to come to her she is the best salesperson.
I want to start by mentioning that I've read multiple reviews describing the poor customer service inside this store, so this is in no way a targeted attack. I came in to pick up a click n collect order, which was large so I had to make 2 trips to the car and back. I explained this to the worker and they were aware that I was returning for the rest of my order. I can confidently say that I have never felt so judged by a group of workers in my life. The workers were passive aggressive with no customer service skills. When I asked one of the male customers if I could be served by a female for religious reasons, he stared at me like I was an inconvenience, and reluctantly called one of the female workers. She was the only worker that was nice to me. Once I had come back to pick up the second half of my order to take to my car, the entire staff just stared blankly at me like I wasn't JUST inside the store 5 minutes ago. I explained to them that I am back to pick up the rest, and they needed to bring another worker to confirm this. I get it, it may be for security reasons in case somebody steals, but they all watched me collect only half of my order and tell the worker I will be back for the rest. I work in customer service too. It costs NOTHING to be a decent human being. I want to add that I am of middle eastern descent, and visibly Muslim. I did not feel welcomed inside of this store one bit. Do better.
The staff and the shop give off this nice tech nerd atmosphere. I like it.
Shocking service. Bought a laptop under warranty that broke soon after. The “tech guy” was rude and barely had basic human manners. Do not recommend this place
I came into the store with a short list mice and the guy did an extensive job in showing me the differences. No push towards a particular one, just gave me the info to make a good choice. I would have bought in store but I had no space on my motorcycle. The guy even offered to put my helmet in a safe place while I shopped. Great stuff.
Very poor experience. Wouldn’t recommend at all.Bought few items. Got sold 2 opened display port cables saying that they are fine as ‘some customers don’t know what they want’. I Went to customers house, connected the new cables and the cables won’t work. Spoke with the staff at Richmond and all they could do was apologise but didn’t offer any concrete solution. Now, I have to re-purchase the cables, go back to the client again, and install it. Very poor, unprofessional and unethical service by selling faulty items to the customers.

The crew at Centrecom were super helpful and patient with me. Walked in to build a new PC tower from scratch, with a 30% idea of what I wanted. Walked out with all the parts I needed in an hour, and feeling confident my needs and budget were taken into account the whole time. Massive thanks to Anh who helped me from start to finish, offerred a lot of suggestions and helped me understand what i was picking. I recently bought all the components for my new PC build at Center Com Richmond. Over numerous phone calls and a couple of weeks, Anh in their sales team worked with me to achieve the best result on my budget, patiently talking me through the pros and cons of numerous variables. He even called after a few weeks after I'd picked up items to see how the machine had come together and if I was happy with it. Recommend without hesitation.

Had an issue with one of our gaming machines purchased from Centrecom a couple of years back. Tom, was very helpful. He took the time to explain what has gone wrong and got it fixed within a couple of days. Great service, highly recommend.
After recommending a UniFi product would work with the number of other UniFi devices I have (5) I get home to find out it can’t. This begins my troubles. They won’t return it on a weekend, won’t give store credit so I can buy one that does work, charge a restocking fee, but that doesn’t even really matter because they still have not refunded me 3 weeks later on a product they recommended would work but didn’t. 3 visits to the store, multiple phone calls. It is easier and cheaper to buy stuff online without these headaches, I would highly advise anyone out there to go somewhere else for lower prices and better service.
Special mention to their technician David. He always has a swift service and makes ordering repairs and upgrades a good experience! The store has good stock and prices. Staff are always lovely, prompt and able to help out.
Ridiculous service, took in my 4070ti super for a fault check with David Tan I then get home and find my gpu wire from the power supply has been stolen so I'm unable to use it now and will have to go back in the store for the 3rd time now to pick up one wire extremely unsatisfied with this type of service

I've bought 2 PC's from these guys and logitech headphones, I had issues with my headphones and after talking to Logitech support they told me to go into the store to get a refund. I went into the store, showed them my support ticket with logitech and told them I was entitled to a refund, I spoke to one of the bosses who I quote told me that he doesn't care" he said he couldn't give me a refund and that they had to send the headphones out for assessment. I rang up centre com head office and got my refund. Customer service here is terrible."

Good service
Had an issue with the motherboard i purchased from Centrecom upon finished building my pc. Tom, was probably only one that was patience enough and explain the process of the return policy and replacement. He got it fixed within couple of weeks during Christmas busy period and Instant replacement for the motherboard i purchased the day before without going through too much process and allowing me to upgrade to different motherboard by just paying the difference. Highly recommend Tom

They say they do take returns then someone else says they don't take returns. If something isn't right with your purchase its too bad - NO RETURNS!
I found shopping here a pleasant experience from start to finish, after ordering click and collect the order was ready promptly and pickup was quick and painless. They were even able to assist me with a second click and collect order I put through at short notice despite not getting the ready for collection note. Prices are good too so definitely recommend you check this place out when searching for parts.
I returned the MSI Prestige 16 studio laptop and only received 85% of what I paid for. The machine had very bad blooming issues. Their return policy is almost non-existent as any Australian retailers.

Went in with an overheating issue which was resolved very quickly and easily. The staff were very informative and helpful especially the three members I spoke with Andrew, Jackson and Dave.
Insanely good staff. It was bloody only Grand Final Day and the lads still helped us build a whole new computer and assisted us when we screwed the pooch on organising the parts. Top tier solid blokes. Best PC shop I've been to.

I am an avid game fan, so I always buy equipment, centrecom perfectly meets my shopping needs, whether it is online, offline shopping or pick-up, it is very efficient and fast, and there are often discounts, great, the staff is very patient (even if my English is not good), what a great group of people!

Lost my sale. Walked into the store prepared to buy 2 4K monitors and accessories. After waiting around for 10 minutes while 3 men stood behind the checkout with no more than 3 customers in the store I finally was served. The display monitor of the product I was interested in buying was playing a low quality video and I was interested to see a crisp image on the screen as this is imperative to what I would want to use the monitor for. They refused to let me see a crisp image on the screen and then told me that there would be a 15% restocking fee if I brought the product, trialed it at home and wasn’t impressed with the display quality. Unsure what the purpose of the store display monitors are.

I purchased a monitor which subsequently had scratches on the screen. The replacement monitor also had scratches on the screen. I was very happy with Centrecom's service up to this point. I requested a refund and recieved it however they refused to return the $5 payment surcharge in order to use PayPal. If you have the cheek to charge a payment surcharge on a $400 purchase you better refund it. Now because of $5 I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from one of your young employees today. Despite my visit to purchase a monitor and keyboard, the employee showed a lack of knowledge about the products I was interested in (specifically, keyboards and mousepads). Instead of providing helpful advice or suggestions, they dismissively said, ‘You can find them over there,’ without any genuine interest or willingness to assist. I felt discriminated against and found the employee’s demeanor to be unfriendly. It is disheartening to encounter a salesperson who lacks understanding of the items available at the store and fails to provide valuable recommendations to customers. I hope you address this issue promptly, as it tarnishes the otherwise positive reputation of your establishment. I believe that every customer deserves respectful and knowledgeable assistance when making a purchase. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Very busy store because they are great at what they do. Always helpful, always get what I want if sometimes it isn't an item, they offer great advice. Techies advising tech, great combo. I have to admit, their return policy is a little dicey. Centrecom are generally curious tech people running a business so they do want to check the return claims to make sure the returns are legitimate. However manufacturer return is not ok as I bother the item as a retail customer paying retail prices, and not supplier prices which is retail cost price. Above all good service, good products. Oh and some of the staff seem to be quite introverted and probably can do with some soft skills training. Update 2023: Walked in again, wanted to give them another go. Same policy stands. I wanted to see if a $40 stand they were selling was compatible with my laptop they said no we can't open the box". So I went to their competitor ended up spending just under $1000 on two monitors and a suitable stand."
