Great Customer service drive through very friendly management and staff and their knowledge on specials to up sell it gives me an option and very professional & when I get home delivery they pack my order straight away very efficient and updating me on all aspects cannot fault them I only wish I got the same customer service from other places I shop/order from I appreciate the service I get - I highly recommend them

Friendly service even when they have rude customer's around

I don’t usually leave reviews online, but wanted to give a shout out to Harman at BWS in Bundoora for his consistent excellent service and his ability to build great rapport with customers. Despite it being a drive-through, he always takes the time to greet customers with a friendly smile and a chat while ensuring the job at hand is completed in a timely manner. So for those reasons, I have given him a 5 star review today. Thanks for your service!

It’s a go to place for my drinks, amazing customer service. Staff was so cooperative, he took time and helped me picking a drink for a special occasion and friendly customer service. I really appreciate staff.

Today I attended the BWS drive-through to purchase some alcohol and ice was served by a very rude young man who was constantly on his phone and spoke so poorly to me. I was surprised that he was employed.. This young man did not offer any customer service whatsoever. He just said to me over there for the ice and spoke to me like I was a second rate citizen. You really need to look at the quality of your staff and how your staff treat customers absolutely disgusting.

Never a dull moment at the drive thru

Fast and friendly service

What a joke they are. Decided to substitute with no communication. The guy I spoke to blamed it on me! I've had 4 orders with issues. Also advised by BWS head office they are an issue. When you spend $200 per fortnight I expect good service. Greensborough was amazing but these Muppets have no clue. Thanks BWS You lost a $500 per month client

They close when they feel like it! Drove all the way out and they're closed early.

Witnessed a staff member smoking a cigarette out the front whilst waiting for customers to serve. Upon a customer arriving he then threw the cigarette on the ground without putting it out. After he was made aware, he then stood on it and leaving it there. All whilst his colleague watched the whole thing unfold. Littering & lack of care. Wow.

Stock level of some premixed drinks low or non existent and staff unable to tell me when they were getting more. Bad management I would suggest.

Although other alcohol outlets in the area have larger selections, this store is pretty good. The staff are very approachable and friendly. Just make sure when driving that the correct lane is selected as there is an express and a browsing lane. Being in Bundoora square there are a lot of other convenient stores nearby.
