We played games on both levels here but we were really impressed by the restaurants food and service. Super quick, a few different items to choose than just the regular and tasty too. Add a big salad option like Cobb or Chopped for another healthy choice and you have my vote :)

Great burgers, I had the beef and my partner had the fried chicken 👌 Parking was good for a Sunday however can be challenging sometimes unless you choose to park in the nearby shopping centre.

Great food, great vibe, all up I'd go back with the work boys anytime!

Great for kids & small gatherings

This is definitely a hotspot to go to for a day of enjoyment with your friends. The atmosphere is exquisite, solid food and a whole arcade full of all different type of games and a store to spend your credits you earnt while playing!

Good service. Went for dinner had calamari and parma. Kid friendly. Games available including virtual golf.

Great for kids coffee is really good plant of cakes and snacks. Parking is not easy.

Me and my boyfriend decided to come here on a date last night around 9 10 pm I got the pork belly burger and the meat tasted like cardboard it was rough and inedible with a soggy bun around it and salad falling out the burger everywhere before even having a chance to eat it floors were sticky and disgusting and our shoes got very sticky and gross from even just one minute walking into this place toilet seats in bathroom were broken with vomit all over the place and toilet paper all over the ground we then proceeded to go up stairs to try and have some fun after a disappointing dinner and went to the arcade the person running it was very cranky and genuinely just had a horrible attitude and made us feel uncomfortable they also proceeded to give us rude stares for no reason I used to love this place I’m so sad I had that experience a lot of arcade games we played were just straight up broken and were a scam do better please

Fun family outing. A game of bowling, arcade fun and eating. My kids and I love to play a game of bowling and then move over to the arcade area. The school holidays generate some good value deals. The last two school holidays we’ve had a deal where you pay for a game of bowling and receive $25 of arcade money per person. We haven’t eaten here yet but from the food I’ve seen others enjoying it looks delicious.

Disgusting unsafe place for children. Brawls happening inside the establishment and cops were not called in time.

Great morning with my grandson. He loved the arcade games of course and the long slide. The ice cream shop was fantastic, coffee good too. Has so much to do here, bowling, bar, food

I went on a Saturday for my sons birthday wasn't to over crowded but I'm a little disappointed I was told they don't do afterpay I seen someone using afterpay in store and you need quite a couple hundred dollars if you have a big family the arcade games aren't cheap it all works out to be expensive in the end and buying food on top

Terrible customer service really need to be sorted. After my call was answered and I asked a question they just hung up on me?! What kind of customer service is that. VERY disappointed, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Hope they find some more respectful staff.

Some of the Game Machines are broken, there’s a snow mobile game with a big line on the screen, the water gun machine the #2 gun is broken… told the staff who didn’t seem to care. Would have been nice to get some credits back for the mishaps or at least an apology.

Highly recommend for kids birthday parties! Attended one today and the kids had a blast and parents were able to enjoy themselves too.

Ok mixed emotions here when I have been here early enough things are fine but the last few times I have come a little later I have been turned away. Once it around 11pm. I was thinking ok a little late I know the website says 12am but maybe it’s a little quiet. But tonight wanted to play a little darts and it was 10pm and again told no as it’s too late. Your time still says closes at 12am. Do you want to stay open long then and run a successful business we want to be like everyone else at the moment and closing your doors. Me and the wife have played darts quite a few times there and quite enjoy it and again tonight was not one of them nights. Maybe change your opening hours to when we feel like it because that seems to be the trend at the moment. Your a great place when your up and running but the keep closing early is becoming a joke it’s Friday night come on.

General Public Frankston were fantastic for my sons 10th birthday Kylie was amazingly accommodating and our party host was fantastic, making it an easily run party I would 100% recommend them for future parties. The only sad note was the woman behind the ticket desk with short red hair who was extremely rude to the children on multiple occasions, which was sad because the quality of the rest of the staff was A1

Thank you team Frankston, especially Kylie who helped me plan my daughter’s 18th birthday party and Ryan who was our host for the night. We were a big group of 38 people, so was worried about the timing of the games and when the food would arrive, but everything went according to plan. It was such a successful night with lots of fun and food. The food was fantastic (my favourite was the coleslaw and chicken tenders with the pita bread) and allowing us to have a bit more room for our guests was very much appreciated. Thank you again for making it an awesome night to remember.

It's probably a great place to take kids or young teens. Went for a birthday party Arcade, with a bowling alley, electronic darts, and vr golf with a not so slipery slide from 2nd floor to 1st. Food options are minimal. But pleasant enough to eat. Staff were pleasant enough but not always sure where food was going.

If you want to have a fun evening with friends, this place should be on your list of options. Bowling, darts, (virtual) golf, pool, pinball, arcade games and other things all under the one roof!

10 of us from 3 yrs old to 64 yrs old, including 4 teens. They all enjoyed this place. Plus lunch a variety of pizza chips. Fun bowling and video games. Lolly shop on entry level and cafes, eateries, large slide for kids.

Good for a few games of pool and a good lolly shop as well.

Something for everyone here. We spend most of our time in the arcade area . The kids love it. The giant slide is a massive hit too.

Removed my favourite game from the arcade so no more maximum tune I won't be coming back until the game is back you got rid of your money making game

I went here for bowling, which was a fun, good environment, I didn't get any food, so I can not comment on that.

Great place for hassle free kids Bdays, would definitely come again Only complaint was the carpark was hard to find compared to where it showed us on Google maps, but thats nothing to complain about really.

Very very pricey

We loved this place, the food was good and the service was even better. Natasha was super helpful and went above and beyond to help make our visit memorable.

A bit old for this place, but grandkids had a good time. Staff were under the pump a bit. It was a bit of fun in Frankston.

Absolutely amazing - food was delish, very reasonably priced & the cocktails were even better!!! Counter Staff super friendly & also advised us where to sit (for a bit of adult privacy) as the reserved tables had lots of children on them. In fairness, it is a fun gaming venue & it was school holidays ... so it was to be expected! Will most definitely be back!!

Easy to find, went Sunday dinner, easy to order from the table with QR code with fast service and kind staff. Great pricing with large portions feel like I definitely got my moneys worth for a great first experience. Bathrooms were clean with change table in them also. Lift, stairs and slide access gelato and sweet shop and lolly ship just inside the doors with seating. Plenty of photo opportunities, neon lights, heaps of arcade games I ordered a game card when I ordered our food which was a great and very helpful option. Bowling was great with an easy to use touch screen and bumpers can be turned on and off during play and for individual players. Everything was really clean and easy and good quality definitely come again.

Great place for family or friends, I have not been in the pool area and have not used the new golf section. I've eaten and the food is good. The arcade is good but wish it was bigger. I don't enjoy the bowling as much. Not as big as strike lanes. I will still always go here with my family and friends though.

We booked a group booking with General Public Frankston to do bowling! Ryan helped us sort the whole event out and was so helpful on the night and super easy to work with! We all had such a great time! We’re very grateful!
