I’ve always been a fan of this Good Guys store. The staff there is always so friendly and helpful. I especially love Danny - she’s super polite and always goes the extra mile to help me out.

I love Good Guys,bought most of My household items from them. Yesterday I bought A Phillips 5000 series fan. Paid The Money in Melton Store, they checked there was 3 left in Store, in Hoppers Crossing. I told them I will pick today. The salesperson Told Me when I will pay they will contact hoppers crossing and hold One for Me. I drove 45 minute Extra From Work Straight to Hoppers Good Guys. Just to Find They Didn’t Have Any Fan, they were Negative 2 .thats what the girl from customer service said. I wasted my 90 minutes Drive Going there And coming Back. Why sell Something If they don’t Have. And Why I was not informed it they didn’t Have Any left. Really Bad Customer service.wished they have done their job Properly. I rushed huffing and puffing after work just to be there in time , before their closing time at 5. Don’t Know should Be happy or angry. They have been A Bad Guys For Me for this Reason.
I went to the Good Guys in Melton for the Boxing Day sales to buy a TV the lady helping me was very helpful but once I got to the checkout the lady was so rude so I took my business to Harvey Norman instead

I would recommend you shop else where. I bought a product and was told one thing but when an issue arised they then changed and advised it was not part of the warranty. Rubbish! They tell you one thing to buy then change the answer later on.
Extremely dissatisfied. The sales person was lovely however a lady at the checkout was extremely rude. I’ve never experienced such rude customer service before in any store. She was blatantly rude even though I didn’t pick any argument with her there but good guys should definitely check into what kind of people they recruit.

Georgette has been amazing to deal with. I had an insurance claim for a broken induction cooktop and the process was seamless with Georgette dealing with me the whole step of the way, making it so easy and stress free. Thank you so much. Literally on the same day I was dealing with another retailer for another matter and the experience between both retailers was miles apart - Good Guys Melton and Georgette in particular are what customer service should be like! Thank you.
Professional staff and nice clean place to shop. I had a bit of problem with the item and they replaced it for me with a brand new right on the dot. Their prices are always reasonable as compared to their competitors.
The middle eastern employee (he didn't have a name tag) was my saving grace and helped me he is a true asset to your team!
Just visited this store and was greeted by Gunjan, my go to person now for everything at Goodguys! She was polite, understanding, helpful and someone with good knowledge. She also made sure we paid the best or lets says the lowest price by sharing the discount options with us! 5/5 for Gunjan and also her colleagues at good guys! A1 store.
A sales assistant asked if I needed any help the minute I walked in, to which I said I was just browsing. Several minutes later, when I approached him asking for some help, he gave me an attitude and sarcastically replied he was busy now. I ended up finding what I needed myself.
if i could give u 0 stars to leave a review i would but this was by far the worse service i have recorded in my life from there where i was screamed at to the point i was told i wasnt F welcome back into there shop again by there employee michaela she was absolutely disgusting service all because they changed there mind about selling a product that i had already placed for click and collect and received msg to say i can saying i can pick it up they cancelled it while standing in line i will be patiently waiting for a phone call / meeting to sit down and working out whats happening about the service i received i also will be following up about it nobody needs to be spoken to the way she spoke i kept myself calm as i had my 10 year old child with me
Salesman was polite, friendly and helpful, however I selected and paid for a product that was to be ordered in. At this point the ol switcheroo between models occurred which I was unaware of. After more than a week with no update call, I called the store to be told no eta and no eta from their supplier. After more than two weeks I went in, in person and asked again, still no eta or comms. I cancelled my order and was refunded fully which I am glad about. Went to JB HIFI as they had the item I wanted ***IN STOCK, ready to take the and there*** and found out when price matching that the product I selected at the good guys has been swapped out secretly by the salesman for a cheaper model!!! JB staff helped me out, and I spent the extra cash needed on the item I wanted, also brought a new fancy flip phone to boot! Will I buy from the food guys Melton again? Probably not.
I have bought every appliance for past 20 years at Good Guys Melton. Today I wanted to buy a dryer but the salesperson did not help me decide on the right dryer. Instead he wanted me to renegotiate our Telstra plans. Too much pressure put on me to change Telstra plans. I wanted a dryer. I went to Harvey Norman straight after and bought a dryer. The salesperson at Harvey Norman had good knowledge of dryers and wasn’t trying to sell me something else. Please learn lesson. Emphasis on changing phone plans is wrong. Help people to decide on which dryer they need. It is what I came for.
Don't waste your money ordering for delivery, next time I'll use harvey Norman. Ordered a new washing machine and they couldn't help move old one or install purchased one so it's now sitting in my shed and unable to use as I can't move it ....but yet harvey Norman or any other store will remove old product for you and help install....beyond useless.

Recently, I had a very bad experience, didnt expect this from Good Guys. We placed an order for Robot vac and mop on 6 th July, the salesperson told me to pay some of the amount to place the order and rest can be paid after the product arrives. I did not recieve any communication for 3 weeks and then I followed up, staff told me that my order was declined by head office because you havnt paid in full. I questioned them that I was not informed about this neither while placing the order nor after declining, staff said that our head office does not inform us if the order is declined!! which sounds very strange that head office does not communicate with its stores or may be I am missing something. I end up cancelling my order, such a wastage of time.
Was helped by Arthur, a very friendly and kind man who helped me out with a dishwasher, great service very friendly, wasn't pushy at all.
I've been shopping at this store since it first opened. Always great customer service and goods. They go the extra step to look after you, they do the best deal that they can. I don't need to shop elsewhere unless it's an item not in store. You can buy online and get the item delivered or click and collect. They have concierge plans, for extra warranty if you like that. When I have had a return for a faulty frypan no issues at all. Give them a go to support local businesses.
Do not buy from this store! Buy from somewhere else! They will tell you a lot of things in order to sell an item! The staff that sold me the product assured me that I can take the product I bought back to the store within 14 days if I wasn’t happy/satisfied with the product itself and he will be happy to refund me back the full amount I paid. Upon coming to the store with the product, within the time frame, only slightly used and some of the items inside it untouched, they told me they will never say stuff like that as it was against their company policy and that because the item was too expensive, it was top of the range and that it will be hard for them to sell it again, like whatt???!!! I requested for the guy that sold me the product but was kept being told that he was with a customer and could not come and that they could not do anything to take the item back. They also told me if I don’t like the item maybe I can try selling it off marketplace. SO NICE!!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! Maybe try rethinking your business name! Good guys, really???
I have done a lot of shopping here and there service is friendly and helpful... Even when I had to return a cordless vacuum the lady at the front counter was more than easy to deal with and willing to have a laugh and make you feel like it wasn't a problem. Great work 👍
After trying to buy a item online and locacard rejected check bank and all good went to melton store to browse before buying hardly a foot in the door asked if needed help no thanks couple of minutes later same guy asked if I'm all right like im mentally challanged now the item i wanted is no longer on special so now my local appliance store is sunbry

The team at Melton store is Amazing all the guys including Talia , Uj and Vanessa have done a fantastic job in resolving an issue with one of our appliance. I have bought all my house stuff from the good guys and continue to do so in future. Keep up the good work guys 👍

My son and I needed new phones and were initially going to shop elsewhere until via the internet The Good Guys offered us a discount off the particular phones we wanted to buy. We chose click and collect and it was very fast, well within the 2 hour limit suggested. We had to return a couple of hours later as we didn't realise the Samsung phones we purchased didn't come with a charger plug (only a cable) and the young lady, Dani C, remembered us from our first visit earlier in the day and was so helpful offering us an additional discount on the two plugs we chose. Very impressed.
They have the best customer service. I went there quite few times every time we got best deals firstly we bought haier refrigerator and got the best deal the salesperson was a nice man and explained everything secondly we went again for tv we bought lg qned 75 inches with speakers excluded and boofer and the sales person name Rajwinder Kaur was a experienced lady and explain us everything and we ended up got a good deal and third time we go for small purchase which was coffee bean grinder you can say small spice grinder and there was lady on the counter on 22.05.2024 served at her best 👌 looking forward to go again there excellent staff

I purchased a robotic vacuum cleaner, paid for the item and waited 10 minutes whilst they tried to find my vacuum. The salesman was looking up the vacuum on the computer to see where it was and then started serving another customer while I was standing there waiting for him to find the product. I received a refund but I feel this is poor service. The woman at the registers was lovely.
Worst aftersale service, Bought LG washing machine in 2022, came up with a problem, got it repaired once then came up with the issue again. They are not ready to refund or even exchange, waiting for technician to come for 2 weeks.

Bought a tv for 2600 and a few weeks later it dropped to 1995 and there just isn’t any good will or compassion. Happy with the tv just disappointed in the lack of communication. Couldn’t even negotiate the price when purchasing as it was already on sale and was told I would never see them at this price again.

The sales approach is super annoying. When you walk in, there's always someone on your heels asking if you need help every couple of minutes. And if you say no, they start following you around like they're spying and updating the rest through the walkie talkie! My advice to the team: ease up a bit! One salesperson approaching customers is fine, but having a bunch of them constantly bothering shoppers is just too much. Let people shop in peace. If they need help, they'll ask for it.

I bought a whole kitchen worth of appliances to the value of over $5000 dollars at Melton Good guys and I would like to say what a fantastic experience it was . Ugg the sales man was fantastic on the day I purchased everything ( about 6 weeks ago). He was patient and so helpful . Today I finally picked up all my appliances and yet again the service from the warehouse guys was so friendly and helpful . I am from Ballarat and highly recommend going to Melton Good Guys . Every time I rang to check on my order the people in the phone were so nice and helpful too . Thank you to all concerned . Christine
Very ordinary experience today at goodguys melton, after standing around waiting for some kind of assistance for ages (hardly anyone in the store) finally got someone to help, after I walked over to to staff just having a goog old chat to them selves, then after I asked my question I got in return a rude arrogant member who cut my questions short because he had no knowledge of the product I was interested in, well buddy your in customer service ....don't be rude and if you don't know then get help Or do some research and don't be so arrogant
I want to share my experience at Good Guys Melton today (3 September)...I want to appreciate the commendable customer service provided by Issac. The product we were looking for was showing in stock but was no where to be seen. Issac actually located the product which was up high on the shelf in the other corner of store. He could have easily lied that its not in stock or he cant find it or any excuse. But he used the forklift and removed the product from the shelf. He was very polite and patient to talk to..Employees like him are worth the appreciation. Thank you Issac
Very bad experience at Melton good guys. I bought haier fridge in nov 2020, also bought 5 years care plan. After 2.5 years had problem with fridge. Store doesn't care at call, they said talk to concierge team, they throw the ball to domestic and general team, then I have to deal with fisher & paykal, so after struggling for more than three months, at the end concierge agreed to replace. I went to Store on 11/08/23 around 5:12pm, their staff told me that you choose lower price this time so you will get credit and new fridge but they said there is problem in system, which they can't fix only manager can fix it tomorrow. Next day I got call from them they said first I can't get credit. There was $200 $ difference. On the top they were showing me that they doing favour on me by replacing it. Earlier staff told me very clearly that you don't have to pay anything, also concierge membership will be including because my previous fridge was expensive. Manager was very rude,when I said your team is misleading, he said what I am saying right now that's only correct and listen to that and they even asked me to pay for concierge. Now got new fridge, and scratch on new one. They said company have to fix it. I feel so disappointed so hard to deal with them. If you going to Store and telling them you need to buy new products they will deal you happy smiling face, if you will say that you are here to return or something they become rude within flick of eye. Not professional at all. Why I give date and time so they can check CCTV,If they want that what they're staff promised with me when I was there.
Had what I needed, negotiated a good price. Payment was fairly quick considering they were very busy, will shop here again

Would be interesting for the owners of The Good Guys store - Melton, to see if they reached their sales target for Saturday 22 April, 2023. I'm guessing they didn't reach their target number of items sold. However, be rest assured the manager would of said the number of walk-in's were low, due to school holidays etc.This would not be the case. Customer's were walking out due to lack of customer service /assistance. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and busy chatting to each other, or scrolling through their mobile devices, or chatting on their phones. Your comptent, helpful staff must love working there as they get paid to socialise and blatantly ignore customers. To potential customers thinking about going to The Good Guys Melton store, don't! Go somewhere else.
Worst customer service I have ever had ! When I first came in looking for a boiler (kettle) , first representative I face was a big guy with hair tied hair and I was asking him where is the boiler !! He first ignored me and then he told me what ! In so rude way and facial reactions ! As he doesnot understand what a boiler is ! When I told him a kettle , he just pointed where it is to me in a careless way and he was gone !! I been waiting a while looking for another representative to show me the difference and guide me options when finally I found one and he was so good and polite and he was the one who worked out my purshase .. But am still feeling bad about that big guy !! He should not be here by any mean ! When I told

Very poor customer service. Never going back again and not recommending anyone. We bought washing machine on 03/04/23, we being promised that it will be delivered next day, and we believed that it would arrive. I stayed home whole day that they are delivering, when I called at store the lady was so rude and didn’t gave me a satisfactory response. First she said that it is not going to be delivered until next 5 days, and all of sudden she said no we have one available and will be delivered tomorrow that is 4/4/23. I asked that lady May I know the time of delivery as I had to go for my ultrasound she said I don’t know and hang up in me. I had to cancel my appointment for ultrasound and have been sitting home waiting for delivery 🚚

Most bad experience with this store. I just buyed a dyson vaccum from them and there was a problem in vaccum but they have not exchanged or repaired the vaccum very bad service and very rude staff.please don’t try this store anymore.
New washing machine. Delivered professional got updates and tracking. Had old machine taken away and new one unpacked and installed for $30.00 well worth it.
Bought Solt washing Machine and it was under concierge and we return the washing machine but after 10 months we are still waiting for refund we are continuously cashing with store and no satisfactory answer we are tired now to chase it with good guys Melton and concierge every time they blame each other shame

Friendly team, great store layout. If they don't have the product in stock it's simple enough to order it in for you, online order the team really break down the process for you.
Easy to find the products I needed, but as a customer, I feel the staff are not attentive, especially the staff at the checkout who were focussed on each other instead of me. Greeting customers with a smile and being focussed would receive a better rating from me.
Wide variety of electronics, home appliances and gadgets. Just be aware that they dont have Apple ipads etc which is strange and apprently, Apple thinks the store in Melton is not good enough to put Premium apple products 🤔 🙄 😉

Good Guys Melton is a great store with excellent customer service. We were served by Indu who is very kind and courteous Indu gave us an excellent deal for a free standing cooking range, range hood and a dishwasher with an outstanding price would greatly recommend this store. They have an outstanding store manager Trevor who is very pleasant to deal with.
The good Guys were very bad. Ordered and paid $3000 for a fridge. We were promised delivery on the same day before 3.30pm, waited and waited and were lied to numerous times about delivery. We were left without a fridge for 3 days and lost all our food. The worst part is that they didn't care about all the drama and stress they caused us. They just kept lying so they didn't need to accept responsibility. Will never buy from them again
Came in to buy my first vaccum cleaner. This part of it was smooth, was in stock, the floor staff was knowledgeable with my questions. This part was a great experience. But why the hell does the good guys think I want to use them to discuss my energy and gas bills? I don't, and never intend, to use them for this. Let alone asking me about phone and internet with Telstra. Please stop asking customers about this, beleive it or not, if they want these things customers would be using the good guys. Wont be back again.
Worst experience. really disappointed with the service. Order a washing machine for door to door delivery. Want to change the delivery option before delivery date and customer care did not answer the phone. Was waiting in the line for hours. When the product was delivered it was already broken and had to call the melton store again. They arranged someone to replace and install the new one and the driver just dropped the washing machine and went.
Disappointed in the staff, felt like we were invisible, they certainly didn't have the right attitude. Would never shop there again.
Reasonable prices and good customer service. Keep an eye on specials sometimes get a better deal but always compare the prices online.
Absolutely love the 50inch TV we bought today great picture and perfect size for our lounge. Love our Chrissy present and the service was spot on!!! Thank you Good Guys
