Walked in and was immediately greeted by Andrew and bought the tv I wanted. He was very helpful and it was a great price with the Black Friday sales.

Every time I go here I have received good service. I first experience of this business was buying a fridge and I did a prize comparison and they gave me a $50 discount so I was thrilled.

Great service and delivery

Vȃn Tranh (sp ?) really knew her stuff. When I got there on Sunday, she was one, and looked after me. I bought the Westinghouse dryer. Sadly, there is a bit of a dent in the dryer, but since it is in the bottom right corner of the machine, and it will NOT be looked at, it is fine. The guy arrived with the new drier right on time, and he was able to take my old, non-functioning dryer with him.

Great online purchase experience from the moment the washing machine was ordered to the delivery. The driver was brilliant in communicating. I had the opposite experience with Kogan and thier transport provider who messed me around for two weeks, then couldn't find my washing machine, after losing it, then told me it was out of stock and left me high and dry...Deal with Betta, they are BETTER...much better Thank you

It takes ages to deliver the product, doesn't show an estimated date of delivery either when you purchase online.

I was kept update about the status of my order, my questions were answered promptly and when my availability for delivery was limited, a special delivery was arranged by a team member on their way home from work. Couldn't fault the service and would highly recommend. Well done!

Bought a dishwasher first. Best price around and very helpful with friendly and capable installer. A month later ordered a specific Fisher and Paykel fridge not stocked anywhere. Other major resellers just said they could not order the model. Again really good price and no problems with placing order on F&P. Highly recommended for homewares on price and service.

I had very bad experience with LG top loader washer, very rough on clothes, clothes coming very dusty, linty, fury.Took my problem to LG, they suggested to use the wash bags. The washer should not need a washing bags to wash.

Just received an email from Andrew to inform me about the stock availability and resolution relating to a Hisense 4K Tv which was on special for Black Friday that I just ordered last night. Normally most retailers will keep me waiting for a while than such a prompt feedback to keep customers posted. I'm so impressed with the service I received from Aaron and the team at Betta Home Living - Moorabbin. I purchased an electric blanket from them last year while living in Melbourne. This year, after moving back to Newcastle, one side of the blanket stopped working. Realising it was still under warranty, I contacted Sunbeam several times and they were less than helpful. I tried to contact my local Betta store at the suggestion of Sunbeam, they also couldn't help. After more calls with Sunbeam, I almost gave up. I ended up calling Aaron at Betta Moorabbin and he said he would try to help. Only 1-2 days later, he had Sunbeam send me a new blanket. I'm so grateful for the help and really going above and beyond! Thank you Aaron and the team. I really appreciate it. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Greeting on arrival and clear concise facts about the w/machine I was purchasing. Delivery and installation on time. Compared to the big players which we had checked Customer Service at this Store by Andrew was tops and was the prime mover to purchase at this store as prices at most other places were similar.
