I looked around at various builders, as this time i didn't want to do the assembly myself. Keeping an eye on the ozbargain website for deals etc. Got into the rabbit hole of who are good to deal with - and i liked that (a) they were 20 mins drive from me, so i can pickup and not worry about delivery... (b) the reviews of them all genuinely seemed positive. So gave them a try, they added extra old hard drives i had with no issue - and also let me know of a possible issue with the case (due to the extra drives) and cpu delivery timeframe as it was selling out everywhere. I wanted to wait at least a month, and it's been going great. They were really easy to deal with and have had no issues so far (will review again in 1+ year)

I had been looking for a new computer for a while. My search included evatech and other PC builders. My personal experience with evatech was excellent. I had multiple questions that were answered in a timely matter and help me make decisions. Every employee I talked to was excellent. The time to build and send me my PC was good considering the volume of people that bought the same product. One point of feedback was the evatech website was very slightly difficult to use but not enough that I would use them again. A work around for this would be to call and talk to someone. All in all a very positive experience. Extra points as I'm not from Victoria and the delivery was seamless and no issues encountered. I would highly recommend this company based on their quality and great culture.

The Best Custom PC Company There Is: I don't know where to start other than just expressing how professional those working for this business are. After finally pulling the plug and deciding to get my first gaming PC, I did some looking around to see a black friday sale from a company called Evatech. I looked into their computer they were currently discounting, the Wraith. I was immediately shocked at the price to performance and that night committed to the purchase. From the get go it was obvious the employees had the best intentions for me and more! They called and emailed me about a chose I had chosen to customize, telling me about how another choice of the exact same price would better suit my build and actually be better. And this happened within 10mins of me placing the order with later emails occuring within half an hour! (Thank you Ryan!) The delivery of the PC has not led me to see any problems whatsoever. The hardware was so well packaged and though I did inspect it, nothing needed to be put back in place. The delivery time was also really appreciated especially with Evatech already dealing with who knows how many orders during early December from black friday sales and the holiday period. I couldn't be more happy with this company and I have full faith that I can always shoot them a quick email if I think something requires their attention. I would definitely buy from Evatech again!

Very professional outfit, very reliable and thorough in building PCs to your requirements. I'm not a gamer, but wanted a high capability fast PC, including for photoshop use. The build was completed on time, and included a call to me while they were building it to clarify one of my requirements. They also offered to install some extra fans to give me additional confidence that cooling (air cooling) was adequate and flexible for the future. The build was shipped with a prediction of next day delivery (interstate NSW regional address) and to my amazement it was delivered in perfect order and on the morning of the day after dispatch. I've been using the PC for a month with no issues at all, and have since added some additional SATA HDDs and SDDs, which Evatech had pre-wired provision for me in the case (both power and SATA cables pre-installed and neatly cable-managed to make it simple to install the extra storage). Their website contains a lot of info about how to specify what you want, and how they select, construct, pre-test and deliver, so well worth a read to understand what they offer. They will also engage with you ahead of an order to help with component selection or specific requirements if you have any. So overall, very pleasant experience, and would recommend them highly, even if you are not local to their Melbourne factory.

Very good price for entry level gaming PC.

Great PC for an even better price ($1500 + $200 for windows). It was built, shipped and arrived within a fortnight. Windows was already installed so as soon as it was plugged in I could start playing. Out of 11000+ top games it can run 98% of them at recommend graphics and there are only 8 that it can't run at all. I've played about 180 hours and everything has run smoothly and quietly. 10/10 would recommend 👍

Brilliant experience with Evatech. I asked them for their recommendations on a PC and they responded within an hour with a very in-depth list of recommendations. Very helpful! The PC arrived within a week and works like a charm. Even came with some little gummy bears as a treat! Definitely will buy from them again in the future.

Overall very happy with the system, put together well with good cable management. Only gripe was the IO port/plate was mis-aligned resulting USB ports not being able to be used. Took it back to the store myself as I couldn't adjust it myself and didn't want to risk taking it apart. I would recommend to others.

Great value PC assembler, very fast delivery and well packaged. We were very impressed with the quality and specs of the PC, and i would definitely recommend these guys to other people.

The price is good and affordable but because they are constantly busy with priorities, the order took about 3 weeks. I thought it would never arrive but its good. I'm not sure if they missed anything but, when I got my PC arrived with my RTX 4070 super, I tried playing some games, when I move my mouse around, it makes a hissing noise and when I play Valorant or War Thunder for testing, it was heating up. I'm not sure what really causes the issue but, I'm pretty sure its the fan that is the problem. Either way, good price. I just think, they should've tested the game second time and if they heard a hissing noise or touched the GPU and it was heatin, next time, they should let the customer know about the issue and give people discount and replace it with a better one that doesn't heat up when playing game. Overall, great communication and prices reasonable.

Bought a couple of PCs for work. Fantastic experience - service was great, they communicated timelines well, the cable management was surprisingly spot on, and price was competitive.

Bought a gaming pc in 2020 from evatech, started slowing down within 5 months of use and eventually died in mid 2021. Towards the end of its life it could barely run google. Terrible, overpriced computers that use unreliable parts and only last 1 year.

As a Streamer and youtuber, having my computer die was very inconvenient. But I was already contemplating a new computer and had a fair idea what I wanted. Evatech don't just have pre built computers, they can custom build your computer for you. So I picked out what I wanted, they built it, tested it and sent it with a continuous update available of where my job was at. It was a very efficient and timely operation and you don't just get any computer but the computer you want, built to your specs and fully tested before dispatch. I'm back in business, thanks guys. I have no problem recommending people in the market for a computer check out these guys.

Purchased two gaming PC units before the EOFY, one for myself and my son. Arrived safely and well packed, set up was a breeze and in the few weeks since we've had no issues, bugs or any problems. We're very pleased with our purchase, price was good and all up it took maybe two weeks to build and deliver. Haven't had to contact Customer Service yet so can't offer any opinions on how well they might handle that - but I'd rather not to have to contact them for any problems at all! So no problems = good service in my opinion.

I had great experience with Evatech. Support was very responsive, added new options to the configurator quickly and did their best to satisfy my needs. The build and cabling job was superb and everything worked out of the box without any problems. Initially fans were loud but after a bit of help from their support I could figure out how to set them to my own liking. So great after-purchase support as well.

The after a large amount of research the computer I purchased was very competitively priced. From then on it was quickly assembled and shipped arriving in immaculate condition , well packaged and cables sorted.

I had the best experience buying my son's gaming PC from Evatech. I'm in Perth, so it was a leap of faith for me to purchase from them, but I am really glad that I did. Communication was fast and professional. The PC was built and shipped to me in a few days. It was packaged so well. Never a chance for anything to be damaged in transit. There was a handy instruction brochure that made set up a breeze for me and my son. The only downside is that I never see him anymore as he is slaying it in online games now!

Got a very good deal on a 4080 system from here. From the outside the case looks well built inside with good cable management. You can easily customise their premade systems from their website with a quick email to their sales team, they are super responsive and helpful
