I was looking for a rare LEGO set that had been out of stock for a while. I gave them a call, and they went out of their way to locate one for me, even moving it from another store to their warehouse so I could buy it. On top of that, they sold it at the standard price, which was awesome! Fantastic customer service!

Was looking for a warhammer set that was no longer in production and spoke to someone via their instagram who moved it from their store to their warehouse so i could order it, they also sold it at a normal price which was cool too!

I recently bought a MTG booster box of Jumpstart 2022 and the pulls inside were absolutely obvious that they have been tempered with. As you know, inside a jumpstart packet there is the cards archetype written in front of the pack on a card wrapped up in a plastic packet. From the start I found it very strange how all of the archetypes I were getting were in either blue, black or green. By the end of the box I had only opened 2 red archetypes and 3 white ones. That gave me the first red flag as that is definitely not natural. After opening the packs the most expensive card that I had opened was a 9 dollar card. What I think that they did was open all the packs, looked at the archetypes, took out all of the good ones and then resealed the bad ones back in the packs. My point is, if you are buying a box from this shop, try to find a different place to buy it from as the box may very easily have been tampered with.

After discussing with the store staff on duty, unfortunately I have to give a one star review for your store. 1. Not friendly to new customers, standing in your store for 10 minutes has no one come or ask you what's going on, every one including the store staff are playing at the back of the store. 2. Your website has mentioned buy a box promo, but has no details about what the promotion is, when asked via Facebook, the support staff are not sharing enough details so my side kept getting misunderstood. Basically the promotion is just a card, and if I knew, I won't rush back after 12 hours of work without dinner just to get a piece of card 3. There are no explanation on your website letting me know that collector pack is all foils. It is very confusing to first time buyers about the item need to purchase 4. The staff in store is not very familiar with the item location, took him 22 minutes to finally locate a box that is in stock and available. I was advised to come to the store to get the item, but the store has not all product available I want to purchase while website has no info about stock. I told the staff I am working 12 hours shift and it is very hard for me to constantly go to your store to just get the item because of the timing I work. And my home is 6 minutes away, the store staff denied to do anything about it, and asked me either to buy online and spend 10 dollars shipping or come to the store again which I am already not happy with the service I get. You are not going to get new customers with a business service like this

Very prompt and efficient service from CardTastic Collectables and Gaming, and their prices are extremely competitive. My order arrived within four days, something of a minor miracle these days. This is definitely a firm that I will be using for future game orders!

Edit: The store is getting less or nearly no players for ygo and ws on Saturday ever since the ex manager Anton's leave. The new staff is really slow and does not helpful at all. Will consider changing a place to play as the place has went downhill. One of the best local store for yugioh and weiss schwarz card games. Their prices for sealed products and food/drinks are much cheaper than other stores. People are nice and easygoing there and the tournament's environment is comfortable and relax. I am always enjoying to spend my day there. Also special thanks to Anton, the manger of the store, his hardwork is providing this place a fantastic place to visit.

Felt like the staff didn't really care about keeping the store operating, power went out one day at a locals and was told they might have to kick everyone out rather than try fix and nicely explain what was going on. Was promised yugioh door prize mat for locals which didn't exist. When we went to complain the staff member dipped leaving the inexperienced staff alone! And now not even getting my participation prizing for digimon. I'm not a ghost right? You saw me right?.....didn't feel like it. Nothing makes this store stand out from others. I will put my money into a different store that will at least treat me with the bare minimum respect I should be getting. EDIT: Players were PROMISED top 4 winner prizes for participants at the start of the day... (I only went since I pre-paid) everyone signed up but at the end of the 4th round, 'oh sorry only top 2 are getting prizes' They were bragging saying how many pre-release kits they got in then lied to players and scammed them all? How are they getting so much prize support? What are they doing with the additional prizes? They can't sell them as that's a breach of contract with Organised Play. What the heck is going on!

There have been consistent issues with tournaments over the last few months. From participation prizing not being given out, to the prizing being changed half way through events. This feels like either severe greed from the store owner (holding onto promotional items) or an overwhelming lack of guidance for the staff members. Speaking of staff members, there's also serious communication issues between them and this has lead to very clunky events aswell due to some staff not knowing about certain events, how they run, what prizing is for what, etc.

Very greedy experience with prizing for pre release events. Clearly they were given enough prizing for one 16 person event or two 8 person events. However, they ran two 16 person events and made the participation prizing competitive. They try to blame the supplier, and if it is a supplier issue, they either need to better communicate with their supplier or simply adjust the events to suit what they are given to make it actually fair. Paying full price for an event without receiving the advertised participation is fraudulent. This business has certainly lost my support and I would advise anyone thinking about pre-paying for a pre-release event to consider supporting any other store as this one is likely going to not deliver the bare minimum.

Place has gone downhill with really new staff, trying to buy 5 cards took almost half an hour with the clerk needing to check with management before putting through a simple transaction (prices were already labeled on the cards)

I have nothing but positive things to say, not about the store itself, but the store manager Anton. He is professional and knowledgeable but more importantly friendly and inviting. I have an autistic son who struggles with social anxiety. Anton personally went out of his way to encourage him to join in, sit down and play. My son now goes twice a week and has even entered tournaments. What he has done for us can not be measured by stars in a review. He has changed our lives for the better and we are forever grateful. Cardtastic is a fabulous business for us collectors. The items that I order are shipped very quickly and are always reasonably priced. I heartily recommend them.

Fantastic store with a great range of products. I buy pretty much all my paints from these guys. Their range of Vallejo, Citadel and Reaper paints are excellent and the prices are great! I would definitely recommend buying your paints direct from them or through Kogan.com. A better range of paint brushes and some more rattle can paints would be a good idea but I'm happy with everything I have bought from them so far. Postage is fair and they always come well protected.

I may never physically set foot in the store but I have bought a whole bunch of stuff from cardtastic over the last 8 months. Great prices and they're very fast to get the order into the Aus post system. I still go to my FLGS to pick up new D&D releases, because with that postage cost, it works out to the same as what I'd pay at cardtastic, but if I was living literally anywhere in Aus, that didn't have a good gaming store nearby (that's a big, big chunk of the country) then cardtastic would have the best price easily. Pretty good dice variety too for a domestic seller. [Edit to reply] How about Roll 4 Initiative, Koplow, Game Science dice?

Friendly Staff. We order here a couple boxes or sometimes a case of MTG often for our game group. During covid-19 they held my pre-orders for a large amount of time and I collected them late but they didn't mind. Recommended.
