Wow, what a novel experience! Zac, the friendly gent who checked me in, is refreshingly bubbly, especially after a long flight and late check-in. My room is surprisingly spacious. The grounds are lovely, with ample parking and spotless , well-equipped rooms. They even thoughtfully turned on the AC in my room. Highly recommended!

Good place to stay

Initially booked 3 days, and then extended for another 3 days and then further 7 days. It's in a very good location with Coles, Aldi, JB HiFi, Harvey Norman, Officeworks, ... within minute's walk. People at the reception desk is very friendly , and, Jade, who works there, even brought my mail to me in person. The hotel's restaurant is great too. To improve: the door security lock and the water tap (room 4).

Great location 👌 Advertising free WIFI, didn't work. People in room beside us complained about it 2 days before we arrived...also the beds need something to stop them moving, as soon as you even just sit on them, they roll, But apart from that, would stay again

Not overly large rooms but enough room for a double and single single with room around them both as well as the door could open freely too...Very clean...smelt a little airless at first nothing that a little fresh air didn't fix...beds were comfy as...bathroom/shower/toilet clean as...which was great...tea/coffee facilities and fridge...as well as heaps of hanging space...we had a great Gurls Weekend away...will happily recommend and come back.

Booked the Nightcap at Matthew Flinders for the great price on offer and also the reasonably positive reviews. This was perfect for our two night stay in Melbourne for a wedding and relo crawl on that few days. Checking in late around 10:45pm was though the Gaming Room at the rear of the complex The staff there were very friendly and chatted with me while waiting for the manager to check us in. All went smoothly considering it was very late and my wife was feeling weary after flying in from Brisbane. The room was a good size, clean with a comfortable double bed and a single that was handy for laying out clothes etc. The shower was nicely refurbished and the water flow was hot and strong. Cant really fault the stay as it met all of our needs and the value for money was excellent. The location was only half hour from most places we needed to visit so overall a well positioned hotel for a short stay in Melbourne. Nestled in beside Bunnings it was nice and quiet for a busy road location. Would definitely stay again if we need to be that side of town.

Warmly greeted on arrival in reception. Our room was spacious and very clean with good facilities in the bathroom and the room Bedding was very good and very comfortable Location was close To the Train Station.

Clean room, comfy bed, good location. Neighbouring walls were a little thin with noisy neighbours, but they quietened at about 10 pm, so all was good. No tissues or facewasher were supplied for guests, and no microwave in room, but they do have room service from ajoining bistro for meals. We would stay here again

Great price, restaurant food was great and convenient. Perfect location for visiting Chadstone - however it is on a main road and was noisy.

I haven’t stayed at the hotel yet but my booking experience with Tiffany was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the room she booked for me on the phone. Looking forward to staying.

The Hotel is in a good location, car park right in front of your hotel room (if you are in ground level) and inside is comfortable. Love their bathroom and shower. I like how they put mineral water & milk in the fridge and the TV is all smooth. The bed? Just perfect! Andrew the receptionist is so friendly to me and my husband. So I definitely will come back again.

Loved the experience, but bit noisy

There was noise from foot traffic nothing to bad but noticeable. Food and room service was 5 star. Room was clean and spacious parking out the front. Reception was awesome allowing us to get in earlier then checking time. Very accommodating. Bed was comfortable very good value for money will be back.

The hotel is totally different as they show in the photos. Service is not good bed looks untidy and air conditioner is fitted in washroom so they think customers are sleeping in washrooms. The experience of the hotel is disgusting.

The customer service was fantastic, I was able to organise a late checkout with no issues, they were very accommodating. The room was good value for money and location was spot on for what we were after. The beds were super comfy, best night sleep in a while.

I'm staying here tonight. Slight hiccup with my room initially due to Easter break but sorted out super fast by Steph at reception. Great staff, really happy with my room its clean and well maintained looking forward to a great night sleep. A big shout out to Steph and Mathew. Thanks Guys👍

For the price of 40 Australian dollars . Pretty good place, rooms clean and neat and modern. Bar and restaurant
