Good fun. Staff are great. One lucky lady won $6900

Wow later start over 13 minutes and was concentrating on when a customer calls correct bingo then and then they called the wrong number as well not so good here

Staff members are rude especially Jacqui, this is not the way you speak to customers walking in. I phoned on the way in and was told my 2 16 yr old girls were not allowed in the bingo room but could sit in the eating area. Coming from quite a distance. I arrived and Jacqui came to me and said your girls aren't allowed in here we aren't a baby sitting service for EVERYONE TO HEAR. I said I rang and asked and my girls were happy to sit in the eating area. I confronted her and said I don't appreciate the way you speak and I don't expect you to baby sit, my kids are 16. She then proceeded to say not my fault you listened in on a conversation between me and a staff member. I SAID I WAS RIGHT THERE YOU SAID IT IN FRONT OF ME WE ARE NOT A BABY SITTING SERVICE" This person is an absolute disgrace! Customer service like that will have you keep getting bad reviews. See I'm not the only one with an issue. Jacqui take a good hard look at yourself!! Absolute disgrace."

Jacquie said “we arent a babysitting service” in the rudest tone just cause two under age girls were sitting in the checkin area and were kicked out to the car to wait for two hours and when the mum called on the phone on the way there they said they were aloud so they got mis informed and then Jacquie had a go at the mum again saying the girls aren’t aloud to sit in her view but that’s where the car was parked so then the girls had to get out the car and sit on the sidewalk because the car was in her view but it was in the car park i’ve also heard in other reviews that the staff are very verbally abusive and people get kicked out for there mistakes just like this

Love carrum downs bingo only have ever had one bad experience and we kind of understand why it was due to coughing felt abit humiliated when called out for having a tickle in our throat still come back tho but coughing can’t be helped people don’t mean it

My friends and I go every Wednesday to play bingo here and we have had the best time every week, we use this time to also catch up outside of our busy family/work life! The staff are amazing and always make us smile and laugh! The atmosphere is always great with the staff and other people.

The Caller says that we are playing for a Sports Club, but doesn’t mention which Club. I would like to know. I believe there are far too many ‘breaks’ in the games for the selling and drawing of raffle tickets… again, I would like to know who benefits from the raffles? I would like to see games start on time…

Love this bingo centre, went for my 1st time won 2 games (so money back with profit) bought a coffee mug off a lovely lady, food was good.. then I won the jackpot of $1500 it was the best way to spend my day off work.. definitely going back

My friends and I was new to the center and was ignored while a staff member chatting with a customer about their personal life when I asked if I should get served at the other counter she had ago at me of course I went back but the piont is we don't go to bingo to be ignored or abused. We won't be going back that's for sure as well I definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone in my circle.

Don’t usually go to bingo but I have had my mother in law out from the uk for a few months , she loves her bingo so decided to take her to Carrum downs , the staff are very friendly and helpful , we both won as well so that was great , I will probably still go when my mother in law returns to the uk . Food is ok

Lovely staff very helpful... You must be as quiet as possible during the games. If found making too much noise you get told off.... If your mobile rings during the game you have 2 pay a $2.00 fine which then goes 2 charity...

We had a great time due to the staff very friendly and accomadating. Made the experience very enjoyable by all. We will be back A special thank you to Vanessa.

Upmost good Bingo centre lovely set out plenty of space,friendly staff,nice variety food good prizes.Thouroghly enjoy and reccomend for any Bingo Fan😊👍

Very friendly staff and a fun night, prices vs prizes is the only thing letting them down. Wednesday nights have between 50-100 people and the prizes are for a full house only, no prizes for a line. I would reccomend getting the PET machines as the callers are fast!

My friends and I went to carrum downs bingo today, we really enjoyed it, my two friends won,we had some food which was reasonably priced, toilets were clean, staff were friendly and we were on a table with a lovely lady. Will be going again

This place is not awesome, unfriendly staff and a waste of time and money, been 20 times spending heaps and no win, I hope these places are a thing of the past. Rip Bingo. The food too expensive and toatally agree with Skye,the food upset my tummy too. Not good.

I went there for the first time on Sat night. Haven't been to a live Bingo session for 20yrs and this centre is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPLAINING EVERYTHING AND THE FOOD.....INCREDIBLE! The caller was loud and clear and even the people/players there COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE FRIENDLIER OR MORE HELPFUL. BIG SHOUT OUT TO Gayle, Leanne, Barbara and Carolyn. Thank you so much for my 1st night out this whole year!

No caring, Customer service.

Went here for a nice night out with the girls, prizes were good but staff were so rude and the hot food did give me a sore stomach, definitely won’t be coming here again.
