I had a celebration, it was the perfect venue, place was clean, food excellent and service fine.

Terrific venue for catching up with friends and Food was excellent but disappointed I couldn't book a round of Golf to try as I'm not a Member as the Course looks awesome

Box Hill is an excellent place to play golf and socialise. An 18-hole quality course, where projects to improve the course are the highest priority. A fully stocked pro shop with excellent and friendly staff can assist with equipment and coaching.

Overpriced, rather average food. Has the decor of a bingo hall with some pokies. A desperate choice.

Terrific local course, great for a quick weekend round and also to have a coffee, a meal or enjoy the view of the course.

We held an Event August 2024 for 70+ women with a Guest Speaker in the Function room. From the ease of booking, and so much taken care of from table seating lists, branded drink coupons to technical assistance with our presentation on the day, this is a wonderful place to hold your next Event. The food was great, the view, and the staff on the day, I really felt everything was covered in the capable hands of Trish and Lochie. The attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble, suggestions were taken on board and our wishes accommodated. Cannot recommend this Venue and the staff highly enough. Thanks so much Trish you were an absolute wonder-woman both professionally and so friendly! We would definitely return for another big Event. Thank you to BHGC and staff, you did an awesome job and that gave me the confidence in running a fabulous event.

The food was amazing & the drinks were cold

Very wet soaked course, with lots of surface water from tee to green. Greens very good. Good summer course.

Our local course, lovely to go for coffee, a meal and enjoy the view of the course.

Great place been there many times food is excellent and service great.

Played there on Monday after a few days of heavy rain. There was constant drizzle throughout our round. Lift, clean and place was permitted as the course was very wet....particularly the back 9. There was pooling of rain water on some greens but the greens were very good and fairly quick considering the amount of rain that the course had. Some places on the course were almost unplayable and by the end of round, our group of 20 odd players were the only ones on the course. It probably should have been closed and I don't think it will recover until later in the year. Give it a miss until summer.

Food and services is always amazing. Plenty to choose from staff for brilliant cannot complain.

The food is fantastic tastes good and at a respectable price it’s warm and has a fantastic atmosphere and the staff are welcome and friendly my husband and I will be coming back again

I had my first golf lesson with James Hull, he was a fantastic teacher, super patient and had me ready for the range in no time. Many thanks for a great arvo!

Was here for a funeral wake service. However the food that was dished out has me wanting to travel from the other side of Melbourne back here!

Excellent place to drink and relax

Went to a funeral reception held in the function room upstairs and thought it was exceptionally well catered for. The view over the course was magnificent. .

lovely course, well manicured, unfortunately my golf game was not up to scratch. Thoroughly enjoyed the day here.

It had an okay atmosphere. Not bad for a place to go if you want traditional pub style food. The steak and veggies I got were a bit lacklustre to be honest, tin gravy and undercooked veg. All edible but you get what you get. The parmas chips and salad that came to the table for others looked pretty good. I can’t tell you about the taste though. There are pokies and you can hire a function room by the looks of it. They also offer gluten free. It is not a bad option for an easy meal.

Went there for the first time to a function upstairs, but there is plenty of romom for lots of tables and chairs . There is also a bar there and amenities

They are the best! The food & coffee are great for the value. And their group lesson is so amazingly reasonable! People are so nice and friendly as well.

Attended for a function, excellent service and food in the upstairs function room that overlooks the golf course. Parking is at the rear via a different street entrance and a bit of a walk to the venue. There is closer parking at the front but not sure who can use it.

Love the bistro, love the view for lunch. Their chicken Parma is the best ever - their chips are to die for

Ambience was dark and uninviting. Chicken snitzel night. The ham was off that I smelt it and removed it immediately. Chicken was dry and tasteless. To top the night off I got food poisoning even though I didn't finish the meal. I couldn't complain as we were guests and with a large group. My family was also unwell post eating the meal. Won't be returning there. Disappointing

A pleasant place to eat with a view across the golf course and always friendly service. Not expensive.

Beautiful Golf Club and the gentleman who work in the pro shop are legends. Attended a charity golf day and they were so helpful with showing us how to safely drive the Golf Buggy and get set up. The bar staff were also friendly and made the day very enjoyable.
